Written for my friend @bakudeku-positivity
Summary: The five times Bakugo and Midoriya refuse to talk about their feelings, and the one time that Momo losses her shit. Todoroki and Momo are tired of Bakugo and Midoriya dancing around each other so they come up with a plan to get them together. It doesn't go as planned.

Izuku was in his dorm room laying on his bed reading one of his older All Might comics. He was moving his legs in the air, happy to have some free time just for himself.
“Midoriya, we should date.” Todoroki stated as he walked into Izuku’s bedroom, startling Izuku. Izuku jumped slightly, turning toward the door and pushing himself up into a seated position.
“Wait, what?” Izuku asked, getting off his bed to fully face his friend. “What do you mean Todoroki? Aren’t you dating Yaoyorozu? Why would you want to date me? You know I like Kacchan. Did something happen between you and Yaoyorozu? Did you break up? Are you okay? Do you need my help with something?”
“No, Momo and I are fine.” Todoroki took a step back as Izuku started walking toward him, clearly distraught for Todoroki. “If we were to fake date, it could help you with Bakugo.”
Izuku stopped walking and started to mumble to himself. “Oh, I get it. If he saw that I was dating someone then he might get jealous enough to do something and we could start dating. But of course, that’s assuming that Kacchan actually likes me back. So, it wouldn’t be worth it if nothing happened. However, at least then I would know if he even likes me. But what about Yaoyorozu, to her it would look like her boyfriend just randomly started to date someone else. Unless Todoroki told her of course.” Izuku stopped for a second and looked at Todoroki. “I think it might be a good idea, but I will only do it if you and Yaoyorozu are both okay with it.”
“It’s fine. I wouldn’t have suggested it if not.”
“Thank you, Todoroki, this will be great. Since we are already friends, we don’t really have to change the way we act. Though I do suppose that we should call each other by our first names when around others. I also know how we can tell Kacchan. My mom and I are having dinner at Kacchan’s house on Saturday. I'll have to ask my mom if you can come, but I’m sure she’ll be happy for you to come, and they always make too much food anyway. What do you think about that Todoroki?”
“Sure.”
“Great, I’ll text my mom and we can work out our story while we wait,” Izuku said, grabbing Todoroki’s arm and dragging him over to the bed, grabbing an empty notebook and pencil before sitting down with Todoroki.
Saturday Shoto, Midoriya, and Midoriya’s mother all stood outside the Bakugo household, deserts in hand. Midoriya explained it to Shoto saying that when they had dinner at the Bakugo’s, the Bakugo’s made dinner, and the Midoriya’s made desert. Although they all ended up helping with dinner anyway.
Midoriya knocked on the door, and as he moved back the door swung open to reveal a woman who looked a lot like Bakugo. She smiled at them “I’m so glad you guys could come. Come on in and make yourself at home.” She then moved to the side to let them in.
As the four of them walked into the living Bakugo jumped up from the couch and pointed at them. “What the fuck are you doing in my house Icy Hot” he shouted at them.
“Knock it off you brat, Todoroki is our guest, Izuku invited him.” Mrs. Bakugo shouted back at Bakugo before turning back around, smiling at them. “Anyway, you boys should hang out while we finish making dinner. Later you should tell me all about how schools been Izuku.”
“Okay Auntie, come on Shoto, let’s go talk to Kacchan.” Midoriya grabbed Shoto’s hand and gently led Shoto toward the still fuming Bakugo who was yelling something about an old hag.
“The fuck is he doing here Deku. He’s not fucking family, it’s bad enough I have to deal with your shitty nerd ass.” Bakugo growled.
“Come on Kacchan don’t be like that, that’s mean. I invited Shoto because he is my boyfriend and I thought it would be nice for him to meet all the important people in my life.” Midoriya said entwining his fingers with Shoto’s and raising their clasped hands as if that explained everything.
Bakugo’s eyes widened for a second before he went back to glaring harshly at the two boys. Bakugo opened his mouth probably to start yelling at them, but was interrupted by Mrs. Bakugo’s happy shouts of congratulations. As the adults came closer to the boys to ask questions about their relationship, Shoto wondered if it was normal for people to introduce their fake boyfriends to their families.
Fucking Icyhot and Deku were dating. Katsuki was surprised by this news, but quickly recovered and started to glare at them. just because they were dating did not give Deku the right to invite the half and half bastard into Katsuki’s house. Katsuki opened his mouth to tell them such when his mom started shouting about how great the news was. Fucking old hag.
“Oh Izuku, that’s so great. I think it’s great that you felt like he should meet us.”
“I’m so happy for you Izuku. Why didn’t you tell me sooner? When did you two get together?” Auntie asked going up to Deku and pulling him into a hug. The shitty nerd didn’t tell his own mother?
“I wanted to tell everyone all at once, and we haven’t been dating for too long, at least officially, but we have been really close for years now,” Deku smiled as he was passed between the adults being pulled into hugs and the whole time he didn’t once let go of Icyhot’s hand.
Todoroki looked like a doll. He hasn’t said a single word since stepping into the house, and he just moved with Deku as he was pulled around. How the fuck could Deku date that thing. It had to be like dating a brick wall, he didn’t do anything, Deku could do better.
“Why aren’t you dating anyone brat?” the old hag demanded, smacking him upside the head, interrupting his thought, and the glare he was boring into the back of Deku’s head.
“Shut up you old hag! I am dating someone.” Katsuki argued, he wasn’t going to let Deku one-up him. At the announcement everyone’s attention was turned on Katsuki. He had to quickly come up with someone, someone who would go along with what he said, but also prove his superiority. If he said he was dating Yaoyorozu, maybe he would upset Icy Hot and show Deku that he was the best at everything, including being a boyfriend. “Her name is Yaoyorozu Momo.”
Deku’s eyes widened with shock. This pissed Katsuki off even more, was it so unbelievable that he could have a girlfriend like Ponytail.
“Well why didn’t you bring her then?” The old hag asked, disbelief lacing her voice.
“We haven’t been dating long, and I didn’t know you had to bring a fucking date to family dinner.”
“I want to know more about her after dinner is done, for now entertain our guests Katsuki. Congratulations again Izuku, I want to know all about Todoroki as well okay?” she said before turning and heading back to the kitchen leaving Katsuki with Deku and Icy Hot.
Momo and Shoto were walking to school together from the dorms. They usually left earlier than the rest of their classmates. They contemplated having Shoto walk with Midoriya to keep up the charade, but decided it was so normal for them to go to class together no one would blink an eye at it even if they were Shoto was supposed to be dating Midoriya.
“Are you fake dating Bakugo? Was that a part of the plan?” Shoto asked shortly after they were out of the dorms.
“What do you mean Shoto?” Momo asked, stopping and giving her boyfriend a confused look. The plan was to force Bakugo to confess to Midoriya by making it look like Midoriya might choose someone else if he didn’t do something about it. There was nothing in the plan about Momo fake dating Bakugo, that wouldn’t make any sense.
Before she could say any of that a hand wrapped around her wrist, yanking her to the side. “Ponytail, we need to talk.” Bakugo said, pulling her off to the side, away from Shoto. Momo gave Shoto an apologetic look gesturing for him to go on ahead, she would catch up to him later.
After they were out of ear shot from Shoto, Bakugo finally spoke up. “We are fake dating now.” He announced, giving no further information.
“What do you mean? Why?”
“Deku and Icy Hot are dating and we have to show them up. Plus, I already told them we are dating.”
“So, I have no choice in this?” he nodded. “Is this because you’re in love with Midoriya?” He glared at that. “Very well, I’ll help you.” With that Momo walked away at a brisk pace in order to catch up with Shoto.
When Momo finally caught Shoto, she resumed her normal pace and responded to his earlier question. “Yes, I am fake dating Bakugo.”
2.
Izuku was sitting on the couch in the common area at the dorms packing up his stuff. He, Iida, and Uraraka had just finished up a studying session. Iida had already finished collecting his things and wished them both a goodnight before heading up to his dorm. Uraraka finished picking up her stuff and stood up, she then paused for a moment before turning and smiling brightly at him.
“Hey Deku, some of us from class are going to make chocolates tomorrow to give out on Valentine’s day, and I was wondering if you would like to join us. Then you could make Todoroki chocolates for your first Valentines as a couple.”
“Oh, I didn’t realize that valentine’s day was coming up. I have never made chocolates before; I could probably use the help. I would love to come, when and where are we meeting up?”
“Tomorrow after class we are going to meet in the kitchen. I’m glad you are coming, see you tomorrow.” Uraraka smiled before turning around and heading to her dorm.
Izuku finished collecting his things before heading up to his dorm. He felt bad about lying to Iida and Uraraka, but he knew that if they knew the truth, it would spread through class from either overhearing it, or from someone telling their other friends. Izuku didn’t mind others knowing, but Kacchan couldn’t find out, not yet. First, he had to figure out what was going on with Todoroki and Yaoyorozu and figure out if he had a chance with Kacchan at all.
Momo was walking back to the dorms after class with Iida, the two of them stayed behind in order to go over some things for the class, like the fact that tomorrow was Valentine’s day so they knew none of the students wouldn’t do any work. So, they talked to Aizawa and they were able to convince him to let home room become a free period, and they were going to make it up to him by working extra hard in training for the day, and doing twice as much the next day.
As they entered the dorms, Momo broke away from Iida to head toward Ochako, who was waiting for her. Momo felt a bit bad about holding up the group for making chocolates, but they understood, and Ochako decided to wait by the door for her so they could walk to the kitchen together.
As the two girls walked into the kitchen, Momo smiled at everyone. Originally when they decided to make chocolates as a group, it was just the girls but, eventually some of the boys got invited for various reasons. There was Sato who actually knew how to make good chocolate. Kaminari wanted to make chocolates for Kyoka and hang out with his girlfriend since he finally got her to go out with him. Sero, who wanted to hang out since most of his friends were here, and Kirisima who just wanted to make chocolates for class. However, as Momo scanned the room she noticed Midoriya standing next to Kirishima and they talked. She didn’t remember him getting invited but supposed that he must have been because he was ‘dating’ Shoto. She normally liked Midoriya, however, he was the only person in class that actually knew that she was dating Shoto, which meant he would have lots of questions. She knew she couldn’t answer them, since Bakugo had never even come up with a story on how they got together, at least that she knew of.
The whole fake dating thing in general was super messy now that she was fake dating Bakugo. She hopes that they will figure it out on their own and cave into confessing, so for now she was going to go along with what they did, and avoid Midoriya as they made chocolates, and hope she wouldn’t have to intervene, because their pining was getting really hard to watch.
“Well now that everyone is here, let’s start making chocolates. I was thinking we could break up into pairs and then Sato could walk around and help out where needed. If that’s alright with you, of course.” Ochako said, smiling at Sato.
“Sure, that works, I know a lot of you don’t really know how to make chocolate, and I’m happy to help where I can.”
“Great! So, why doesn’t everyone pair up and start cooking.”
Momo saw Midoriya making his way over to her when Toru started to argue with Kaminari.
“You can’t work with Kyoka, if you work together, then you will know exactly what you're getting and that’s boring.”
“But we already know what we are getting”
“Doesn’t matter, they would be from the same batch and therefore taste the same. Plus, you wouldn’t get any work done at all, so pick other people.” Toru said, clearly putting her foot down.
“Kyoka, you can work with me, I don’t have a partner yet” Momo interjected, carefully making it so that Midoriya couldn’t pair up with her.
In the end Momo was paired with Kyoka, Mirodiya was with Ochako, Kaminari was with Sero, Kirishima was with Mina, and Tsu was with Toru.
Shoto didn’t realize what day it was until he walked into class that day and saw the little bags with hearts on them and ribbons keeping them closed. Shoto never had any interest in Valentine’s day and still didn’t really care, despite having a girlfriend. Though he did suppose the text from earlier made more sense now that he knew what day it was. Earlier that morning Momo had texted him about how she felt bad she wouldn’t be able to give him chocolates in class, and she would do it later in the day. He was confused as to why she wanted to give him chocolates at all when he got the text but decided to just agree to her plan nonetheless.
Shoto was brought out of his thoughts by Midoriya, who was now standing in front of him, heart bag in hand. “Happy Valentine’s Day Shoto” he said smiling as he held out the bag for Shoto to take.
Shoto grabbed the chocolates and set them on his desk. “Thank you Izuku. Sorry that I didn’t also get you some chocolate, but I didn’t realize what today was”
“That’s fine, I don’t mind. Honestly, I probably had too much chocolate when I was making these. Uraraka and I wanted the chocolates to be perfect, so we kept taste testing them.” Midoriya laughed awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck.
Todoroki opened the bag before splitting the chocolates in half. He then picked up one pile holding it out to Midoriya. “Why don’t we split them?”
Midoriya smiled, holding out his hand, and Todoroki placed them in his outstretched hand. Midoriya then popped one chocolate into his mouth. Todoroki followed suit and ate his own chocolates. They weren’t horrible, so he nodded his head to let Midoriya know that they were enjoyable.
Watching Deku give the half and half bastard chocolates made Katsuki’s blood boil. Icy Hot even split the chocolates with Deku, what was that about? The more Katsuki looked at the two the angrier he got so he looked away, towards the door just as Yaoyorozu walked in the door.
She sees him looking at her and makes her way over to his desk.
Once she was next to him, she placed a bag of chocolates on his desk. “I hope you like them!” She smiled brightly at him.
“Thanks,” he said.
She smiled at him before walking to her desk. He followed her as she walked away. He then saw Deku and Icy Hot again and got angry again. He then picked up the chocolates and threw them straight at Icy Hot's head.
Katsuki watched as they flew across the room and hit half and half right in the face. He smirked as Icyhot looked up at him.
The class then went completely silent, confused as to why Katsuki would just throw his chocolates at Todoroki of all people. But then Todoroki opened the bag and started to eat the chocolates. The class then moved to continue their previous conversations.
3.
The next couple days after valentines were decently normal. Momo was able to give Shoto the chocolates she made him, and they were able to still walk to class together despite their new ‘relationships’. Momo was also able to avoid Midoriya and all his questions.
Since Valentine's day Momo and Bakugo hadn’t actually discussed their story about how they got together. All Momo knew was that, according to Bakugo, they hadn’t been dating for long, which is information that she had learned from Shoto. Bakugo was beginning to seriously get on Momo’s nerves, but she agreed to play along, so that’s what she was going to do.
Momo was, however, pretty worried about tonight. Mina had put together a little party for the class. Momo wasn’t sure what exactly Mina had planned because she was keeping it under wraps but Momo knew it would be a lot harder to avoid questions about her and Bakugo when in the social situation of a party. They would also have to act more like a couple at the party then they had been. So far Bakugo and her didn’t really need to interact with each other. Thanks to the class and their different friend groups. There was also the fact that Momo was always helping her peers’ study, and Bakugo made the class dinner most nights, now that his friends wore him down into complying.
Momo decided she needed to go find Bakugo and figure out the plan for the party. As she was walking through the common room, she passed Shoto, Midoriya, Iida, and Uraraka who were all going over the homework and helping Uraraka with said homework. Momo missed being able to hang out with Shoto as much, but she knew that if their plan worked it would be worth not having to see the two boys dance around each other in their strange way.
Momo found Bakugo getting on to the elevator. She sped up in order to reach the doors before they closed and she got on the elevator with him.
“So, what’s the plan?”
“What do you mean? Plan for what?” Bakugo turned to look at Momo fully instead of the doors.
“The plan for the party tonight. If you want to convince the class that we are dating then we will have to act more like a couple. Beyond me giving you chocolates, we haven’t done anything to suggest we are dating. Plus, you threw the chocolates I made at Shoto so it’s not like it looked a whole lot like you like me.”
“Fine whatever. It’s a party where there will be dancing and food and drink, so we will dance and I’ll do all the boyfriend shit of getting you drinks and food or whatever. Happy now?” Bakugo crossed his arms and turned back to the door.
“You do realize that I’m doing a favor for you. I could just go tell Shoto and Midoriya that you lied about dating someone.” Momo then also turned toward the door. She was going to lose it if she had to deal with Bakugo for much longer. She hoped they would get over themselves sooner rather than later so she could stop this whole serenade.
“Very well, I’ll try to be nicer.” Was Bakugo’s only response before the elevator dinged and he got off, hands shoved into his pants pocket.
Katsuki was not happy to have to go to the stupid party that Racoon eyes was throwing. However, considering he was ‘dating’ ponytail, he had to go. Though, even if he wasn’t, the self-proclaimed Bakusquad would drag him to the party anyway whether he liked it or not.
Once Katsuki entered the common room Yaoyorozu dragged him over to the rest of the girls and then she continued her previous conversation. Minutes into the whole affair Katsuki was seriously regretting his choice in pretending to date Yaoyorozu. Of course, she would get super into the lie and try to make it perfect. He just wanted to piss off Deku and Icy Hot.
“I’m going to get some water, you want some?” Katuski asked, wanting a reason to get away, just for a little bit.
He walked off without waiting for a response from Yaoyorozu. Heading through the dancing bodies to the kitchen. The kitchen was equally as packed as the rest of the common room, which really pissed Katsuki. As he walked through the kitchen, he could see the disastrous state in which it was in. Racoon eyes better be planning to clean the mess she caused.
Once he was finally able to get his water and get out, he hesitated to go back to Ponytail. He knew he should, but there was only so much he could handle of the girl’s conversation. So, he chose to lean against the wall and watch the people dancing around the room.
As he scanned the room, he spotted Deku dancing with Icy Hot. Deku was smiling like an idiot as he swung Icy Hot around the room like the idiot he was. They weren’t dancing nicely but they looked happy. As they spun in another circle, Katsuki caught another glimpse of the bright smile that Deku was giving Icy Hot.
It hurt more than Katsuki thought it should to see Deku so happy with someone else. He wanted to be the reason for that big smile that took over his whole face, instead Katsuki only caused tears. Katsuki has been so horrible to Deku for years. They had only been kind of friends for a little while now. Perhaps it was for the best that Deku found happiness with someone who had never hurt him, someone who was there for him when he called. Katsuki didn’t deserve to see that bright smile directed at him. Katsuki knew this was for the best, that Deku deserved to be happy.
Once Shoto and Midoriya got to the party, Midoriya dragged Shoto to go dance. Midoriya wasn’t a great dancer, but they were both having fun just spinning around. Midoriya normally dragged one of his friends to dance with him at times like these because he didn’t like to dance alone. Midoriya was smiling and laughing as they spun in circles while the people around them actually danced. After several spins, they stopped and swayed a little bit. Past Midoriya, Shoto could see Bakugo. At first Bakugo looked so sad, it was the calmest Shoto had ever seen him, and he just looked defeated. Then Bakugo looked up and they made eye contact. Bakugo’s face contorted into anger. Shoto then lost sight of him as Midoriya once again spun them around. Midoriya stopped half way through the circle as he looked past Shoto.
“I’ll be right back.” Midoriya said as he walked past Shoto, towards where Shoto had seen Bakugo. This seemed like the right time for them to finally get together.
Shoto watched as Midoriya followed Bakugo outside before moving to find Momo. He found her talking with the other girls.
“Hey Todoroki.” Uraraka greeted
“Oh, hey Shoto, what are you doing over here?” Momo asked.
“Midoriya went to go do something, so I thought I could come over here and say hi.”
“Yeah, I think I saw Deku go outside with Bakugo.”
“I still don’t understand why in the world you’re dating him, Yaomomo. He is just a jerk. I haven’t seen him do anything nice for you, in every interaction I see between the two of you he’s just a jerk.” Jiro complained.
“Honestly, I always thought that you and Yaomomo would get together, Todoroki. She had the biggest crush on you.” Ashido said.
“I know”
The girls laughed a little at that. They then went back to their conversation from before Shoto interrupted.
“This party is starting to die out. I think it’s time to switch gears.” Ashido said as she walked away from the group.
Izuku was having a lot of fun at Ashido’s party dancing around with Todoroki. As they spun around, he saw Kacchan past Todoroki and paused. He looked so angry and upset as he turned away from the dance floor and walked out of the dorms.
“I’ll be right back.” Izuku said as he walked past Todoroki, towards the door and outside.
Once outside, Izuku looked around for Kacchan and saw him sitting on a bench with his head in his hands. Izuku walked slowly over to him trying to figure out what to say. Kacchan usually avoided being vulnerable around anyone, so it would be difficult to get him to say what was upsetting him. But, Izuku wanted to try and help him anyway. Izuku didn’t like seeing Kacchan upset, he just wanted him to be happy.
“Go away Deku, I know it's you, stalker.” Kacchan snapped at him.
“It’s a nice night don’t you think? Is that why you left the party Kacchan?”
“None of your fucking business Deku. You need to stop budding into people’s business creep.”
“I know you're just deflecting because you don’t want to be vulnerable around other people. But it's okay to open up Kacchan. It’s good to talk about what is upsetting you, it’s the only way for it to be fixed.”
“What if what upsets me can’t be fixed? What if it shouldn’t be?” Kacchan got defensive and stood up, walking a few passes away from Izuku.
“That didn’t tell me anything Kacchan, I don’t know how to help you.” Izuku got up and walked over to Kacchan.
“How many times do I have to tell you to leave me alone, go hangout with your boyfriend or something.”
“Okay, you don’t need to talk to me, you could talk to your friends, you have lots of them after all. Kirishima would love to talk with you and listen to your problems, Kaminari would too. You can always also talk to Yaoyorozu. She is a great person to talk to, though I guess you would know that since you guys are dating, which is great. How did you even start dating?”
“Deku, stop. I don’t need to talk to anyone. Just leave me be and go back to the party.”
“I don’t want to leave until I know you are okay. I just want you to be happy, Kacchan. I know you don’t like me and that I drive you nuts, but I want to help you as much as possible.” It hurt Izuku to think about how Kacchan didn’t want him around. He was starting to think that Todoroki’s plan wasn’t going to work, that it wasn’t a very good plan. Maybe it was time to finally bite the bullet and tell Kacchan about his feelings.
Kacchan turned to look at Izuku. He opened his mouth to probably tell Izuku once again to leave, but Izuku interrupted him.
“Look Kacchan there is something you should know. I’m-“
“Hey guys, we are switching gears to playing some games, if you want to join us.” Ashido interrupted smiling at them.
“Of course, we’ll be right in.” Kacchan said, still looking at Izuku as Ashido went back inside. “It’s time to go back Deku or your boyfriend might start worrying.”
He then turned and walked to the dorm doors. “Sure Kacchan.” Izuku responded a bit dejectedly before he walked back inside, carefully coving up his emotions so that no one could see that he was upset.
4.
Shoto was glad that the pretending was finally over, he was glad that Deku Might finally be happy and he might finally be able to hangout with Momo since all his friends will be in relationships. Midoriya will finally have someone else to monopolize his time.
“All right, now that I have dragged Midoriya and Bakugo inside, I was thinking we could play truth or dare, and to make sure that everyone participates we will spin a bottle to determine the next person.” Ashido announced.
Midoriya and Bakugo trailed after her, not looking very happy, which confused Shoto. Perhaps they were just upset to have been interrupted. However, once they made it into the room they quickly separated. Bakugo marched over to Kirishima and Midoriya walked over to Shoto.
Ashido moved and got everyone into a circle, she then went and put a water bottle in the middle of the circle since there were no beer bottles.
“How do we make sure that everyone doesn't just choose truth every time?” Kaminari asked.
Bakugo scoffed. “Seriously, truth is lame, I might as well just go to bed then.” Bakugo stood up heading towards the elevator before Ashido stopped him.
“Okay then, what if we just do dares, then will you stay?” Ashido called after him.
“Unless you're too scared of course.” Kaminari added, stopping Bakugo in his tracks.
“ Oh it's on Dunce face, I am going to take you down.” Bokugo barked, spinning on his heels and marching back to the Circle, glaring at Kaminari as he went. Shoto expected that this was going to be a very interesting game for sure.
. . .
Momo was not excited for this game. Based on how Bakugo marched inside, nothing good must have happened while he and Midoriya were outside. She couldn't tell if he was angry or just serious about Kaminari's challenge as everyone sat down in a circle and Mina placed a bottle in the middle.
"So, who wants to start?" Mina asks as she sits between Kirishima and Sero.
"Shouldn't you go first Mina? Since it was your idea." Ochako suggested.
"Okay" Mina reached forward and spun the bottle. It went around a couple times before landing on Kaminari." Kaminari, I dare you to eat one of Bakugo's Spicy peppers.
Most everyone jumped up and ran to the kitchen. Bakugo only So that no one got into anything they shouldn't, leaving Momo with Shoto and Midoriya. Midoriya turned and watched the group while Momo looked at Shoto to try and gauge how he was doing. He seemed to be a little dejected, but that was all Momo could gather. Momo doesn't need to be in the kitchen to know what will happen. Especially when a loud cry, followed by a lot of laughter comes from the kitchen.
Bakugo was the first to march back into the room. Momo heard him mutter something about people who can't handle heat as he sat back down next to her.
Kaminari was the last to make his way back in. He had a very red face and his eyes were still watering as he sat down next to Kyoka. She then had to nudge him to remind him that it was his turn to spin.
“Iida, I dare you to try and eat a cookie without using your hands.”
Iida ended up being weirdly good at this, finishing his cookie in little to no time at all.He had pushed it off the table, grabbing it with his teeth once it was hanging off the edge. Then he just ate it in one bite.
And so on the game went.
Katsuki honestly barely paid attention to the game. He really didn't want to stay and watch Deko and icy hot any longer but he couldn't take Dunce Face calling him a coward, especially not when he wasn't afraid of these idiots. all the dars were horrible. Like, Glasses had dared Kirishima to spin in a circle ten times and then try to walk in a straight line. though he did fail that one.
The only mildly interesting one was when he got to dare Icy hot to call his dad and tell him he loved him. He shrugged, pulled out his phone and all he said was “I love you” before hanging up. his phone kept going off a couple times after that but he just ignored it.
Katsuki stopped paying attention after Round face dared Deku to sit on Icy hots lap. He decided to just glare at the wall instead. He was only brought back into the game when Dunce Face addressed him.
“Bakugo, I dare you to kiss the best looking person in the room.”
Katsuki thought for a moment before his eyes drifted to Deku still sitting there, in Icy Hot's lap leaned back while icy hot rested his head on top of Deku’s like he didn't even know what he was doing. So he chose the only opinion he could. One that a small part of him hoped would perhaps upset Deku.
He then turned and kissed Yaoyorozu.
Izuku wasn't sure if he was going to puke or cry. He was so stupid to think he could ever be with Kacchan. This whole idea had been so stupid, he shouldn't have agreed to do this now he had to watch Kacchan kiss his best friend's ex-girlfriend. That was also his fault by agreeing to this stupid idea. Todoroki and Yaoyorozu broke up because of this stupid lie.
“Hey Deku?” Uraraka said, shaking him slightly to get his attention.
He looked up at her a bit confused, looking around when he spotted the bottle. It looks like Kacchan has spun it and landed on him.
“I’m sorry, I can't play anymore. I’m going to go to bed.”
“Wait, Midoriya.” Ashido called out.
“Goodnight.” was all he said as he walked to the elevator and went up to his room.
All he could think about was the kiss, it kept replaying in his head. Izuku hadn't realized just how much he liked Kacchan. He didn't realize how much it would hurt to see him with someone else.
Once he made it to his room the tears started falling, he let himself break down. He cried himself out pretty fast, ending with tears just silently streaming down his face. That is when there was a knock on the door.
He got up and opened the door to reveal Todoroki.
“Are you okay?” he asked, confused by Izuku’s tears.
“I’m sorry about Yaoyorozu. I’m done with this. There is no reason to continue. Kacchan won't even talk to me. He just wants me to go away.”
“Midoriya, You don’t have to -”
“I’m done Todoroki. I can't keep up the lie, okay. Goodnight.” Izuku said before closing the door.
5.
The next day Shoto was thinking of how they could go back to normal after this, when Momo came up with one last ditch effort to get them together before they decided to give up. The hard part will be getting Midoriya to go along.
So, that night when Shoto could get him alone, he proposed the idea. "We were invited to go on a double date with Bakugo and Momo," he announced.
"Todoroki, I told you I can't do this anymore. He doesn't like me, end of Story." Midoriya complained.
He knew that was the response he would get and he told Momo as much, and she told him what to say next. "I know you did, but can you do this for me? So that I can see if Momo still likes me."
Midoriya hesitated at that before he sighed and nodded.
Katsuki was absolutely pissed that he had to do this. But, Yaoyorozu wanted to, and she was right, he shouldn't have kissed her without her consent. But, wasn't the party enough torture without adding a meal where they had to stare at Icy Hot and Deku the whole time.
“Can you at least look like you're not about murder someone.” Yaoyorozu said as they were walking to the restaurant.
“I think that's asking too much, I always look pissed.”
She turned and stopped him right outside the building. “Then can you at least play nice. I don't need to be breaking up any fights tonight.”
Katsuki could see right into the restaurant and could see Deku and Icy Hot already seated and talking. Deku looked a bit nervous or worried. perhaps yelling at him the other dad had actually frightened him. not that Katsuki has ever been able to push him away in the past. Was he really staring at a life without Deku around to drive him nuts? could he stand not having Deku in his life.
He nodded at Yaoyorozu. Perhaps if he played nice everything would be fine. Perhaps he wasn't even what was worrying Deku.
Katsuki was quickly proven wrong once they were approaching the table and he could see Deku physically stiffin. and what a rotten boyfriend half and half was when he didn't even appear to notice.
Izuku somehow wasn't prepared to see Kacchan and Yaoyorozu walk into the restaurant. To make things worse Kacchan looked so nice tonight and it made it all the harder to look at him and know he would never be able to be with him the way he wanted. He hoped they could somehow still be friends but he wasn't sure how when he couldn't make eye contact with him.
Suddenly he felt a kick from under the table and looked up. He hadn't realized that Kacchan and Yaoyorozu had sat down already. Todoroki was already in a conversation with Yaoyorozu and Kacchan was looking at him.
“You started muttering to yourself and the other table was looking at you like you were crazy.” Kacchan explained.
Izuku blushed and looked down at his hands.
“What's got you worked up anyway?”
Izuku started panicking before saying the first thing that popped into his head. “Have you seen the new hero line up?”
Momo really hoped this plan would work because these two boys appear to be even more thick headed then she originally thought.
She smiled at Shoto and Midoriya as she approached. though Midoriya looked stiff as a board so everything was not off to a good start. All thanks to Bakugo being an idiot and kissing her. She specifically sat across from Shoto and started up a conversation with him in hopes of getting the other boys to talk. At first it didn't look like it was going to work as Midoriya started muttering and Bakugo just drank water awkwardly. but then they started talking about heroes.
They seemed pretty happy with this and didn't stop all through dinner. Momo was hoping they would talk about their feelings or something but the conversation never strayed from the heroes.
“Tonight is such a nice night, what if we all go for a walk around the park before heading back to UA?” She asked.
Shoto was the first to agree causing the others to agree in turn so they paid and headed out. These boys were going to get together tonight if it was the last thing she did. She wanted her boyfriend back already. The whole reason for this plan was to get more time together and yet they now had even less and she was over it.
6.
Now that they were outside the ease and comfort of the restaurant the group quickly fell back into awkward silence. Izuku didn't know how to talk to Kacchan again. He also wasn't sure if he should try and talk as a group with everyone. Or perhaps the best thing would be to leave Todoroki and Yaoyorozu alone so they could make up.mor would that be wrong since she was now with Kacchan, though she did spend all dinner talking to Todoroki.
Kacchan then elbowed Izuku's arm. “You are muttering again”
“Oh sorry.”
“Okay, you definitely have something else on your mind. What is it?” Kacchan sighed.
Izuku panicked again, looking forward to seeing that Todoroki and Yaoyorozu were now walking a distance in front of them and they seemed happy. “Me and Todoroki aren't actually dating … anymore. I think he likes Yaoyorozu. I thought you should know.”
“Oh… that makes sense. To be honest I only asked Yaoyorozu out to piss half and half off.”
Momo started pulling Shoto ahead of the others once they were outside. In the silence they did fall into an easy conversation about school and Shoto could tell Momo was ready for everything to be over so they could spend more time together again.
Honestly, Shoto was ready as well. As much as he liked Midoriya, his relationship with Bakugo was exhausting and annoying. Plus Momo was amazing and so easy to be around. Shoto loved her company. She was as kind and understanding as Midoriya, without all the drama. Plus they had interests that aligned more. Shoto did not necessarily enjoy talking about different pro heroes all the time.
Shoto turned to Momo and gave her a soft smile. She smiled brightly in turn, reaching out and giving his hand a light squeeze.
Momo started to relax into the conversation with Shoto once Midoriya and Bakugo started talking.
She was confident that they would finally confess when they started telling each other that they were not actually in relationships.
But then it all devolved very quickly, once Bakugo confessed that he didn't ever have feelings for her.
“Wait, what? how could you play with her feeling like that Kacchan.” Midoriya huffed and stopped walking, causing everyone else to stop as well.
“It doesn't matter, it's not like she ever liked me anyway, so there was no harm.” Bakugo scoffed.
“But you didn't know that going in, right? And even if you did think so, she could have developed feelings for you and that's just cruel if you never liked her.” Midoriya was almost shouting now and Bakugo was red with anger, ready to probably put his foot in his mouth and ruin everything, which is when Momo finally lost it.
“Both of you shut the fuck up. News flash you were both fake dating us to make the other jealous and I am officially done with both of your shit. So kiss and make up already cuz I want my boyfriend to myself for once,” and with that Momo turned around, grabbed a hold of Shoto and marched off back to UA.
Katsuki and Deku were both stunned into silence as Yaoyorozu marched off with Icy Hot.
They both turned and looked at eachother. Then Deku blushed and looked down at the ground like he was the only one caught in a lie.
“I'm sorry for lying to you Kacchan. I know you don't like me but I do like you a lot and I'm sorry. I understand if you now hate me and never want to talk to me …” Deku continued but Katsuki stopped listening after Deku said he liked him.
Katsuki decided fuck it and kissed Deku, officially silencing him.
Katsuki pulled away slightly, resting his forehead on Dekus, “for the love of god stop talking. I like you, you idiot, so shut up and kiss me” Katsuki demanded. Deku smiled. “Really?”
Katsuki kissed him before he could say any more.
“What did I just say?” Katsuki asked, “And contrary to previous actions, I try not to go around kissing people I don't like.”
This time Deku silenced Katsuki with a kiss. “I guess we should thank and apologize to Todoroki and Yaoyorozu for getting us to admit our feelings.” Deku said starting to walk to UA.
“I think the best thing we could do for them is leave them alone for a while. Especially while Yaoyorozu is so angry. Katsuki said, walking alongside Deku.
Deku nodded thoughtfully as he grabbed Katsuki’s hand, already softly muttering ideas to himself. Katsuki smiled and shook his head, he was going to have to get used to that but at least kissing was a good way to get Deku’s attention.

