“If being #Gay is a choice then when did you decide to become #straight ?” WORLD PREMIERE: Here is the 2nd teaser trailer for my latest film #romeoandjulius ...In this trailer, I decided to showcase the major conflict within the film, which is gay bashing. This is a topic that is very personal to me, I have wanted to speak on this subject for a very long time, having been gay bashed myself when I was 18 years old and having witnessed countless friends who were injured badly or even killed while being gay bashed, just because they were LBGT. As an #LGBTActivist my hope is that this film will put a microscope on such a horrific problem the LGBT community faces still to this day yet is completely overlooked. When I was casting this film, I wanted actors who understood this very personally as well & it just so happens that the actors I chose for the leading roles had been gay bashed in their own lives, so this was just as personal for them as it was for me.
