my favourite brands are urban outfitters, brandy melville and motel rocks !! brandy is perfect for me bc it caters to smaller chests and is designed w tall girls in mind so i bet you'd love their clothes as well !! super dry also do rlly cute skirts that range from mini to knee length so if you struggle finding skirts long enough, i'd suggest looking there first <3

what food do you recomend for dieting or weight loss
personally, i dont think it is about what you eat, but whether you are in a calorie deficit. yt diet channels tend to dictate that typical craving foods like pizza, burgers, sweets, chocolate, cake and more will prohibit weight loss but this is simply NOT TRUE. as long as you are burning more calories than you are putting in, you will slowly begin to lose weight - there are some great sites that consider your height, exercise, base metabolic rate etc and will then calculate the perfect calorie deficit to lose weight healthily and safely (including both healthy and unhealthy treats) !! however, if you are trying to improve your diet for other reasons like to improve gut health, i seriously recommend a LOT of leafy greens (kale, spinach, lettuce), upping your protein intake to strengthen your body (meat, eggs) and if you are having the urge to binge, focus on eating smaller portions of sweet things little and often (dark chocolate, popcorn, jelly pots, halo top etc). these are all tactics that have aided me in toning my body overall - hope this helps <3

My performance day morning routine 🩰

I wake up and listen to my therapist's recording - I've recently been working on trying to get into a calmer headspace before exercising to really get the most out of it !!
I'll then get up and make my bed to keep my room tidy and my mind clutter free !!
Then I will venture downstairs after procrastinating on my phone for multiple mins to grab a coffee (black, no milk, no sugar) and something starchy (like a croissant, banana, toast etc) to keep me going during early morning rehearsal !!
After eating (I literally cannot function in the morning without food in my stomach), I hop in the shower to have a quick wash before I sweat plenty throughout the day - I at least want to start the day smelling clean !!
After showering, I'll get changed into comfy sweats (usually just my basic leotard and tights, joggers and a zip-up on top, with my comfy socks and leg-warmers) and finish up skincare by applying lots of moisturiser. I then immediately get started on stretching and rolling out my muscles (focusing on my calf muscles as I'm recovering from a knee injury currently) while I'm still lax from my shower !!
Once I'm done stretching, I get up and begin to style my hair - normally I just slick it back in a basic bun as there is no point doing anything too intricate (everybody at the studio will be styling their hair at a later time for the show)!!
I finish up getting ready by packing my tote bag with everything I could need (my pointes, phone charger, makeup bag, deodorant etc) and brush my teeth so I'm fresh right before I leave.
All that's left is to slip on my pink uggs and boom - ready for the day ahead !!

2. Incorporate lace accents wherever you can, from lace on a loose, sleepy camisole to the lace on a delicate headband used to accentuate your healthy hair!
3. Yoga pants, whether they are classic, straight-leg, skin hugging spandex or loose and comfortable flared alternatives!
4. Ballet uniforms (accented tutus, ruched leotards, thick legwarmers in the winter, dainty ballet flats, wrap tops tied with a bow - the list is endless !!)
5. Wear simple gold or silver jewellery, even rose-gold, just make sure it suits your skin tone to emphasise your natural beauty!