Before You Go
https://archiveofourown.org/works/35077087
Summary: Diluc is not having a good day and it only gets worse.
Word Count: 1,575
Diluc was fuming while cleaning the bar. When he thought Kaeya could no longer get under his skin, when he thought he was finally over him, he did something to piss him off. Currently Kaeya was drunk and flirting with anything that could walk until one of his fellow knights took interest. Now they were making out in the corner.
It reminded Diluc of stolen kisses as they hid from the world before their bubble popped and Dilucs world went to shit. He remembered the whispered promises of forever in the dead of night when Diluc couldn’t tell where he ended and Kaeya started.
With that Diluc handed the rag off and left he wasn’t going to let Kaeya do that to him. He wasn’t going to let Kaeya win.
Unfortunately the next day the image couldn’t leave Dilucs mind. And to make it all worse it was the anniversary of his dad's death. He had overheard a couple adventures talking about a bad infestation of hillichurls. He decided to go take care of it to get Kaeya and the knights off his mind.
He ignored all his employees at the winery as he set out for the day taking care of any other monsters as he went.
After getting to the hilichural camp he took care of them pretty swiftly saving an adventure who was dumb enough to try and take them on alone.
“Oh my archons, I thought for sure I was a goner. Thank you.”
Diluc ignored him instead, thinking about the next fight for the day.
“It wouldn’t have been as much of a problem if not for the abyss mage that was hanging around. Is it normal for hilichurls and abyss mages to help each other out?”
“What abyss mage? Where did it go?” Diluc asked, only now giving the man his full attention.
“I think it went that way,” the man pointed. “Then it disappeared in the rocks or something.”
“Okay, go back to town and I will find the abyss mage.”
With that Diluc walked away in the direction the man pointed. He didn't walk far before finding a gap in the rocks. Another cave full of monsters as usual. Diluc was pretty confident he would get through this with time to spare. What he was actually going to get was another group of hilichurls.
The cave was much larger than he expected. Diluc opened another door leading into a large circular room with several gates in the walls all around the room and another door straight across. There was also a ruin guard sitting in the middle of the room. Finally a harder fight to spice up the monotony of hilichurls. He walked forward activating the ruin guard and quickly took care of it. That's when all of the gates dropped and four more ruin guards came walking out. That's when Diluc knew he was fucked. He was able to hold his own, killing two of them before they threw him across the room and he landed on a chunk of ruble wrong. A large sharp part stabbed up into him and his back bent and the impact knocked the air out of his lungs.
Now that he was incapacitated the ruin guards walked back to their cages and out of his line of sight. Diluc now regretted not telling anyone where he was going and what he was doing. It was unlikely that anyone would find him before he died. And even if they did find him, who knew what kind of damage had been done to his back, he might not be able to walk, it would probably be better to just die then live relying on others. Once upon a time Diluc had someone he could trust with his life. He had loved Kaeya so much when he was younger he thought they would be together forever, there was no one else he could imagine trusting like that. And sure enough he has never trusted someone like that since.
As Diluc layed there Kaeya. was all he could think about. He thought about their relationship and how much he still loved him. He wished that he could have been with him one more time before he died. That they could have talked and maybe just maybe been happy together again, if only for a moment.
Kaeya had woken up around noon with a hangover. Maybe he shouldn't have drank so much the night before. At least he still had the sound mind to not take that knight to bed last night. He wasn't really that kind of guy.
After cleaning up and getting ready, Kaeya ate and decided to go to Dawn Winery. Although he and Diluc didn’t get along well, he was hoping that they could set their differences aside to mourn the loss of Dilucs father, a person Kaeya loved as if he was his own dad. They had both lost someone they loved and he knew that Diluc would not ever forgive him for being a traitor but he still missed how close they used to be.
Once he made it to the winery he couldn't find Diluc. He had asked some of the staff, but all he learned was that Diluc had gone out this morning and had yet to come back. Kaeya suspected he had gone out hunting.
As he was trying to figure out what to do a man came walking by. “Hello sir, can I have some water? I have been out a lot longer today than I thought I would be. I guess that's what I get for wandering the forest when I'm not even from around here.” the man called out to Kaeya.
“Sure,” Kaeya said, going inside and getting some water before bringing it back out for the man. “ What are you doing out in the woods anyway?” he asked.
“Well I was out studying the nature and the animals, but all I accomplished was getting myself captured by some hilicurls but at least that red head came by and rescued me, hopefully he found that abyss mage just fine.”
“Wait what red head? Did he carry a claymore?”
“Yeah. why?”
“Can you lead me to where you parted ways? He is my friend and I want to make sure he is okay.” Kaeya said hoping Diluc didn’t get himself into too much trouble.
The man agreed and lead Kaeya to a now destroyed hilichurl camp. It didn't take long for Kaeya to find the cave that Diluc must have gone into. He left the man at the entrance as he went in to find Diluc. It didn't take long to find Diluc's path of distraction. As Kaeya walked he was expecting to hear the sounds of fighting, but it was just eerie silence which made him very uncomfortable.
Kaeya rounded a corner and walked through a doorway only to find Diluc, laying on a chunk of rock with blood running down it. Diluc was paler than he should be.
Kaeya called his name without even meaning to, running for him. Dilucs head turned towards him slightly. Then two ruin guards came out of open cages going for Kaeya. Kaeya quickly took care of them, only thinking about Diluc who was bleeding to death just a few feet away.
Once the last ruin guard feel kaeya ran for diluc. He wasn't sure what to do once he got there though. A piece of jagged rock had gone straight through him and Kaeya was no healer. He couldn't do anything to help. He was going to end up watching Diluc die.
“Is that really you Kaeya?” Diluc asked.
“Yes Diluc, I’m here.” he replied, taking a hold of Diluc hand.
“I wasn't sure. I know that you can start to see things when you're dying, and all I wanted was to see you.”
Kaeya was shocked to hear that. Diluc spent most of his time avoiding him. “Diluc…”
“Let me talk please. There is so much I want to say and so little time. I have been thinking about us and everything that has happened and I wish we could have gotten over it all. That we could have gone back to how things were. I still love you and it hurts not being with you. I just want to be with you like that again. I wanted to make sure that before I died I could tell you that. That I didn't hate you. I loved you, I never stopped loving you.”
Kaeya started to cry. “That 's all I wanted too. I never stopped loving you. But, I knew you needed your space and time after what I did. I'm sorry for everything Diluc.”
“You're forgiven Kaeya, just promise me you will protect Mondstadt after I'm gone. Mondstadt needs a hero, someone to protect the people.”
“I promise Diluc, I will try to be that hero for you.” Kaeya leaned down, putting his forehead against Diluc’s. Diluc then moved his head, tilting up and pressing his lips to Kaeya’s. Kaeya leaned into the kiss. He remembered this feeling, he almost forgot how good he felt with Diluc.
When they parted Diluc smiled up at Kaeya “That's all I-”
“You what? Diluc you what? No Diluc please? I just got you back, please don't leave me, I need you Diluc, I need you.” Kaeya cried, pulling Diluc’s now lifeless body close to his chest.

Before I Go
https://archiveofourown.org/works/35076607
Summary: Bennett knew that one day his bad luck would kill him, its been trying to for years. However, he never thought he would go like this.
Word Count: 1,672
Bennett hadn’t been feeling well for the past couple weeks. Finally his dad decided it was time to go see Barbara but no one was prepared for what she had to say.
“I don’t know what's wrong with you Bennett, I’m so sorry. I’ve tried everything, but nothing has happened. I don’t think I can heal you. I can give you some medication to help with the pain, but if I had to guess, you only have about a year to live.”
In some way Bennett felt like he should have expected this with his luck.  He had a great group of friends and an amazing boyfriend.  He never thought he would be able to find someone who loved him like Razor did.  He had imagined that he and Razor would grow up into the best adventuring duo.  Maybe they would get married and maybe adopt kids like Razor and I had been adopted. He never thought he would get this sick, sick enough to where he only had one year to live, one year to be with the people he loved
Once he got home all of his dad’s were told what was going on and they broke down. They all started grieving. Bennett doesn't think he has ever seen so many people crying, or that he has ever been pulled into so many hugs.
As Bennett lay in his room later that day, he listened, his dad’s quiet cries as they talked and comforted each other, or tried to drown their sorrows. Bennett never realized just how much they cared for him. He also thought about earlier, when he tried to comfort them. He realized that with this cloud over his dad’s heads, that they wouldn’t be able to enjoy the next year. They would spend it worrying about him. So, he decided that he wasn’t going to tell Razor. He was going to give Razor happy memories and prepare him for what was yet to come, without having him wallow in his sadness for a loss that has yet to pass.
...
The next morning Bennett bounded into the kitchen with a big hug for his dad’s before sitting down to breakfast.
“I’m going to hangout with Razor today, is that okay?”  Bennett asked.
“Of course, whatever you want to do, just be home for dinner, we are going to make all your favorites.”
“Really?!” Bennett exclaimed, jumping up and throwing himself at his dad, pulling him into a hug. “Do you think Razor could come over for dinner then?”
“Of course, Razor is always welcome.”
“Yay! I can't wait. Also, I would like it if we didn't talk about the sickness or anything like that if at all possible.” Bennett ended the hug running around to find his shoes as he talked. He wanted to spend as much time with Razor as possible. Razor was the best part of his day.
“Sure. Hey Bennett, be careful out there okay?”
“Got it dad. Love you!” He called as he shoved his feet into his shoes before running out the door.
...
Bennett found Razor under their tree. Razor was sitting under it patiently waiting for Bennett to show up. Bennett smiled, he would never get used to having such an amazing person waiting for him. Bennett got so distracted by Razor that he forgot to watch where he was going and tripped on a rock and ended up face planting in the dirt.
“I'm good.” Bennett grounded as he pushed himself up.
“Is Bennett okay? Bennett needs medicine?” Razor asked suddenly in front of Bennett. He extended his hand to help Bennett up.
“I'm okay.” Bennett said smiling as he took Razor's hand and Razor pulled him up. “I don't medicine, but I do know what you can do to help me. "
"Razor help?" Razor tilted his head to the side, eager to help.
"Kiss me." Bennett smiled, moving his arms to wrap them around Razor's neck, pulling himself closer to Razor.
Razor blushed lightly, smiling before leaning down and closing the distance between the two of them. Razor kissed Bennett softly, but Bennett decided to deepen the kiss, pulling Razor even closer. Bennett twisted his fingers into Razor's hair. For that moment they were the only people in the world, and nothing could hurt them. Bennett could almost forget he was going to die. Almost.
...
Bennett stretched awake, already thinking about what he could introduce Razor to so that he can be more acclimated to life in Mondstadt without him. It has been months since his diagnosis. He was definitely feeling worse and it was getting harder to go out adventuring. However, as long as he had Razor he was happy. Though he felt like he hadn't taught Razor enough. He still had so much to share with him, and so little time.
"Bennett! Breakfast!" his dad called.
Bennett got out of bed and started his day like usual. He had breakfast with his dads before going to hangout with Razor. In the end he decided to sit in on Razor's lessons with Lisa which lasted most of the day. Though it was a lot of fun distracting and introducing Razor to his favorite stories. Lisa was weirdly chill even though she usually threw Bennett out for being a disturbance and because he usually ended up knocking over a bookshelf.
After Razor's lessons they headed for Bennett's house hand in hand. They had missed lunch and were hoping for an early dinner.
As they walked into the house and rounded the corner to the kitchen Bennett's dads jumped up. "Surprise!" They shouted.
The whole room was decorated. There was food covering the table and a beautiful cake on the counter. In all his focus on Razor, Bennett completely forgot today was his birthday. He was touched by what his dads had put together.
Bennett turned to Razor to find him smiling awkwardly as he held out a poorly wrapped box. Bennett took the box from Razor before surging forward to give him a quick kiss. The four of them ended up eating too much food, eating until they were stuffed to the brim. Yet, somehow they still managed to eat cake. Though that did quickly devolve into a food fight after Bennett smeared cake onto Razor’s face.
Then he opened presents. The best was definitely Razor’s. It was a beautiful braided bracelet with a wolf charm that was carved from wood.
Then he and Razor went outside and decided to stargaze and enjoy the cool night, just the two of them. It was the happiest Bennett can remember being since his diagnosis.
As Bennett got sicker and sicker he found it harder and harder to go out all day so Razor started staying with him when, when he couldn't drag himself out of bed. As the people he loved waited on him hand and foot, it made him realize just how lucky he was. He had so many people who loved him and cared for him, he was blessed to have so many people in his life. It filled him with love and happiness. But, he felt like he wasn't leaving them with enough. So, with the last of his strength he decided to write a letter.
Bennett’s dads found the letter on his bedside table after they failed to wake him up. The letter was addressed to Razor. They gave it to him when he came by that morning and had to explain to him that Bennett was dead.
Razor couldn't bring himself to open the letter. It’s not like he could read it anyway. His reading wasn't great yet and he didn't want to misread anything, not with something so important and he wasn't ready to approach Lisa to help him read it. It was only after the funeral, when Bennett's body was in the ground and his death really became real that Razor went to Lias. She read the letter to him, he cried, then she read it again. She read it to him and let him cry until he had memorized the letter and cried himself out.
Dear Razor,
It’s so strange to be so formal with you, but there is so much I still want to say, and I know I don’t have long.
First I would like to explain that I’ve known that I was going to die for the past year. After my dads found out they could barely breathe. I caught them crying when they thought I wasn't around, I hated being the cause of their pain. I couldn’t bring myself to tell you, I didn’t want to cause you pain too. I thought that you wouldn’t have been able to enjoy any of our time together if you knew. I know it’s wrong to make that decision for you but I stand by it. I want you to know that I am dying without any regrets. I just wish that we could have had more time. I wish I could have been with you until we were both old and gray. That we could have lived a beautiful life together. Perhaps we will get that in another life, if we are so lucky.
But anyway, the next thing I wanted to say was, well a bit complicated. I have spent the last year thinking of everything I could do to help you when I was gone. But, I think the most important thing I could tell you is to move on. Don’t spend your whole life alone because of me. I want you to find someone, someone who makes you happy and lights up your whole world like you light up mine. And when you find them you hold them close, and you don’t even let go. All I have ever wanted was for you to be happy.
I know I’m gone now but I want you to be happy, I want you to live for me. Do all the things that we couldn't do.
I love you Razor.
Always, Bennett.

Soulmates Suck
https://archiveofourown.org/works/34462249
Summary: Chongyun hated soulmates, well not all soulmates, just his.
Word Count: 1,679
Chongyun hated soulmates, well not all soulmates, just his. When he was younger he loved the idea, the one person in all the world that was yours and only yours, who will love you no matter what. His mom thought it was really cute how much his soulmate sang. She said he had a beautiful voice and signed him up for their church's choir. Before they got up to sing, however, he started belting out It’s Raining Men. He ran home after that and promised to never sing again if he could avoid it. Over the years his soulmate continued to have horrible timing. When he was trying to sleep, while in a public restaurant, while out to dinner with his family. There was a whole year where he would sing off and on during one class, but after that, he would never really sing in class again.
Because of how often he burst out singing he didn't really have any friends. He made his first real friend when he joined a martial arts class. He quickly climbed through the ranks, which got the attention of the top of the class, Xingqiu.
Xingqiu was a bit of a wild card and was a bit mischievous. He liked to pull pranks and read. They hang out all the time during practice, they usually practiced together. They also went to school together and happened to have a couple of the same classes. However, they never really hang out at school. Xingqiu was quite popular, always surrounded by people and Chongyun wasn’t particularly sociable, so he never approached him. He didn't want to deal with that.
Chongyun was a bit happy they didn't hang out as much because it meant that he had yet to see Chongyun burst out singing. However, his stupid drama teacher decided to pair the two of them up to perform the ending scene from Romeo and Juliet. Chongyun hadn't even signed up for this class, he didn't want to take drama, but unfortunately, apparently, an art class was required for graduation. So he had been thrown into drama, working on the worst project he could think of, with the person he had a giant crush on. The worst part was he had to go to Xingqiu's house after school when his soulmate was most active.
“Ugh, this is ridiculous. We are never going to get this scene done. Could you act more dead, you perform with no emotion.” Xingqiu complained as he collapsed on his bed.
They had already been at this for a couple of hours. Chongyun didn't like acting and felt weird pretending to be someone he wasn't, pretending to feel things he didn't, and pretending to do things he wasn't. He knew he came off dead, just reading the lines without any emotion. However, Xingqiu was the opposite he overacted with a crazy flourish that was too over the top.
“You can’t complain about my acting. You are way too over the top. It should not take that long for someone to die from poison. Maybe you should be Juliet. She's more over the top and stabs herself.” Chongyun countered and layed on the floor.
“Then you can be Romeo, you think you can grieve for your lost love?” Xingqiu chuckled. “You're on, I want to see the emotion.”
Xingqiu jumped off the bed, settling himself at the foot of the bed, which they had been using for ‘Juliet’ to lay on. Chongyun delivered the lines, trying to put a bit more emotion into the words. Lucky for Chongyun any part of the performance that sounded dead could be explained away by the fact that Romeo already knew Juliet was dead before showing up. What Chongyun struggled with was pretending like he was dying. Though he did think it was easier to pretend to die from poison than a fake stab wound. After Chongyun was ‘dead’ Xingqiu got to do his part and he did do better. He could flourish and scream and it too sounded better.
“I feel a lot better about that performance. I think we should have a dance break now. To get everything out of our systems and then perhaps we can do it perfectly after. What do you say?” Xingqiu grinned at Chongyun.
“Seriously? A dance break?” Chongyun starred and Xingqiu.
“Come on, it will be fun,” he said, getting up and turning his music on. He then pulled Chongyun off the floor, moving his arms to force Chongyun to dance.
Chongyun laughed lightly at Xingqiu as he made faces at him. Xingqiu was such a strange person, yet Chongyun couldn't help but love him.
Xingqiu let go of Chongyun so that he could dance more vigorously. Then he started singing. Xingqiu was a horrible singer, but he is so fun to watch. He had so much fun, he didn't care what anyone thought about him and it was a beautiful thing to watch. Without even noticing, Chongyun had started to sing with Xingqiu.
“There you go Chongyun. It’s so nice to see you loosen up.” Xingqiu called out, smiling brightly at him. That's when Chongyun really noticed his singing. He tried to stop per his promise to himself, but he noticed he couldn't. He physically couldn't stop, which could only mean one thing. Xingqiu was his soulmate.
Now Chongyun wanted to puke. He covered his mouth and ran out of the room. He ran out of the house and ended up running all the way home. Only once he was in his bedroom did he finally break down and cry.
He hated himself for crying, it was so stupid. He should be over the moon, his soulmate was the person he loved, the person he would want to be his soulmate. Yet in the end, he had built up so much rage towards his soulmate that it was too much to process all at once. He hated his soulmate for all the embarrassment he had felt over the years. He hated all the opportunities he missed because of all the singing, all the teasing, and bullying that came with it.
Chongyun ended up crying himself to sleep that night. In the morning he got his mom to call him out of school sick. He then spent the rest of the day avoiding her questions.
He went to school for the rest of the week after that. He avoided Xingqiu, said they had practiced enough for drama class, and that he couldn't go over to Xingqiu’s house because he had family stuff to take care of. All he did after school and through the weekend was thinking about Xingqiu and what he meant to Chongyun.
Sure Chongyun had suffered because of his soulmate, but he still had a good life. Nothing would have changed if he didn't have a soulmate. Chongyun hated dealing with people, he preferred small groups of people he knew and liked. He didn't like acting and would prefer not to take art classes and he loved Xingqiu. Xingqiu was a strange person, who liked acting, and pulling pranks, and singing at the top of his lungs like no one could hear him, not that he cared if they could.
On Monday, it was officially time for his performance in drama class. He was both glad and upset that drama was his last class. It meant that he had to wait all day to get it over with, but it also meant that he could have a conversation with Xingqiu afterward and then run home if it all went wrong.
He suffered through that whole day, just thinking about what he was going to say. Then when he finally made it to class he could barely move. He watched the other groups go before it was his turn to go. He did a really good job, his current emotional state made it so his acting came out more genuine. And Xingqiu did better than when they had practiced. He was able to tone it down a bit, Chongyun guessed that he had continued to practice.
When class was over he stopped Xingqiu before he could leave. “Hey Xingqiu, we need to talk.”
“Sure what is it Chongyun? If it’s to tell me how great I did, I know, I practiced a bunch, even if you couldn't practice with me. How's your family doing by the way?”
“I lied about having family problems, my family is completely fine.” Xingqiu raised his eyebrow and Chongyun. “I couldn't face you because I found out we are soulmates. Although I just realized you might not know you had a soulmate because I never sing. But we are soulmates, and I wanted to hate my soulmate because I hate singing. But, I love you and I can't hate you, even if you are kind of a dick. I didn't know what to do, but I know now. I want to be with you Xingqiu. Or at the very least I still want to be your friend. God, please still be my friend, I don't know what I'll do if …”
Xingqiu cut him off by pulling Chongyun close and kissing him softly. When they parted Chongyun was so shocked he couldn't find any words.
“You’re my soulmate!” Xingqiu said so excitedly. “You're right, I didn't think I had a soulmate, but I’m so glad it’s you. I’ve been wanting to ask you out for weeks, but I was worried you had a soulmate and you wouldn't want to be with someone who isn't your soulmate. But now it doesn't matter, because we are soulmates. So, Chongyun, will you do me the honor of being my boyfriend?”
Chongyun chuckled at Xingqiu, now that he was over his original shock. “Yes, I would love that.” He couldn't stop smiling.
Xingqiu smiled brightly, grabbing Chongyun and spinning him around before pulling him in for another kiss. This one was longer than the first. It was soft and full of hope for the future. Chongyun could not be happier. Maybe soulmates aren't so bad after all.

The five times the class was oblivious
https://archiveofourown.org/works/34461787
Summary: Everyone thinks that Sero and Iida are just friends. That is until they all get a letter.
Word Count: 2,976
1.
Hanta was hanging out in Kaminari’s room with Kaminari, Kirishima, and Bakugo. They were taking turns fighting each other in Mortal Kombat. So far, Bakugo had won the most fights. Hanta was second followed by Kirishima, and then Kaminari.
“Oh come on,” Kaminari complained as Hanta once again beat him.
“I don't know what to tell you. You gotta get better.” Hanta chuckled. He leaned back and his hand hit his phone which was laying behind him on the bed.
Hanta picked up his phone and the time flashed at him. It was 4:50 PM, Hanta was supposed to meet Iida in the common room at five. Hanta still hadn’t taken a shower or gotten dressed.
“I gotta go guys. Talk to you later.” Hanta said, rushing to the door.
“Why the rush? Where are you going?” Kaminari asked.
“Oh, I have a date with Iida. if I don't get ready now, then I'm going to be late.” Hanta smiled at his friends before reaching for the door.
Kaminari then started laughing, causing Hanta to pause. “Sure.” He said between giggles. “Have fun on your date. Don't forget your books.”
Hanta chuckled. Of course, Kaminari would assume Iida couldn’t go on a date without books. “I will have fun. Talk to you guys later.” Hanta then left Kaminari’s room and rushed to his own.
Hanta had been studying with Iida for several months. Hanta had found himself slowly falling for the other boy. Sure, Iida was a stickler for the rules and could be uptight at times, but he was so much more than that. Iida cares so much for his friends, and he understands how to pick his battles, when to fight and when to comply.
The other day Hanta had finally worked up the courage to ask Iida out. Today was the day. They had gotten permission to leave campus, and they were going to go out to dinner. Hanta was super excited, he couldn't believe he had almost forgotten and been late. That would not have been good.
2.
Tenya was freaking out. Sero had asked him out on a date during their last study session. He was now standing in front of his closet trying to figure out what to wear for said date. He had never gone on a date before, and honestly, he didn't know where they were going so he couldn't plan accordingly. Sero had insisted that he be the one to plan out the date. All Tenya knew was that they were going to go out and eat.
Tenya sighed and left his room in search of his friends. He found them both in the common room. Uraraka was listening as Midoriya went on about some heroes in his journal.
“Hey, Iida, what are you up to?” Uraraka asked as Tenya approached the pair.
“Hello Uraraka, Midoriya. I was getting ready for a date, but I have no clue what to wear. I was hoping the two of you could help me.”
“I’ll help. I don't know much I can help, but I’ll try.” Midoriya offered.
“We’ll both help.” Uraraka chuckled.
The two got up from the couch and followed Tenya to his room.
Once they reached his room Uraraka went straight to his closet and started carefully going through his clothes. Midoriya just kind of stood behind her and looked over her shoulder. Uraraka then started pulling things out and handing them to Midoriya. After getting a range of clothes, she started sorting through the pile and pairing them up before finally settling on an outfit and giving it to Tenya.
“There you go. We’ll wait in the common room for you to get changed.” Uraraka then led Midoriya out of the room.
Once they were gone, Tenya cleaned up the rest of the clothes before changing into the clothes Uraraka chose. She chose a pair of khakis, paired with a dark blue polo shirt.
After he got dressed and ready to leave he headed back down to the common room.  He found Uraraka and Midoriya quickly as Uraraka bounded over to him.
“You look great, Tenya.  Your date is going to love you.”  Uraraka smiled brightly.
“What are you doing on your date anyway?”  Midoriya asked.
“We are going to go out to dinner.  It’s our first date so I'm a bit nervous.”
“You don’t have to worry Tenya, they are going to love you.”
Tenya smiled at Uraraka.  He then saw something past her.  He looked over her head to see Sero run from the elevators to the main door and then looked around confused.  Tenya looked at the time and realized he was slightly late.
“I have to go.  I will talk to you both tomorrow.”  He excused himself, walking towards Sero.
“Iida!”  Sero exclaimed once he saw Tenya approaching.  “I thought you might have left since I was late.”
“No, it was I who was late.  I was talking to Uraraka and Midoriya.  I’m sorry for worrying you, shall we go?”
“Yes please.”  Sero smiled as they left the dorms.
...
Izuku watched as Iida and Sero left the dorms.  “Hey Uraraka, do you think that Sero is Iida’s date?”
Uraraka shook her head as she walked back to the table they had been sitting at.  “Nah, Iida just needs someone to go with him if he wants to leave campus.”
“Okay, but why wouldn’t he have asked one of us?”
Uraraka shrugged, “I don’t know, but can you help me with the homework?  It doesn’t make sense to me.”
3.
Hanta was studying with Tenya, Midoriya, Uraraka, Jiro, Yaourozu, and Kaminari.  There was a big test coming up so then they had all gathered in the library.
In the beginning, Hanta had been doing fine and he got all of his homework done correctly.  However, he then started to get distracted by Kaminari who still wasn’t getting it, even though he was surrounded by smart people.  Three of them were in the top five of the class.  Then, after they finally get Kaminari going,  Hanta keeps getting distracted by Tenya.  Though they had been dating for several months now, Hanta was still in awe over it.
Tenya wasn’t one for PDA, especially in professional situations, and he considered school a professional situation.
“Hanta?”  Tenya asked, waving in front of his face, snapping him out of his thoughts.
“Huh, sorry I spaced.”
“I know.  Now, can you work on some practice problems that I gave you?”
Hanta looked down at the worksheet and made a face.  He didn’t want to do any more unnecessary work.
Tenya sighed, “How about this, for every problem you get correct, I will give you a kiss. For the record I mean later, not right now.”
Hanta's eyes lit up and he dove straight into the worksheet Tenya gave him.
“Wait, Iida, you keep kisses in your room, and you didn’t think to share them.  I want kisses.”  Kaminari complained.
“Um, no”  Kaminari started pouting at that.  Hanta wasn’t sure why Kaminari wanted Tenya to kiss him.
“Kaminari, if Tenya doesn’t want to share, then he doesn’t have to.”  Uraraka chastised.
“Oh, chocolate,”  Midoriya exclaimed, putting his pencil in the air like he just put the pieces of a problem together.
Hanta was now very confused.  He was sure that none of the problems were about chocolate.  So he didn’t know what Midoriya was on about, but he tended to ramble on and not make sense.  However, he was sure that all the kisses talk was a joke because Kaminari made weird jokes.
“Can we please get back to work?”  Tenya asked, not liking the distraction from work.
Midoriya chuckled, “Of course, Iida.”
4.
Tenya watched as Hanta placed another box into their new living room.  Hanta then surveyed the room and smiled at Tenya.  Hanta couldn’t seem to get over it.  He loved their new apartment, it was nicely sized, in a good neighborhood, and it was theirs, they were finally moving in together.  They were both excited for this step in their relationship.  They had been talking about moving in together since they had graduated from UA.
“Oi, losers!  Are you going to help us carry your shit?”  Bakugou complained, placing a box in the kitchen.
“Oh. Kacchan, leave them be, they are just happy to finally be moving in.”  Midoriya chuckled, bumping Bakugou’s arm with his elbow as he walked into the apartment.  “Hey Iida, where do you want me to put your stuff?  This box has your name on it.”
“In the bedroom over there.”  Tenya pointed towards their shared bedroom. He thought it was a little weird that Midoriya didn’t know, considering they had already put some of Hanta's things in there.  Sure it was the first box of Tenya’s stuff, but he thought it was pretty self-explanatory that his stuff would go in the same room considering they had been dating for the past several years.
As Midoriya walked to the bedroom, Hanta left to get more stuff and Tenya soon followed suit.
As he walked out the door he heard Bakugou say, “Idiots don’t even know what room is going to be what yet.”
5.
Hanta had been looking forward to tonight for weeks.  Hanta and Tenya had a nice dinner planned for their anniversary.  Thanks to work they haven't been able to hang out recently.  Whenever they did end up with the day off together Tenya seemed to be super busy with other things and couldn’t spend time with Hanta.
Tenya straightened out his clothes and puffed down his pockets like he always did, to make sure that he had everything.
“Are you ready to go?”
Hanta couldn't stop looking at Tenya.  They were both dressed semi-formally since they were going to a pretty nice restaurant.  Tenya had set the whole thing up, and he looked hella good dressed up.  “Yep, all ready.  It’s so nice to have a night just for us.”
Tenya shook his head and smiled as they left their apartment and headed for the restaurant.  It didn’t take long to get there, only being about a ten-minute drive.  Then they were quickly seated, when you’re dining with Iida that tends to happen.
They sat down to a very nice dinner, just what Hanta believed they needed.  It felt so nice to finally have some time with just the two of them.  Though as the night progressed Hanta noticed that Tenya appeared to be getting increasingly nervous.
As they were leaving the restaurant, Hanta wanted to ask Tenya what was wrong when they were interrupted.
“Hey guys, didn’t expect to run into you here.”
Hanta turned to see Kirishima and Kaminari walking towards them.
“Oh, hey guys.  We were just out for dinner, what about you?”  Hanta asked.
“We went to the movies.”  Kaminari answered “How was your dinner?  We are about to get a bite to eat ourselves.”
“It was very nice, and the food was amazing,”  Hanta said, smiling at his friends.
“It was very good, but we do have more planned for tonight.  We will talk to you guys later.”  Tenya said, putting his arm around Hanta’s shoulder to lead him away.
“Bye guys,”  Hanta called over his shoulder.  “We are doing more?”  He asked Tenya.
“I planned out the whole night.”
“Oh tonight is really special, I love this.”  He grabbed Tenya's hand and leaned closer to his as they walked down the street.
They walked a couple of blocks to a nearby park.  It was a nice park that they had been to before on past dates.  However, these were all during the day.  At night the park was beautiful, the lights were all lit, creating a very nice atmosphere.
They walked through the park to the walkway by the river.  Hanta grabbed the rail and looked out past the river over the city.  It was beautiful, and Hanta felt so at peace.  He smiled and looked back over his shoulder at Tenya, shocked by what he saw.  Tenya was kneeling on the ground holding a box with a ring in it.
“Hanta, we have been dating for eight years and it has been a wonderful eight years.  I love you, and you make my life so much better.  I couldn’t imagine my life without you in it.  We make each other better and we work so well together.  I want to spend the rest of my life with you and I hope you feel the same way.  Hanta, will you marry me?”
Hanta's eyes started to water at Tenya's words, he was covering his mouth with his hands.  He started nodding his head before he moved his hand to reach for Tenya.
“Yes.”  Hanta gasped out, tears streaming down his face.
Tenya grabbed his hand and slid the ring onto his finger.  He then pulled Hanta into a kiss, hugging him tightly.
They were both smiling brightly at each other.
“I love you so much,”  Hanta said once he finally composed himself.
“I love you too, it was hard keeping everything from you because I just wanted everything to be perfect.”
Hanta leaned forward once again to kiss Tenya.  They stayed for another minute before leaving the park hand in hand and heading home.
6.
Shoto was sitting down for dinner and decided to go through his mail at the same time.  He shifted through them until he came across a fancy-looking envelope, addressed from Iida and Sero.
He opened it to find a wedding invite.  He thought for a minute before getting up to mark the day on the calendar.  He was happy for them.
...
Izuku finished washing the dishes when he spotted the pile of mail he still hasn’t gone through.  He sighed before picking up the pile and heading to the living room.  He plopped himself down on the couch and turned to lay down, laying his head in kacchan's lap.
Kachan moved his hand to run his fingers through Izuku's hair.  “You’re going to go through those now?”
“Well yeah, if I don't, who knows how long it will sit there for.  It’s not like we have a whole lot of free time.”
“Whatever just finish so we can watch this movie.”
Izuku smiled at Kacchan as he shifted through the mail, pausing when he came across a fancy envelope addressed to him and Kacchan from Iida and Sero.
When he opened the envelope he was surprised by what he saw.
“Kacchan, look at this.”
Kacchan looked down at Izuku, then towards the invitation, Izuku was holding out to him, his eyebrows funnel in confusion.
“Soy sauce and four eyes are getting married?!”
“Kacchan, we talked about calling people names.”
Kacchan just shrugged.
“Anyway, I am kinda surprised.  I guess they were dating all this time and we just weren't paying enough attention.”
“Yeah, whatever, just mark the date so that we can start the movie.”
...
Ochako was going through her mail while she was eating her breakfast. She had been busy for the last couple of days so the mail had piled up more than she usually had let it.
She sorted out all the junk mail and then started opening her mail.  She started with the letter from Tenya and Sero.  She took a drink of tea as she went to read the letter.  As she read the letter she spat out the tea onto the table.
Tenya and Sero were getting married?  When had they ever gotten together?  How could she have missed such a big part of her best friend's life?
She decided not to tell them she didn’t know they were even together as she wiped up the mess she had made.  She then went to the calendar to mark the date on the calendar.
...
Ejiro got his mail and started going through them as he entered his apartment.  He paused when he found a nice-looking envelope from Sero and Iida.
He had just pulled out the paper when his phone started ringing.
“Hello?”
“Did you see it?  Did you get one too?”  Kaminari rushed, loudly and excitedly.
Ejiro laughed and flipped over the paper to read it.  “Kaminari you’re gonna have to slow down.  What are you-”  Ejiro paused, rereading the invitation multiple times.
“Kirishima, are you still there?”  Kaminari asked.
“Sero and Iida are getting married!”
“I know right!  Where did this even come from?”
“When did they start dating, and why didn’t they tell us?”  Ejiro asked as he pinned the invitation on the refrigerator.
“I don’t know.  Do they not love us?”  Kaminari sounded so sad.
“I’m sure there is a reason, for now, let’s just support our friends.”
Bonus:
Tenya and Hanta were sitting at a restaurant hanging out with their friends.  They had been married now for a couple of weeks and this was the first time they could all meet up since the wedding.
They had been laughing and catching up on how everyone’s life has been.
“So, I’m curious, how long have you guys been together?”  Kirishima asked.
“We have been together for nine years now,”  Tenya responded.
“What?!  Really?!  You guys have been together for that long?!”  Kaminari asked, he’d looked so shocked.
“I mean yeah, I told you when we were going on our first date,”   Hanta said.
“I didn’t know.”  Kaminari defended.
“If not then, then when did you find out that we were together?”  Hanta laughed.
“When I got your wedding invitation.”  Kaminari looked down at the table.
“What?!”  Hanta asked, flabbergasted.
“Surely everyone else knew before then though, right?”  Tenya asked.
The table responded with silence.
Tenya and Hanta shared a look before they burst out laughing.  Tenya felt like it made some sense that their friends wouldn’t figure it out considering how obvious they are, they were still his friends and he wouldn’t trade them for anything.

Be Happy
https://archiveofourown.org/works/29807574
Summary: Kirishima and Tamaki are soulmates and Tamaki doesn’t know how to deal with this.
Word Count: 2,472
Tamaki found out who his soulmate was when he turned 18. Everyone found out who their soulmate was on their 18th birthday at their time of birth. Their soulmates’ name would show up on their skin somewhere. Some people would stay up all night until they could finally see that name, too excited to even sleep. Tamaki though, he forgot it was even his birthday.
He woke up that morning and got ready like any other day. It wasn’t until he ran into Mirio that he was reminded of his soulmate.
“Tamaki! Hey big day today, isn’t it? Have you found the name yet? Who are they?” Tamaki stared at him blankly. “Oh sorry, I almost forgot to wish you a happy birthday.”
Tamaki’s eyes widened. He had totally forgotten about his soulmate, and the fact that it was his birthday. “I haven’t checked yet.”
“What? Why not?”
“I forgot, I just know that I have patrol with Fatgum and Kirishima today.”
“Well, you’re going to check, come on.” Mirio then dragged Tamaki to the nearest bathroom.
“Mirio, is this really the time?” Tamaki complained.
“Just check Tamaki. I want my best friend to be happy, okay? I’m also very curious.”
Tamaki sighed and went to one of the stalls. He checked all the obvious places first. His wrists, arms, and his sides. He checked his legs and every other place he could see, which left his back. Tamaki fixed his shirt before exiting the stall.
“So?” Mirio asked expectedly.
“It must be on my back, because I couldn’t find it. Or I don’t have a soulmate.” Tamaki added. He wouldn’t be surprised if the universe decided they hated him.
“You have a soulmate.” Mirio said as if it was just a fact of the universe and not the most likely outcome. “Take off your shirt, I’ll check for you.”
Tamaki hesitated for a minute before he turned around and took off his shirt.
“There it is, I told you, you do have a soulmate.” Mirio said, tapping the space in between his shoulders.
Tamaki put his shirt back on and turned around to look at Mirio. “So who is it?”
“Ejiro Kirishima.” Mirio said it as if it was the easiest thing to say. As if this didn’t completely change everything.
Tamaki then started panicking. How was he supposed to go on patrol later now? He couldn’t look Kirishima in the eye after this. Kirishima was also younger than Tamaki, so he didn’t have a soulmate tattoo yet. There was a possibility that Kirishima would have someone else’s name on his skin. It was rare, but not impossible. Tamaki’s breath started to get more erratic as he started to spiral.
“Hey Tamaki, calm down. It’s okay.” Mirio said, grabbing Tamaki’s shoulders.
The touch of his best friend made Tamaki start to relax enough to not have a panic attack. But he still wasn’t happy. “What am I supposed to do? Kirishima doesn’t have a soulmate tattoo. He’s only sixteen.”
“Tell him then. He’s a cool person, and he will be so excited to learn his soulmate early. You’re lucky, Tamaki. You know your soulmate and you already like him. You don’t have to wait to meet them. At least try to talk to him, okay?”
Tamaki gave him a small nod, and then they left the bathroom and headed to class.
Tamaki had so much anxiety leading up to going on patrol, but it only got worse once he was finally there and had to actually see Kirishima. He could avoid the other while they were getting ready for patrol, but he couldn’t avoid him during patrol. But today Fatgum had Kirishima and Tamaki patrol just the two of them which only made everything worse for Tamaki.
“Oh, I almost forgot to tell you happy birthday. It’s your eighteenth, right? So you know who your soulmate is?”
“Yeah, I found out this morning. I haven’t figured out how to tell them yet.”
“So they are younger than you? Thats cool. Dont worry about it. Whoever they are, they are going to love you. You’re super great and your soulmates so it’s meant to be.”
“Is there anyone that you want to be your soulmate?” Tamaki decided to test the waters a bit before he jumped in.
“Well, I guess I would have to say Mina. after all, we are dating now.”
Tamaki then drew in on himself more. Of course he would have a girlfriend. Someone he really liked. Tamaki wasn’t going to ruin that. Kirishima didn’t need to be with him. They could be just friends. He just wanted Kirishima to be happy with someone he loved, even if that person wasn’t him.
Tamaki didn’t talk for the rest of the patrol. He spent that time taking all his feelings for Kirishima and locking them in a box. All while Kirishima went on about his girlfriend, and how great she is.
As Kirishima’s birthday grew closer, Tamaki was distancing himself more from Kirishima. He didn’t mean to distance himself. He was just trying to mentally prepare himself for Kirishima to talk about how he and Ashido were soulmates and how great that was. He didn’t even realize it until Kirishima confronted him about it.
“Hey, Amajiki. I want to ask you something.”
“What is it, Kirishima?”
“I was wondering why it is you’ve been avoiding me.”
“I haven’t been avoiding you.”
“I keep asking you to hangout, and you keep finding reasons not to hangout. You have also been making sure we don’t work together anymore. We used to work together a bunch. You have been avoiding me and I don’t understand why.”
“Well, I’m usually just busy, I haven’t been trying to avoid you or anything. I’m sorry.”
“It’s fine, I just was worried you hated me or something now and I wasn’t sure what I did. I’m glad you aren’t avoiding it. So, are you going to come to my birthday party tomorrow?”
“Sure, when is it?” Tamaki started to get uncomfortable. He knew tomorrow was Kirishima’s birthday, but he still wasn’t ready to truly know the fact that he has an unrequited soulmate.
“We are all going to go out to dinner, so come by around 4?”
“Okay.” Tamaki responded. Kirishima then smiled at him, wished him a good day and walked off.
As Tamaki was getting ready the next morning, he got called into work. Fatgum was short staffed and needed Tamaki. Tamaki felt bad, but he had to send a message to Kirishima letting him know he would be unable to make it to his party. He was, however, kind of relieved that he didn’t have to go. Tamaki did not like parties, and he didn’t want to have to listen to Kirishima talk about his soulmate the entire time.
Ejiro woke up early that morning, so excited about the day. He was excited to hangout with his friends and find out who his soulmate was.
After his friends wished him a happy birthday, Ejiro sat down to a birthday breakfast that Bakugo had made for him. As he took a big bite, his phone buzzed next to him, indicating that he got a text.
He smiled as he picked it up, realizing that it was from Amajiki.
‘Hey Kirishima, Fat Gum called me into work today so I cannot make it to your party. I’m sorry, I hope you have a good birthday, nonetheless. Happy birthday.’
Ejiro frowned slightly at this before quickly covering it up so that his friends didn’t see. A couple years back after he and Mina had broken up, Ejiro realized that he really liked Amajiki. But, Amajiki had already turned eighteen, he found out who his soulmate was, and if it had been Ejiro, he would have said something. Now Amajiki was getting really distant, he didn’t talk to Ejiro as much anymore. Sure, Amajiki had a life now and perhaps hanging out with high schoolers wasn’t something he really wanted to do, or had the time for, but it still hurt.
Ejiro knew he couldn’t blame Amajiki for not being able to come. So, he finished his breakfast and set out to make the best of the day.
When he finally got back to the dorm, he was in awe at everything his friends did. They decked the common room out. There was a snack table full of his favorite things, and he could see that Bakugo had all the ingredients for a nice big dinner.
Ejiro was happy to see all the effort his friends put into his birthday. However, he was just so excited for 5:13 exactly because that was the time he was born, and when he would finally receive his soul mark.
“Hey Kiri, you excited to find out who your soulmate is?” Kaminari asked.
“Very excited. I wonder if I know them. Wouldn’t that be interesting? If there is someone I interact with daily and had no clue was my soulmate?”
“I’m excited for you man, it will be good for you to have someone else to think about other than Amajiki.”
“Yeah. It would probably be easier to be around him when I know there is someone out there for me that will like me back.”
“Everything will be great, man. Now come one let’s go bug Bakugo.”
Ejiro chuckled and followed Kaminari to the kitchen where Bakugo was starting to lay out the food he was going to make.
Ejiro spent the next couple hours bouncing between talking with different friends, including bugging Bakugo every so often. He did this until dinner was finally done and they all sat down to eat. As usual, Bakugo’s food was amazing, and it distracted Ejiro to the point where he didn’t notice the time ticked past five and then started creeping towards six.
Once Ejiro was done eating, he grabbed his dirty dishes to put them in the kitchen which is when he finally saw the time. It was 6:05, which shocked Ejiro. He placed his dishes in the sink and then rolled up his sleeves to start his search. The search didn’t last long. On his left wrist, his soul mark read “Tamaki Amajiki.”
Ejiro paused and stared at his wrist. How was it that the person he had a major crush on was his soulmate? No, the real question was why was it that he was just now finding out. Amajiki turned eighteen three years ago and yet didn’t tell him?
Without even thinking, Ejiro walked out of the kitchen and went straight for the door. He ignored the calls of his friends as he pushed open the dorm door and started running toward the train station. He didn’t know how long Amajiki would be at the agency, assuming he was still there, but Ejiro needed answers. He couldn’t let Amajiki get out of this conversation. Ejiro needed to know why his soulmate hated him. Why he refused to ever tell Ejiro that they were soulmates for so many years.
Once Ejiro was outside of Fat Gums agency, he lost all of his confidence. Now he was just scared. For a minute he considered tuning back. After all, why did he want to go through a true rejection. However, in the end he decided he had to go in. He had to know why Amajiki didn’t tell him, why he would let him get excited when he knew that Ejiro’s soulmate didn’t love him.
Ejiro walked into the building and over to where Amajiki was normally if he wasn’t on patrol. Sure enough, as Ejiro rounded the corner, he spotted Amajiki sitting and working on some paperwork.
“Hey Amajiki.”
“Oh, hi Kirishima, what are you doing here? Shouldn’t you be hanging out with your friends and enjoying your birthday?”
“I was at my party. It was a lot of fun, but I wanted to ask you something.” Ejiro was fidgeting with his shirt. He wasn’t sure that he could ask without breaking down. He was feeling so many emotions right now. He was angry that Amajiki never told him the truth, but he was mostly just sad that this all just meant that Amajiki didn’t feel that way about him.
“Okay? I don’t know why you would leave your party to ask me a question, but go for it.”
“Well. I know that you don’t like me and that’s why you are always avoiding me. I know you don’t want an actual romantic relationship. But why is it you never told me we were soulmates?” Just as Ejiro worried, tears started to stream down his face. “Why didn’t you tell me years ago? Then you could have saved me from the heartbreak of falling in love with you.”
Ejiro tried to stop his tears, wiping them away. He then looked towards Amajiki, who just looked shocked and confused.
“Please give me an answer. Please don’t run away. I need to know.”
“I don’t understand. Don’t you have a girlfriend? Isn’t she your soulmate?”
“Mina? We broke up forever ago. Is that why you didn’t tell me? Or are we not mutual soulmates?”
Amajiki was fidgeting with the cuff of his shirt before he pushed his chair and got up. He then walked off, trying to leave the room. Ejiro reached out and grabbed his wrist to stop him.
“Amajiki, is your soul mark my name?”
“Yes.”
Amajiki was looking down at the floor. Ejiro let go of Amajiki’s wrist and stepped around him. He rolled up his sleeves and showed his soul mark to Amajiki.
“Why didn’t you tell me?”
“I was going to, but then you started talking about how you had a girlfriend and you hoped that when you got your soul mark, it would be her. I assumed it was an unrequited soulmate. I wanted you to be happy, happy without the guilt of knowing you don’t feel the same way I do.”
“Are you saying that you like me? As in more than friends kinda like me?”
“Yes.”
Ejiro smiled widely and threw himself at Amajiki, crushing him in a hug. He was so relieved and happy that Amajiki liked him back, that’s all he had wanted. Amajiki tentatively wrapped his arms around Ejiro and hugged him back.
“I have liked you for years. Does this make us boyfriends?”
“If that’s what you want?”
“Of course that’s what I want.” Ejiro pushed back, smiling brightly at Amajiki. Amajiki looked at Ejiro and gave him a small shy smile back. That’s when Ejiro realized just how close their faces were, and he leaned forward. He wanted to kiss Amajiki, but he wanted to give him the time and space to tell him no. When he didn’t do anything, Ejiro closed the distance and finally kissed his soulmate.

Hey, I don't know if you saw the hate comment on your bakushin fic, but I want you to know that I literally loved it, don't listen to them.
Yeah, I saw the hate but honestly it doesn’t bother me. I’m happy as long as I know one person is out there who is likening the content I make. Thank you very much for caring enough to let me know that you liked my story and not to listen to them it means a lot.
I also want to take this time to talk about a heavier topic about what’s been happening on Twitter. If you don’t know, there where three minors that were bullied so badly because of what they shipped that they killed themselves. I hate that people are out there who want to tear other people down over ships. I want people to know that if you are being bullied on the internet because of your interests, this is a safe space. I do not judge people and want to encourage people to do what makes you happy. Don’t listen to the haters, they aren’t worth your time. And if anyone ever needs to talk I’m willing to listen. There is nothing wrong with you. You can like what you like.

Chapter 5
Katara finally had a moment to herself. It was the first time in a while that she was able to get away from the fire nation politics and now that Aang’s gone it gave her a reason to be alone for a while and get her thoughts together.
That was the plan, at least. That was quickly thrown out the window when she saw someone who seemed important walking towards her with a scowl on his face. She paused and waited for him to catch up with her so he could say whatever he wanted to.
“Master Katara, we request that you spend time with Fire Lord Zuko today.”
Katara glared at him. She wasn’t here to take orders from jerks who barely considered her a person. “I’m sorry, sir. But, I don’t take orders from you.”
He raised his eyebrows at her and she tried to get as big as she could even though she was still probably a foot shorter than him. “You are going to spend time with him if you want to continue this arrangement.”
They stared at each other for a moment in a testament of wills. Katara wouldn’t have given up if it wasn’t for the threat of destroying the deal. Her people are counting on her and she isn’t about to ruin this. “Fine.”
He smiled in approval, and it immediately made her feel disgusted. “I’m glad you changed your mind. We have given him the day off today. We haven’t told him you were told to do this, so make sure he thinks you actually want to.”
Katara didn’t say anything else. She chose to walk away because she was unsure what she would do if she stayed. She changed course from her mindless wandering to head to Zuko’s room. As she walked, she felt the remnants of her anger slowly dissipate.
She enjoys hanging out with Zuko. She probably would have hung out with him at some point while Aang was gone, anyway. Besides, none of this was Zuko’s fault. So she should try to enjoy her time with her friend.
She finally made it to Zuko’s room and knocked gently on the door. There was a long pause, and she was about to leave and ask someone where Zuko was, but then the door finally opened. Her immediate thought was that Zuko looked exhausted. She never actively thought about it, but she knew that Zuko was objectively attractive. But that was not nearly as accurate right now. He had bags under his eyes and his hair was disheveled.
“Katara? I’m sorry I wasn’t really expecting anyone today.”
She could feel the ghost of a smile appear on her face. “I can tell. I can come back later if you want.”
He shook his head vigorously. “No. I could actually use some time with somebody that isn’t a politician for five minutes.” He opened his door wider and gestured for Katara to follow him inside.
“I don’t think I’ve ever been in your room before. It’s somehow smaller than I imagined.” She said while looking around the room. It certainly wasn’t small, but she imagined the Fire Lord’s room to be at least twice the size it actually was.
“Yeah. I don’t usually spend a lot of time in here, so it doesn’t need to be that big. We can get out of here. I could show you the turtleduck pond, if you would like?”
It reminded Katara of when Aang showed her his library from the other day. “Sounds fun. Lead the way.”
They walked side by side through the hallways of the palace. Katara had been in the palace long enough that she was starting to recognize the different hallways and doors. It only took a couple of minutes before they arrived at their destination.
The pond amazed her with how sirene and untouched it all looked. She could understand why Zuko seemed to like it so much. He sat down at the edge and just watched the turtleducks swim. She decided to do the same and sat next to him. She felt this was an appropriate time as ever to ask him about his appearance. “So, are you okay?”
Zuko shrugged. “The wedding planning has been really stressful. To be honest, the entire situation is starting to stress me out. It’s weird to think that I’m going to get married soon.”
Katara wasn’t really sure how to comfort him. She thought about coming clean to him about everything, but she was worried that it would only make things worse. “I’m sorry. Is there anything I can do to make it better?”
Zuko didn’t say anything for a while, and Katara wasn’t sure if she should continue. Eventually Zuko did speak, “actually there is something you could help me with.”
Now Katara was intrigued. “What is it?”
“I’ve been kind of forced to plan this wedding by myself, and I feel bad because she doesn’t have any say in it. Are there any water tribe wedding traditions that are important to your culture?”
There were definitely a lot of different traditions that she still remembered fondly from different weddings she attended as a child. “Well, there are really only a couple that I think she would really appreciate.” Zuko looked at her expectantly, so she continued. “The food is probably huge. Fire Nation food is okay, but it’s really spicy and especially compared to what we usually eat in the water tribe.”
He nodded in thought. “That seems easy enough. I could probably just let the cooks know that there needs to be water tribe food.”
Katara’s mouth watered at just the thought of the food from her village. “Oh, and the first dance.” She said it a little too loud and a little too excited, but she couldn’t help herself. It was always her favorite part of weddings and what she always imagined for her own.
Zuko looked more unsure, and it worried Katara that he would reject it. “What about the first dance?”
“Well, in the water tribe, we have a special first dance between husband and wife. It’s always the most memorable part of weddings.”
“But, I don’t know how.”
Katara looked away from the pond and towards Zuko. She could see the hint of a blush from his embarrassment. She stood up from where she was sitting and offered her hand. “I could show you, if you want?”
She could tell that Zuko was unsure, but he did end up grabbing her hand and she pulled him up. She could sense how tense he was, but she guided one of his hands to her waist and held the other with her own.
Then she started to take them through the motions of the dance. She’s technically never performed it either, but she’s seen it so many times that she could easily imagine the steps. There wasn’t any music, so she just had to guess the rhythm, but everything seemed to flow the way she remembered.
As she moved for Zuko to spin her, she couldn’t help but be surprised by how well he was dancing. She’s pretty sure she’s seen men from the water tribe who tripped over themselves much more the first time they try the dance. “I don’t know what you were worried about. You’re great at this.” She said as he brought her back to face him.
“Well, I’ve had dance lessons for most of my life. But I’ve only ever been taught fire dances. I like this though, it’s way more soft and fluid.”
Eventually the dance came to an end, and they were left staring at each other. For an instant Katara realized that if she leaned in just a little more, they would be kissing. She immediately jumped away from him. This was her best friend’s boyfriend and her good friend. It wasn’t anything more. It was just a curiosity, nothing more.
She finally looked back at Zuko, who looked confused at the sudden change in mood. “Katara, are you okay? Is something wrong?”
She shook her head, trying to erase those thoughts from her mind. “Yeah, I’m good. I’m sorry.”
“Okay, well, do you want to go back inside?” He didn’t sound convinced, but he seemed to be dropping it.
She nodded. “Yeah, it’s probably about time to get something to eat.”

Chapter 5: https://night-time-writing.tumblr.com/post/643325406168121344/eye-of-the-hurricane-pt5
Chapter 4
Aang started the day in a good mood. So far, everything felt normal. He stayed the night in Zuko’s room, which he hadn’t done in a while now and he and Katara seem to still be on good terms. As far as Aang could tell, everything was falling into place, into some sort of normalcy.
He was heading to the kitchen to get some fruit for breakfast when he was stopped by the same servant girl who had interrupted him and Zuko before this mess had started. “Umm, hey. Is there something you need?”
She didn’t say anything. All she did was simply hand over a letter. She started to leave before Aang stopped her. “Thanks, Ayano.”
She stopped and looked at him in surprise. Aang wondered if she had ever heard someone use her name before. Aang suddenly felt slight guilt for not using it before either. He watched as she left, and it wasn’t until she was gone that he opened the letter.
He skimmed over it quickly. It looked like he had business in the Earth Kingdom to attend to. He supposed it made everything easier because he could bring Toph and Suki back with him since it looked like he would come back a couple of days before the wedding.
Aang walked back towards his room to start packing so that he could leave first thing tomorrow morning. He felt bad that he wouldn’t be able to tell Zuko personally that he was leaving, but it was short notice and he knew how busy Zuko’s been. He’s been getting more and more busy as the wedding creeps closer.
He walked into his room almost in a daze as he started to pack. Even though his relationship with both Zuko and Katara seem to be fine, he still feels weird thinking about the wedding. The whole thing is awkward and weird. And he couldn’t help the tinge of jealousy that he’s felt since he was a child and thought about the possibility of Katara and Zuko getting together.
“Are you going to say hi? Or am I supposed to excuse myself?” said a familiar voice behind him.
Aang turned around and was shocked to see Sokka sitting on top of his bed. “Sokka? What are you doing here?”
“I just wanted to chat with my best friend. Katara’s cool and all, but I just wanted some guy time between us. It’s been forever.”
“I’m sorry. I really wish we could hang out, but now’s not really a good time. I have to go to the Earth Kingdom soon and-”
“That’s awesome! Can I join you? I haven’t seen Suki in a while. She’s been so busy with her own kingdom that she hasn’t really been home in a while. Besides, then we could actually catch up, and hang out just the two of us. What do you say?”
Aang was thankful for his friend’s company, and honestly, being able to catch up with Sokka and forget about the mess that was his life, sounded great. “Yeah. That sounds great. Make sure you’re ready to leave tomorrow at dawn. I have to make sure Zuko knows, but I’ll see you later.” Aang called out as he left his room to make sure Zuko got word of his departure.
He happened to run into a servant that Aang was less familiar with. He was older and seemed to shy away from Aang’s presence. “Excuse me, sir. Will you tell Zuko that I’ll be away for a while? I have business to attend to in the Earth Kingdom.”
The man glared at Aang with such scrutiny that Aang’s never felt from a servant before. “Are you sure that’s a good idea? What if the Fire Lord needs you and you’re not here? What is he supposed to do then?”
Aang felt his face flush, and he felt anger rise within him. “Zuko is a big boy and he can take care of himself. He certainly doesn’t need me here.”
The servant crossed his arms, and his face showed his distaste very clearly. “Perhaps you misunderstood me, that’s not exactly what I meant.”
“I know perfectly well what you’re talking about. But, I’m the avatar and that comes before anything else. I’m also not just Zuko’s play thing or whatever you seem to be insinuating. We love each other and he’ll understand.” Aang said it with finality, and he was proud of himself for remaining calm and civil even when talking to a guy like this.
The servant reluctantly bowed. “I’ll let Fire Lord Zuko know.”
Aang wanted to scream as he went back to his room to finish packing. He hoped that Sokka had left already so that he didn’t have to trouble him with this. It was infuriating to know that even the servants didn’t seem to realize he was his own person.
He was the freaking avatar, and they didn’t seem to care at all. Everywhere else he went, people praised and admired him. But when he was in the fire nation palace, it seemed that they only considered him Zuko’s toy. He decided to continue packing, even though he was steaming with anger.
...
Katara was bored out of her mind. Who cares how many different ways there are to hold a teacup and what each one means. They were silly outdated customs, and it took up so much of her time since she arrived at the fire nation.
But she supposes days like these are the more tame days. Most days comprised of different people acting as if she didn’t even understand what chopsticks were. Did they assume she just ate everything with her hands?
They spoke to her so slowly and patronizing that sometimes Katara wished she could just slug them. But she knows that she would be proving them right in a way if she acted angry or violent in any way. They were already angry with her refusal to wear fire nation clothes and inability to show up on time for these meetings that she didn’t want to give them another reason to hate her or her people.
She hated feeling like she was setting an example for everyone of her race. If only they understood that she was more than just from the water tribe or they understood there were so many water tribe people, it was unfair to assume they all behaved the same way.
But Katara understood that it would be easier to change their views from the inside. So, she didn’t let her tongue slip and for the most part she did what they asked of her. Even if it was tedious or pointless or racist.
When her lessons were finally done, she was relieved. She stretched after sitting for so long, then decided to go to Aang’s room. She figured she could use the other’s optimism and fun right about now.
For better or worse, that’s not what she got. When she arrived at Aang’s room, she saw him messily throwing clothes into a bag. “Are you going somewhere?”
“Why is everyone walking into my room unannounced today?” He didn’t seem angry as he talked, but he didn’t look up at her either.
“I can go if you would like.”
She could see him soften slightly. “No, it’s okay. You can stay. I’m just having a hard time dealing with the fire nation. It’s like the don’t even understand that I’m my own person,”
Katara flopped onto Aang’s bed. “You’ve also had a rough day? I’ve basically been told that I’m uncivilized and need to conform to the fire nation.”
“You too? I’ve basically been told that I’m only Zuko’s toy and I don’t exist otherwise, even though I’m the avatar.”
Katara stood up. “That’s horrible.” She paused for a moment before continuing. “You know what? It doesn’t matter because we know how horrible the fire nation is and how great we are.”
Katara saw the smile on Aang’s face even as he continued to angrily pack. “You’re right. The fire nation sucks.”
…
Zuko was tired of all these meetings. They were long, and they kept him away from Aang and hell, even Katara and Sokka. He understood important meetings that were actually about the wellbeing of people. But it felt ridiculous to force him into meetings about wedding plans. He didn’t care what entrees were served and what kind of flowers needed to be prepared.
He was thankful when the meetings were finally over, and he finally got to leave. He was planning on going to his room and relaxing for the evening, but he wasn’t even halfway to his room when he was stopped.
“Excuse me Fire Lord Zuko, I was told to inform you that Avatar Aang will be leaving to attend business in the Earth Kingdom for some time.”
“Very well. Thank you for informing me. I dismiss you.”
Zuko expected the servant to leave, but he didn’t. He stood there awkwardly, as if unsure what to do. “Is there something you would like to say?”
He cleared his throat before beginning, “I know it’s not my business to say, but it might be in your best interest to get a new one.”
This made Zuko pause. “Get a new what?”
“A new…” he stopped as if he was looking for the right word to say. “A new paramour.”
Zuko shook with rage. “How dare you apply that Aang is anything less than my boyfriend? He is an equal in this relationship whom I love and I will not have you thinking any less of him or our relationship.”
Zuko knew the man had more to say, but thankfully he shut his mouth. He bowed before leaving. Zuko no longer wanted to go to his room. He made a quick route change to Aang’s room. If anyone could cheer him up right now, it was Aang.
He opened the door and the first thing he heard was, “You’re right, the fire nation sucks.”
Zuko raised his eyebrow in curiosity. He scanned the room and noticed Katara laying on the bed. She looked back at him and they stared at each other for a brief moment as Aang continued to talk. “I just wish the fire nation understood. They never do, no matter how much it seems to change on the outside.”
Zuko stayed quiet, but Katara finally spoke up, “Um, Aang?”
Aang finally looked up from his packing and stared in surprise. “Oh, Zuko. I should’ve expected this. What’s one more person coming to my room unannounced.”
Zuko smiled fondly at the other. “You’re right, though. The fire nation really is the worst.”
Zuko laughed, and Aang and Katara joined in. “They told me to get rid of Aang because he was leaving. It was disgusting of them.”
Zuko could hear Aang groan. “That guy was the worst.”
The three of them spent the rest of the night hanging out together in Aang’s room. Zuko couldn’t help but feel a warmness during the entire night. It made Zuko feel like they should spend more nights like this.

Chapter 3
Katara was not looking forward to having to deal with the fire nation’s antics. She just wanted to get all the formalities out of the way and just hangout with her friends. She leaned against the rail of the boat and looked out across the ocean. It was hard to imagine that somewhere not that far from the horizon was a foreign country where she would spend the rest of her life.
She headed back to her room within the boat and laid back down. She had a couple more hours before the ship docked, and she was unsure if she could stay outside and watch as the fire nation came into view.
She tossed and turned, trying to find comfort within the blankets, but ever since the temperature rose, she could no longer get comfortable while buried in blankets. It was too warm to bury herself in her blankets. She wasn’t used to the warm weather. It was always cold in the southern water tribe.
Thankfully, her thoughts were able to distract her enough because before she realized it the captain of the ship had knocked then opened the door.
He bowed before speaking, “Master Katara, we’ve arrived. Please change into your formal wear.”
She nodded in acknowledgment and waited until he left to rummage through her packed clothes, looking for her formal wear. It didn’t take her long to find the clothes as they were the only fire nation clothes actually packed.
She looked at herself in the mirror and wrinkled her nose in distaste. While fire nation clothing had a unique beauty that she could appreciate, she missed the blue and furs she often wore and found herself more comfortable in.
She wondered how much they would mind if she decided to wear something else. In the end, she decided she didn’t care either way what they believed and traded her new royal robes for her simple water tribe clothes. If they didn’t want her as she was, then she would turn back. She refused to give up who she was for anyone. Let alone the fire nation aristocrats.
She left her room in her water tribe clothes and her head held high. The captain looked at her with his eyebrows raised, but he said nothing. Good, she thought to herself. It was better for the both of them if neither said anything.
She stepped off of the ship and was surprised at how there was no fire nation to greet her. She looked around to see if there was any escort for her but everyone at the dock seemed preoccupied with their own affairs.
She could hear footsteps behind her and turned around to see her brother and dad had joined her. She turned to her dad in confusion. “I thought that the fire nation usually greeted their guests more extravagantly than this.”
Her dad placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. “I knew you didn’t want a grand entrance, so I requested they kept everything more simple.”
“Thank you, Dad.”
“Of course, sweetheart. Though, I did expect there to be at least one person to escort us to the palace.”
“Yeah, right? I thought it was crazy that they weren’t planning on sending any escort, so I decided to come and show you the way.”
Katara looked behind her dad where she saw Aang smiling kind of awkwardly. She pushed past her dad and hugged Aang with all she could. “Aang! I wasn’t expecting to see you so soon. I’m so glad you came.”
Katara could hear Aang laugh and she melted with the knowledge that even with everything he was just as happy to see her. “Well, I wasn’t exactly going to let some of my favorite people wander the fire nation all by themselves. Besides, it’s been years since we really got to hang out.”
“Jeez, I’m really feeling the love over here.” Sokka said from somewhere behind the two of them.
Katara let Aang go and watched fondly as he shared a hug with Sokka before moving towards her dad. The two of them stared at each other, unsure before eventually sharing a hug of their own. “Sorry Sokka, I wasn’t even sure you were going to come to be honest.”
“What? Did you think I was just going to let my sister get married to some stranger across the sea without a thought?”
“Well, he’s not exactly a stranger,” Aang said.
Sokka opened his mouth and in fear of her brother somehow offending either Aang or Zuko, she decided to interrupt them. “So, are we just going to stand around all day or are we finally going to go to the palace?”
“Oh, right” Aang said as if he had forgotten why he was there entirely. He took out a whistle that Katara was sure was the exact same one he bought six years ago. He blew on it and as if by magic, Appa appeared from the sky.
All of them hopped onto Appa’s back and they flew through the sky. It took Katara back to when she was fourteen years old, and she flew across the world with her brother and her best friend. Even though that time was plagued by hardship and darkness, she couldn’t help but feel a fondness for that time in her life. It was simpler back then, and it made sense to her in a way that her present didn’t anymore.
In what seemed like no time at all, they arrived at the entrance to the fire nation palace. Katara hopped off and the first thing she noticed was how large the palace seemed. Which was saying a lot considering she’s been to the palace during a literal war. She’s visited the place before of course but never in circumstances quite like this before and never had it seemed so intimidating.
The second thing Katara noticed was Zuko standing at the top of the stairs in his fire lord robes. He wasn’t frowning, but Katara could tell he wasn’t exactly happy either. Once they noticed Zuko, Aang had also stiffened beside her and she felt guilty for the strain this must have put on the two’s relationship.
Katara walked up the stairs with her family and Aang in tow. She wasn’t sure how formal she was supposed to be now that they’re meeting like this, so she gave a small bow which made Zuko stare at her as if she grew a second head. “Katara? Maybe we should all go inside.”
Katara nodded and so their party moved inside. There was a small silence where none of them said anything before some fire nation servant entering the room broke the silence. “The chief of the southern water tribe and his son’s presence has been requested by the council. Please come with me.” Katara watched as her family left her in a room with Zuko and Aang.
“So Katara, I didn’t realize you were coming. What are you even doing here? Where’s the princess?”
Aang facepalmed, and Katara looked to him for answers. He gave her a look of annoyance and he tried to discreetly point at Zuko and shook his head. Katara figured this was Aang’s way of saying that Zuko hadn’t exactly caught on to the fact that she was the girl he was marrying. She wasn’t sure if she was offended or if she just thought it was hilarious.
A more mischievous part of her wondered how long it would take Zuko to realize that she was his fiancee. “Oh, the princess? I’m escorting her. Don’t worry, she’s just shy.”
“Well, I guess I’m glad you’re here at least. I feel like we haven’t seen each other in ages.”
Katara wondered if he would still say that if he knew why she was really there. “Yeah, I’m glad to see you too, Zuko.” She allowed herself to feel genuinely happy to see her friend for at least this moment.
It was short-lived however, because before too long the same servant came back into the room. “Fire lord Zuko, they have also requested your presence.”
Katara watched as Zuko immediately straightened up and neutralized his features. “Very well.” Then it was down to two.
“Sorry Katara, I don’t know why Zuko’s being so dumb to be honest. I literally told him he was marrying my ex-girlfriend, and he didn’t get it.”
Katara smiled. “It’s fine, I’m kind of curious when he’s finally going to realize who he’s going to marry.”
“Katara, you’re evil, but you’re on.”
“With what I know, I think he isn’t going to figure it out until I’m literally walking down the aisle.”
“Oh, come on, give him a little more credit than that. He will find out at least a couple hours before then.”
“I’m so going to win.” Then Katara thought of a great excuse to spend more time with her best friend. “Hey Aang, will you show me around? I don’t exactly know my way around this place like you do.”
Aang’s face lit up and Katara felt oddly proud of herself. “That sounds like a great idea. I’ll give you the royal tour.” He looked like he was about to leave before he stopped for another moment. “Although, Zuko should probably be the one to show you around. It’s his home after all.”
“It’s your home too.”
Aang shrugged half heartedly. “I guess it is. But I’m a nomad and the avatar, so it’s hard to call any place home.”
Katara bit her lip and looked away from the other. She wasn’t really sure how to respond. She hated knowing she put such a burden on her friends. It wasn’t fair to any of them. “Well, where would one go if they were trying to avoid everyone?”
Without saying a word, Aang grabbed her hand and led her out of the room. He led her through what seemed like a maze of hallways and doors, and Katara had to completely disagree with Aang. He seemed to know the palace like the back of his hand.
Before too long, they arrived in what seemed to be some sort of study. The back wall was lined with books and there was a singular table with chairs in the center. Although, she couldn’t imagine anyone used it regularly with how run down it all looked. “What is this place?”
Aang walked into the room casually and sat down on top of the table. “I’m not really sure. I kind of stumbled upon it one day when I was trying to get away from people and I sort of just decided to make it my place to hang out.”
“Really?” Katara questioned. “It doesn’t seem like your kind of place.”
Aang quickly waved his arms around and the dust had all been moved to a singular spot in the corner, as if it had all been swept. “Yeah, it’s not really my style, but I think that’s kind of why I like it. Nobody would suspect me to be here and I can keep it more secret by putting the dust back every time.”
Katara nodded, but she was only half paying attention because she got distracted by the books in the back. They were so worn that you couldn’t even really see the titles any more and the mystery behind it all felt intriguing.
“Katara, are you okay?”
She looked back at Aang and felt embarrassed for tuning him out. “Oh yeah, sorry. I just got distracted.”
“I wasn’t talking about that. I was talking about everything else.”
Katara wasn’t sure what to say. The truth was that she wasn’t okay. But it felt unfair to dump that all on Aang. After all, this sucked for him too. She ended up sitting beside him. Mostly to give herself more time to think of an answer. “Not really, I’m not exactly sure how to feel about all this.” She waited for Aang to say something, but he didn’t. “But I don’t want to talk about me right now. How are you handling all of this?”
“I’m worried about this changing things. I care for both of you guys so much, but I’m scared of what this means for me.”
Katara wrapped her arms around Aang’s shoulders in an attempt to comfort him. “You shouldn’t worry about that. Even I can tell how much Zuko loves you, and I’m not planning on getting in the way of that.”
“I asked Zuko last night if this would change things between us and he didn’t answer.” Aang said it with so much heartbreak that Katara could feel her own heart breaking for him.
“I’m sure he didn’t mean that. He’s probably just as confused as we are.”
After that they changed the topic and they made the silent agreement to keep everything more uplifting. Katara wasn’t sure how long they were there but it must have been hours because when they left it was already dark outside.
Aang escorts her to her room and they have a goodbye hug before Aang leaves and Katara is suddenly alone. She briefly thought about dinner but decided that she wasn’t that hungry anyway.
She laid down in bed and she couldn’t help but think about Aang and the day they shared together. It’s been years since they got to just hang out and the last time it happened they were still together.
She wondered if her life would still turn out this messy and complicated if they didn’t break up. She wondered if she would be happier than she was now. But she quickly stopped those thoughts. There was no point in thinking about what ifs like that. After all, they broke up a long time ago and everything happens for a reason.

Chapter 2
Katara looked around at the semicircle of young children in their tribe learning how to water bend for the first time. Even though it was years ago now, she could still remember the first time she water bended herself.
“Knock, knock.” Sokka said as he walked in.
“You don’t have to do that every time you want to come in.” Katara rolled her eyes.
“Your right, I’m sorry.”
“What did you do?”
“I need to talk to you in private.”
“Okay, we will resume tomorrow, class.” she said to the rest of the room. Then turning back to her brother, “What did you do, Sokka?”
“My favorite sister ever, who would never ever hurt her brother, especially for something he can’t control-”
“What did you do?” She started to get frustrated. What could even make Sokka act like this?
“Well, you see. The leaders were talking, and you know we are still trying to rebuild so some of us have to make sacrifices for our tribe and-”
“And by us you mean me, don’t you?” She said while cutting him off again.
“You know we need supplies and people, and we need better relations with the other nations-”
“Yes, but what does that have to do with me? Just spit it out already, Sokka.”
“You have to marry Zuko.” He rushed and put his hands up to block his face.
It was silent for a minute. “I’m sorry, I must have misheard you, what do you need?”
“You have to marry Zuko, well if you don’t want to then we can say no, but it would help us a lot if you did. They seem desperate.”
“Why are they desperate? Zuko is dating Aang and last I checked they were happy. I feel like if they weren’t we would know. Aang probably would have come here.”
“I don’t know. They just seem desperate. Maybe there is something going on in the fire nation that has caused them to need you. But will you do it?”
Katara thought about it for a moment. To be honest, she wasn’t sure. It was a lot to take in all at once and to suddenly uproot her life that she’s come to know here to move across the world to be Zuko’s wife for some unknown reason was not something she planned on. “I’ll think about it. I’ll have an answer by tonight.”
Sokka nodded before leaving her alone with her thoughts. She first thought about her relationship with both Zuko and Aang. If this was Zuko asking for help, she might have said yes, but she was unaware why they needed her help, and what was going on with Aang. Why would Zuko ask for her to marry him if they were still in a relationship? She didn’t want to hurt Aang, of course. Then she thought about her tribe. They were still rebuilding, and they were trying to establish relationships with the other nations. They need better trade. Right now it was still really just the northern water tribe that was helping them out. An alliance with the fire nation would be very beneficial, they could rebuild faster, and they could trade faster.
Before she realized it, it became dark, and she had to decide. But, if she was being honest, there was only really one right answer. She had to do what was best for her people, even if it was at her expense.
She walked to her and her dad’s house to give her answer. As she entered the igloo, she saw Sokka was also there. She figured that was a good thing. This was something she would have to tell both of them anyway and saying it once was enough.
“So I have concluded. I will go to the fire nation and marry the fire lord.”
“Are you sure you want to do that, Katara? You don’t have to.” Her dad said. She could hear the sadness in his voice and she wanted to break and cry the way she used to when she was a little girl. But the sad truth is that she isn’t a little girl, and she can no longer hide behind her dad to protect her from the fire nation.
“I know dad, but I want to. I want to help our people as best as I can. There are other water bending teachers, but there is only one way to make an alliance with the fire nation.”
Sokka began to cry before running up to her and crushing her in a hug. “I’m going to miss you so much.” he wailed.
Katara realized that this might be the last time she is with her family like this, and she hugs him back equally tight. Then her dad came over and enveloped them both in a bone-crushing hug. They all just stood there for a while, just hugging each other. Katara allowed a single tear to escape.
Aang had been avoiding Zuko ever since their talk. He still didn’t know how he felt about the whole situation. He loves Zuko, and he loves Katara. But that almost made it worse. Aang didn’t know what this meant for him. Would he still get to be with Zuko? Were they even really still dating if Zuko married Katara? Would he and Katara even still be friends? All the what ifs were killing him, and he had no way of answering them. Katara was arriving tomorrow, so Aang knew it was time to suck it up and talk to Zuko. They needed to know where their relationship stood before it got more complicated.
Aang walked to Zuko’s room, took a deep breath, then knocked on the door. It made Aang sad that he felt like he had to knock now. He never had to do that before. But he was unsure if he was still always welcomed in Zuko’s bedroom.
The door swung open quite forcefully. “For the last time, I don’t need anything, I just want to be left alone.”
“Oh, okay, I can come back later.” Aang said dejectedly.
“Wait, I didn’t know it was you, you’re always welcome, Aang. The servants just won’t leave me alone. Why don’t you come in?”
Aang sighed in relief as he walked into the room. Zuko didn’t hate him, and he didn’t push him away. That was definitely a good sign.
“Is there something specific you needed? We haven’t talked since dinner a week ago.”
“I wanted to talk about us-”
“You’re breaking up with me, aren’t you?”
“What? No? Unless you want to. Do you want to break up?”
“No,” Zuko said curtly.
Aang nodded. At least they got that out of the way. At least they agree they’re not breaking up or anything. “Good, I’m glad neither of us want to break up. But we do still need to talk about what you getting married means for us. Especially since you know, you’re marrying my ex.”
Zuko stared at Aang for a moment with his confused look.
“What’s the matter, Zuko?”
“Who is your ex?”
“For someone so smart, you can be real dumb, moving on,” Aang said. He was unsure if Zuko was joking or not. Zuko wasn’t one for joking and this wasn’t really the time, but there wasn’t any other good explanation.
“I don’t want anything between us to change.”
“Yes, but it’s going to change and we need to think about that,” Aang said desperately.
“I know, but can we have tonight, tonight to be just us. I’ve missed you.” Zuko almost seemed to beg.
Aang wanted to press the matter. He didn’t like the uncertainty of their future. But he would be lying if he said he didn’t miss Zuko and just being with him and Zuko’s tone of voice was at least enough to convince him that Zuko wanted to be with him just as much. “Okay. Tonight we’ll just be us.”

The Eye of the Hurricane
https://archiveofourown.org/works/28904091/chapters/70911573
Summary: Zuko and Aang are happily dating when the council decides Zuko needs to get married the Chiefs daughter of the southern water tribe, putting a wrench in their relationship. (end game Zutaraang)
Word Count: 1464
Chapter 2: https://night-time-writing.tumblr.com/post/641144489231155200/the-eye-of-the-hurricane
Chapter 1
Zuko laughed as the turtle duck landed in the pond, and he laid down on the blanket to look up at the sky. “Don’t laugh at me, Zuko. It was a real concern. What if it pooped on my head Zuko, then what?”
“Then I would have a poop covered boyfriend.”
“Exactly, do you want the guards to think I’m weirder than they already do?” Aang complained as he moved closer to Zuko.
“I don’t care what they think.” Zuko argued as he pushed up and leaned closer to Aang.
As Zuko leaned in for a kiss, out of the corner of his eye he saw one of the servant girls staring straight at him. “Um, hello?” Zuko asked.
“Fire Lord Zuko, I’m sorry to interrupt your date, but the council requests your presence.” She then spun around and walked away.
Zuko watched her leave before turning to Aang. “I’m so sorry, it sounds like they need me. I’ll try to get out as soon as possible. We’ll have dinner, okay? Don’t make any other plans.” He then stands up to leave.
“Hey wait! You forgot something.” Aang said, shooting up from where he was sitting. Zuko looked at him confused as Aang moved closer and smashed their lips together. He then pulled back and gave him a toothy grin.
It suddenly struck Zuko how amazing his boyfriend is. He just stood there looking at him.
“Zuko, you have to go. They are going to kill me if I make you late again.” Aang said, pushing him towards the door.
Zuko smiled all the way to the council chamber before stopping outside the door. He took a deep breath. “Come on Zuko, gotta put on your fire lord face.” He whispered, pumping himself up before pushing the door open.
“Nice of you to finally join us fire lord.”
“My apologies, I wasn’t informed that there was going to be a meeting today.”
“Yes, well, this in an unexpected meeting, we just received news about your up-and-coming marriage.”
“What marriage? I have yet to ask for Aang’s hand in marriage.” The council members all shared a look of disappointment before looking back at him. Zuko felt as if he was being treated like a child whose parents aren’t angry, just disappointed.
“Well, you see, you’re getting to that age-”
“I’m only 22” Zuko interrupted. He was starting to get defensive about the way they were treating him. He wasn’t just some child anymore. He was the fire lord.
Another council member sighed, “You need to have children, and you can’t have children with the avatar.”
“Well, I don’t care, I love him and I’m not going to leave him,” he yelled as he stood up. He couldn’t even imagine his life without Aang in it. He was only who he was today, thanks to Aang.
“You need to calm down. You are the fire lord, in case you forgot. We don’t care if you continue to see the avatar, but you must have children. We have arranged a marriage between you and the chief’s daughter of the southern water tribe. It’s the least we could do after how much we took from them.”
Zuko hung his head, defeated. “I understand, when will she arrive?” He was aware, as fire lord, that he needed to mend the bridge between the fire nation and water tribes. Zuko also knew that he would have to continue the bloodline and have children. He just naively believed that he could adopt children with Aang or at the very least, he would get to marry Aang.
“She arrives in a week.”
“Very well, I dismiss you.”
Zuko took a deep breath as the council members shuffled out of the room. He waited for the last member to leave before he turned towards the door. He kicked his chair and then took another deep breath before carefully walking back to his room. Zuko still had a couple of hours before dinner, but he needed to calm himself down before he went to find Aang. Someone needed to have a level head when he told Aang.
By the time Zuko finally got to his room, he felt as if he was ready to explode. He looked around his room, trying to find something to calm himself down. He hasn’t felt this angry in a very long time, but he didn’t want to revert back to his past destructive behavior. He thought about what Aang would do and remembered that he meditates all the time, so maybe that would work.
He sat on his bed and copied what he had seen Aang do before he realized he has no clue what he is supposed to be thinking about. Was he supposed to think about nothing? Everything? Air? The Air nomads? Or perhaps fire? The fire nation? Because that’s a bad idea. Maybe he could think about Aang? Nope, now he’s thinking about how upset Aang’s going to be. Dammit, it’s not working. Aang makes it look so easy.
He finally gave up and marched over to his desk. Zuko picked his chair up, ready to throw it to the ground before he stopped himself. He felt upset with himself for almost breaking the chair. He wasn’t that person anymore. The person that destroyed everything he touched and lived off anger.
Zuko then realized he wasn’t angry at all. He was just sad. He felt helpless in this situation that he couldn’t change. He also didn’t want to hurt Aang anymore than he already had over the years. Zuko hated that his obligations as fire lord are what’s going to hurt Aang the most. For a moment, he thought that it would have been better if they had never gotten together, and instead, Aang got back together with Katara.
Zuko put the chair back down before moving to his bed and collapsing onto it. Before he knew it, he felt the hot tears running down his face.
Zuko didn’t even realize he had fallen asleep until he hit the floor. He shot up to see Aang looking at him apologetically.
“Sorry, but you weren’t waking up, and it’s dinner time.”
Now it was Zuko’s turn to be apologetic. “It’s dinner time already? I laid down for a minute. I’m so sorry Aang, lets go get some food.” He jumped up and grabbed Aang’s hand, leading him out of the room.
Aang chuckled, “at least you had a good nap.”
Zuko said nothing as he led Aang to the kitchen. Once they were about halfway there, Aang stopped and yanked on Zuko’s arm.
“Are you okay? You’ve been really quiet.”
Zuko could hear the worry in his voice and felt bad, but he wanted to wait for dinner. “I’ll tell you at dinner.” Zuko then led Aang to the kitchens again.
“You’re worrying me, you’re not going to break up with me, right?” Aang joked.
Zuko once again didn’t respond, and they fell into an awkward silence that followed them all the way until they were sitting in the kitchen with food in front of them. Zuko was fidgeting with his clothes, looking down at his lap, trying to figure out how to start this conversation.
“So, are you going to tell me what’s got you so upset?”
Zuko jumped slightly. He wasn’t expecting Aang to start the conversation. “Well, you see…” Zuko trailed off.
“I see what?” Aang asked patiently.
“I have to marry and have children, and the council has already chosen my bride.”
A silence fell over the two of them as they both soaked in what Zuko had blurted out without too much though. Even though Zuko has been slowly trying to cope with this since he’s been told, telling Aang had made it much more real.
Then, all of a sudden, Aang was smiling at him. “Wow! Who is she? She’s such a lucky girl.”
Zuko was so confused, and a little scared. “All I know is that she is from the southern water tribe, and she is the chief’s daughter.”
Aang’s eyes got bigger, but he was still smiling that large, kind of scary, smile. “Wow, that’s so great. Who knew that you would marry my ex-girlfriend. I always knew you guys would be great together, such a power couple. Imagine how powerful your kids will be. Anyway, this has been fun, but I gotta go. Talk to you later.”
Before Zuko could even move to stop him, Aang was gone and out the door. He hadn’t even touched his dinner. Zuko continued to sit there. The only thought running through his mind was who in the world is Aang’s ex-girlfriend from the water tribe. The only other person he’s dated is Katara, and she’s not a princess.

The Blind Date
https://archiveofourown.org/works/28687965
Summary: Natsuo and Hari are done with Toya and Kai being little shits, and set them up on a blind date. (Hero AU)
Word Count: 2729
Toya was not having a good day, and it just kept getting worse. It all started with a villain attack. The villain had a quirk that created grenades, which he was throwing around. The bigger the bomb, the longer it took to create. The villain had gotten a pretty good hit on Toya when he showed up at the scene, which hurt like hell. He then overused his own quirk while talking down the villain, which led to some nasty burns on top of his earlier injuries. Now he had to go to his doctor. The best in the business? Yes. The most annoying man to walk the earth? Double yes.
When Dr. Chisaki walked into the room, Toya glared at him. Some nurses had already come in and given Toya some medication for the pain, what he could still feel was manageable enough. Toya had a pretty high pain tolerance thanks to his quirk, which burnt him when he used it too much. Because he was constantly burning himself, he got Dr. Chisaki as his doctor, who he had to see much more than he would like.
Dr. Chisaki had a quirk that allowed him to deconstruct and reconstruct things. He used it to deconstruct Toyas damaged skin and then reconstruct it back to healthy skin. It was important because without Dr. Chisaki, he would have permanent burn scars and probably a good deal of near each damage.
“Of course you are back here so soon. You never learn do you?” Dr. Chisaki said, setting his clipboard down and pulling off his gloves.
“It’s not like I can control it. You really think I wanna see your ugly ass face this early in the morning? Or ever?” Dr. Chisaki paused and gave Toya an unimpressed look.
“I saw your fight on TV. You were reckless, got hit, then panicked and used too much of your fire at once.”
“I didn’t panic.” Toya argued. “I did what I had to in order to keep the civilians safe.”
Dr. Chisaki scoffed as he washed his hands. “Like you actually care about civilians. You're just a spoiled rich boy who likes the attention that heroism gives you.”
This comment made Toya’s blood boil. Who did he think he was? Chisaki didn’t know the first thing about him. He was just another asshole who judged him based on who his family was.
“And you're a germophobic asshole who likes to tear people down in order to feel better about your sad pathetic existence.”
They glared at each other for a moment. Then Dr. Chisaki reached out and touched Toya’s arm. Toya felt a flash of pain and then he was fine. He looked down and all the burns were gone, Toya wasn’t sure he would ever get used to that.
Dr. Chisaki walked back to the sink to wash his hands once again. “We are all done here. You can leave.”
Toya didn’t need to be told twice and he quickly matched out of the room. He signed all the necessary papers before heading to the pediatric floor in search of his brother.
Toya found his brother by the nurses station, seemingly waiting. It was Natsuo’s lunch break and he should have been eating. Toya suspected that he was waiting for him. Whenever Toya had to see Dr. Chisaki, he always went to find Natsuo afterwards. Natsuo would take a small break and Toya would rant and rave about the encounter. Chisaki never failed to piss Toya off.
“If you want to rant, you're gonna have to buy me lunch first.” Natsuo said as he walked off towards the elevators. Toya laughed at his brother lightly. Toya knew the only reason he would be this grumpy and demanding is because he didn’t get enough coffee today.
Once they got to the closest restaurant to the hospital, Natsuo went to sit at the table, waiting to be able to order some coffee. Natsuo knew the coffee here wasn’t great. Yet it was loads better than the coffee at the hospital. Though, honestly, at this point he didn’t really care how it tasted, he just needed the caffeine.
Natsuo had a full shift yesterday, then he was on call all night. He also had to go to a family dinner, which was always a nightmare. Toya, Enji, and Shoto got into a huge fight over nothing. Then Natsuo was called in at two in the morning because one of his kids got worse in the middle of the night. Then by the time they were stable again, it was time for his morning shift.
Natsuo was starting to get impatient for his coffee when Toya approached the table. He was followed closely by a waiter, carrying coffee.
“You know me so well.” Natsuo joked as the coffee was placed in front of him.
“It’s the least I could do, considering you always listen to my shit.”
Toya then began the same rant he always gave. His doctor was a jerk ... blah blah blah. He assumes he knows everything … blah blah blah. It was always the same rant, just a few slight details changed. The two always bickered and it always pissed Toya off. A small part of Natsuo felt like Toya liked his doctor and that’s why he acted the way he did. But truthfully, Natsuo just wanted Toya to date someone. Then Toya wouldn’t constantly complain to him about his problems.
By the time Natsuo made it back to work, he felt a bit better thanks to the coffee. However, he was still tired , and he wanted a permanent solution to his little brother problem.
“Your brother again?” Kurono asked. Kurono was a nurse who often worked with Natsuo. They had become friends over the time they worked together. They bonded over the fact that they both had people who went to the to complain all the time. For Kurono it was his childhood friend Kai,
“It’s always my brother. It’s the same thing every time. I just wish he had someone else to monopolize his time.”
“I know what you mean. I swear Kai hasn’t done anything but work since we met.” Kurono shook his head. Then all of a sudden his face lit up. “Here’s an idea, let’s kill two birds with one stone. What if we set up Kai with your brother? If they hit it off, we would both be free.”
“Oh my god, that would be amazing. Do you think Kai will go for it? I know I can get Toya to at least sit through a whole first date.”
“I can get him to agree to stay through the dinner. I have a lot to hold over him.”
Toya was not excited for dinner. Natsuo was able to convince him to go on another blind date. Well actually he threatened to volunteer him for all family functions if he didn’t at least go through the whole date. Natsuo often set Toya up on dates. However, they were usually so horrible that Toya no longer sat through the whole thing. Toya doubted that Natsuo’s taste had gotten any better, but he didn’t want to deal with his family any more than he already had to.
On his way to the restaurant, Toya saw a guy trying to rob a poor couple. He was able to take the guy down pretty easily so he didn’t burn up his skin or his clothes. However, he was now running late. He hoped that Natsuo wouldn’t consider being late as him trying to get out of the date.
Toya pushed open the restaurant doors, walking up to the hostess. “Reservation for Todoroki.”
She looked down for a second before smiling back up at him. “Right this way. The rest of your party is already here.”
As they walked through the restaurant Toya saw a man sitting at a table alone. The man was looking away from him, out the window. He had a glass of wine and no food, like he was waiting for someone. It then occurred to Toya that this was probably his date. Toya then really looked at him. The man's hair was brown and actually brushed, which was already a step up from the last date he had. He also appeared to be dressed nicely from what he could see. He had a nice white button up on, and it didn’t look like it was even wrinkled.
However, as they approached the table that the man sat at, Toya noticed something. The man was wearing white gloves, very familiar white gloves, worn by none other than Dr. Chisaki. For a moment he considered turning around and walking out of the restaurant. Then he remembered how much time he would have to spend with his father if he left. Begrudgingly he continued to walk towards the table.
Once they were by the table, the girl motioned towards the table before walking off. Chisaki then looked over at Toya as he sat down. As Toya looked at Chisaki, whose face was filled with shock and a bit of disgust, it occurred to Toya that he might not be able to leave, but Chisaki could. Considering how nether like that the other, it shouldn’t take long, though it was surprising that Chisaki hadn’t already gotten up and left.
“Well at least you're an improvement from the last guy my brother set me up with. He was unemployed, and he definitely hadn’t showered for at least a week. Whereas you're a doctor, and you clean up quite nicely.”
Chisaki rolled his eyes, “I don’t want to deal with you antics tonight Todoroki. So, let’s just be quiet, get some food, and then leave.”
Toya watched Chisaki lift his glass of wine and take a sip. Toya furrowed his brow, who does this guy think he is? “What antics? I was being nice.”
“You were being condescending.” Chisaki set his glass down and glared at Toya. “You're a rich spoiled brat who looks down on everyone around you, just like the rest of your family.”
“You know what? You are just another douchebag who compares me to my father. I am not my father.” Toya could feel his anger rising. He knew this could come back to bite him in the ass, but, at the moment, he couldn’t bring himself to care. Chisaki struck the wrong cord.
“I’m not comparing you to your father, you are your own person. I was just saying that you're a spoiled rich asshole. These things aren’t necessarily synonymous. As a matter of fact, your father worked for the money, you just inherited it.” Chisaki looked honestly confused by Toya’s outburst.
Toya paused, his anger waging just a bit. “Then what are your thoughts on Endeavor?” Here was the true test of the night.
Chisaki rolled his eyes. “He is an entitled asshole who believes the world revolves around him. He is also okay with walking all over people and pushing them down to get to where he wants to go.”
Toya’s anger was gone as he smiled and leaned back in his chair. “Perhaps Natsuo really didn’t choose horribly.” Toya chuckled.
Chisaki looked even more confused now. Honestly Toya liked him a lot more now. He highly doubted that they were going to date like Natsuo wanted. Or even become friends for that matter, afterall, Chisaki still hated him. However, he now found Chisaki’s company more enjoyable now that he knew that Chisaki didn’t like his father, or compare Toya to his father like everyone else seemed to.
That’s when the waiter made his way over to the table and took their order. Toya didn’t even need to look at the menu. This was the same place Natsuo always set up Toya’s bind dates. Chisaki on the other hand, carefully perused the menu before picking what he wanted to eat.
Once the waiter was gone Toya smiled at Chisaki. “Tell me again, what are all the reasons you hate Endeavor? Please don't leave anything out.” Toya leaned forward, resting his head in his hand.
“First of all, I don't just hate Endeavor. I hate most hero’s, they tend to think they are better than the general populace. They also tend to only care about their ranking, above the people they are supposed to be saving. And I definitely don't like spoiled rich boys who only got to where they are because of their parents.”
The last point was definitely supposed to be a jab at Toya, especially with the pointed look Chisaki sent his way. However, it just caused him to laugh at Chisaki.
“What’s so funny?” Chisaki demanded more than asked. He was clearly reaching the end of his patience.
“For someone who thinks they are so smart, you really don't know anything. It's funny to me that you think my father has anything to do with where I am now.”
Chisaki gave Toya an unimpressed look.
“Sure, when I was younger he trained me, wanted me to become the number one hero pro hero. But, once Shoto was born, he didn't care anymore. The only person in my family that my father cares about other than himself is Shoto. I got to where I am by working my ass off. If you look into my history, you'll see that I have never once worked with or for Endeavor.”
Chisaki pulled out his phone and begane typing. There were plenty of databases and websites that looked at who every pro hero has worked with and studied under. Toya knew the moment that Chisaki finished looking at the information on Toya. Chisaki looked at Toya, decently shocked and impressed.
“Do you still use your fathers money?”
“Nope. The minute I could, I distanced myself from my father. Though I do still have to go to family outings. But, it is fun to try and piss him off during them.”
Chisaki smiled and shook his head at Toya. Chisaki relaxed and looked like he too was beginning to actually enjoy himself.
The waiter then came to their table and dropped off their food. Their conversation then moved from work to their interests and stopped being as antagonistic.
After they finished eating, they paid and went to leave, only to find out that they both walked to the restaurant. As it turned out that both lived near the restaurant and decently near each other, to the point where they walked the same direction. So, they decided to walk together.
Once they reached the spit off point Toya stopped Chisaki. “You know, if you don't still hate me, you could come and be my date to a family dinner next Sunday. Then we could piss Endeavor off. It would be great.”
“Don't you think we should go on more dates before I meet your family?”
“Is this you telling me you want to go out again?” Toya smirked.
Chisiki shrugged before holding out his hand. “Give me your phone.” Toya complied. “This is my number. Give me a call and we can discuss a second date.” Chisaki then turned and walked down the street.
Toya found himself smiling the rest of the way home. For once, he had really enjoyed his blind date.
Bonus:
Toya collapsed on the ground. He had spent all day hauling boxes into his new shared apartment. Now Kai expected him to unpack? He was exhausted.
“You’re so lazy.” Kai complained kicking Toya’s foot.
“You know, that first date we had. I had almost walked out the minute I saw you. The only reason I didn’t was because Natsuo said that if I left another date early he would volunteer me for all the family get togethers.” He said, cranking  his head to look at his boyfriend, who was just laughing at him.
“I almost left when you showed up at the table, but Hari said that if I left early or didn’t show up then he would make sure I got the worst nurse for the next three months. I decided I hate her more than I hated you.”
They were both laughing now. To think, if it weren’t for the fact that they had both managed to piss off the two people who mattered the most to them. Who also just so happened to know each other. Then they would have never gotten together.

One-Shot Requests
Hey I decided that it would be easier if I put all of my requests for one-shots here. I will keep the list up to date, adding one when I get a request and removing the ones that are finished. They are in order by what I’m working on first to the newest requests.

The five times Bakugo and Shinso were almost caught and the one time they tell everyone

1.
The evening was quite peaceful despite the constant movement of the city around him. Katsuki took the time it took to get from the train station to his destination to think. Tonight was his and Hitoshi’s first real date. Katsuki had planned the night carefully, not that he would ever let Hitoshi know that. The two had been dating for around two months now but had decided to keep it a secret when they first got together. The discussion came from not wanting the class to pick into their relationship. They were both pretty closed off people, and they didn't want the extra’s opinions to affect their new, growing relationship.
They had yet to go on a real date so that the class wouldn’t find out, but they did hangout more outside of class. Despite Katsuki’s first thoughts, Hitoshi and him actually had a decent amount in common. They were both powerful and extremely determined and passionate about becoming a hero. They would both do anything to reach their goals.
Although they had their problems, they were both bull headed. Katsuki was quick to anger, and Hitoshi went silent when he was angry, which just managed to piss Katsuki off even more. However, they could balance eachother out. Where Hitoshi rarely took care of himself, Katsuki was all about taking care of your body. Hitoshi helped Katsuki pull his head out of his ass and stop judging people as harshly. In the time they had been dating, Katsuki had made a better relationship with Deku. After all, Deku was now one of Hitoshi’s closest friends, with his insistent need to bud into everyone's business.
Before he knew it, he was standing outside Hitoshi’s house. Katsuki knocked hard on the door to make sure the occupants would hear him. The door soon swung open to reveal Present Mic. his hair was down and he smiled brightly at Katsuki. Past Present Mic Katsuki could see an unimpressed Aizawa before Eri ran into the room and his face lit up.
“It’s great to see you Bakugo, Hitoshi will be right out.” Present Mic greeted him
Hitoshi then rounded the corner and Katsuki paused. He was dressed nicer than usual. They had both decided, evidently, to dress nice for their date. Hitoshi was wearing a nice pair of blue jeans and a purple button up. Katsuki was wearing a  pair of black skinny jeans and a white tee shirt with a jacket.
Katsuki was aware of how nice Hitoshi looked, but quickly looked away. After all Hitoshi’s parents were standing right there, watching the two boys.
“Ready to go?” Katsuki asked as Hitoshi moved past Present Mic and stepped outside.
“Yeah, let’s go” Hitoshi turned around smiling and waving at his adopted parents.
“Have fun studying!” Present Mic called out to them as they walked away from the house. They both shook their heads at the man.
After they were a decent distance from the house, Katsuki reached his hand out and grabbed Hitoshi’s hand. Neither of them were great with physical contact and PDA, but they tried.
“Did you tell them we were going to study? Because you didn't attempt to look like we are going to study.”
“Nope. Hazashi came to that conclusion all on his own.” They both laughed lightly at that.
“Nice to know we don’t look like we would date each other. Perhaps the extras won’t put it together then.”
“So, are you going to tell me where we are going?”
“To get food” was Katsuki’s only response.
Hitoshi rolled his eyes and shoved Katsuki by running into him slightly, all while keeping their hands clasped as they walked down the street. Katsuki had planned the whole date, and kept the specifics from Hitoshi for fun.
After they got on the train and sat down Katsuki looked over to his boyfriend. Hitoshi looked more at peace then he normally did. For the first time that night Katsuki relaxed. He was no longer as worried about anyone discovering them, or worried that Hitoshi would hate what he had planned. Katsuki was just happy to be able to treat Hitoshi to a nice mean and hangout in a setting where they didn't have to worry about the class finding out.
2.
Katsuki was pleasantly surprised that Hitoshi liked the little mom and pop joint that he took him to. When picking where to go on their date Katsuki put seclusion first. He found this small, hole in the wall, type ramen restaurant. It was small, locally owned, and not very popular. It was also far enough away from U.A. that it was unlikely that any of their classmates would go there tonight.
Once they got their food, Katsuki was in love. The food was so good, the restaurant definitely deserves to be more popular, in Katsuki’s opinion. Based on Hitoshi’s reaction, he agreed. Katsuki then made a mental note to come back sometime for another date.
“You should make the class ramen sometime” Hitoshi suggested as they started to get ready to leave. “Then we can see how you compare.”
Katsuki rolled his eyes as he placed the money on the table. He knew that Hitoshi was trying to bait him into complying by using his competitive nature against him.
“Only if you help. Those fuckers can eat a shit ton of food.” Katsuki often made dinner for the class since none of them were competent in the kitchen. They had since come to the silent agreement that the class had no say in what Katsuki made. There were too many opinions, with no way for everyone to get what they wanted and Katsuki didn't want to deal with it. Katsuki still hated doing all the cooking though because he had to make so much food. He still did it though because he cared about his classmates, not that he would ever tell them that.
“Deal” Hitoshi agreed. Katsuki knew the only reason he agreed was because they both knew that he was too much of a control freak to actually let Hitoshi help. Just as they got up and started heading for the door a familiar voice called out to them.
“Bakugo! Shinso!” Katsuki turned around to see Sero standing by one of the employee's only doors, waving at them as he made his way towards them. “ I didn't know you guys knew about this place. Isn't my mom’s cooking the best?”
“Your mom cooked the food?” Hitoshi asked.
“Yup! This is our family restaurant.” Katsuki silently cursed himself for finding the one restaurant that was owned by one of his friends' family.
“Shame you don't have your moms talent for cooking.” Sero just laughed at Katsuki’s words. Katsuki rolled his eyes at Sero. “Anyway, give my compliments to your mom. I gotta go, see you later soy sauce.” Katsuki then marched out of the restaurant. Hitoshi followed shortly after.
Katsuki was pissed that their date night was ruined by soy sauce face, of all people. He had just wanted to have a nice dinner, and then a calm walk with his boyfriend. A time where they weren’t worrying about being caught, before they had to make their way back to school. Now all that Katsuki could think about was how soy sauce saw them on a date. He was probably going to tell the whole class and they were never going to have peace again.
Katsuki marched down the street until he was a decent distance from the ramen restaurant. This is when he finally stopped to let Hitoshi catch up. As soon as Hitoshi was close enough to Katsuki he reached out his hand and grabbed Katsuki’s. “I really don't think he put it together, okay? He would have asked questions, so let's just do whatever else you had planned and enjoy our time together.”
Katsuki sighed. He leaned forward and pressed a soft kiss to Hitoshi’s lips.
“Very well.” Katsuki replied. He then led Hitoshi by their joint hands for a nice walk before making their way to the dorms.
3.
In the end Katsuki was able to enjoy the rest of their date. They were gone longer than originally planned and they got back to the dorms after dark. All the lights were off in the commons which meant that everyone else had already gone to bed. So the two of them had to be quiet when entering the dorms just in case. Upon further inspection, the dorms seemed completely abandoned.
Hitoshi nudged Katsuki once they were near the couches. Katsuki looked over at him to see that Hitoshi was smirking at him.
“I don’t think anyone will catch us now.” Hitoshi said, pulling Katsuki in for a kiss. For a moment Katsuki forgot where they were. He forgot that a lot of his classmates were probably still awake. That Deku of all people, was quite likely to come down to get food from the kitchen. Instead he deepened the kiss before smirking and shoving Hitoshi over the back of the couch.
It was supposed to be a harmless fall, uncomfortable? Yes. However, he was supposed to actually land on the couch. Katsuki didn't expect Hitoshi to land on the couch, then quickly flip himself on to the floor. Katsuki definitely didn't expect Todoroki to then shoot up from the couch where he had apparently been sleeping.
Todoroki looked around, taking in the dark and empty common room. “I must have fallen asleep during the movie again. I wonder why they didn't wake me.” Todoroki barely looked at the two of them before heading up to his room.
Katsuki looked at Hitoshi as Todoroki got on the elevator. He had no clue if Todoroki put it together or if he honestly just didn't care. However, he knew that the whole situation was kind of ridiculous.
“Apparently we are horrible at being discrete considering the minute that we go out, we almost get caught three times. If you include my dads.” Hitoshi laughed, pushing himself up off the floor.
Katsuki shook his head and smiled slightly as the two of them went to the elevator and headed to their rooms.
4.
After their date they decided to lay low for a bit so that the people that saw them on their date wouldn't get suspicious. That meant they were back to sneaking into each other's rooms when they wanted to be together. It normally wasn't a big deal to hard because their friends would normally leave them alone when they were in their rooms not wanting to be around others. As long as they had been social enough earlier in the day to meet their friends standards.
Currently the two of them were sitting in Katsuki’s room on his bed. Earlier they had been talking and playing video games. However, now they were just making out on Katuski’s bed.
Katsuki was so engrossed in the kiss that he didn’t hear the loud commotion outside his door. That is until his door banged open, hitting the wall hard. They were able to part and throw themselves to opposite sides of the bed, just in time for Kaminari to poke his head into the room.
“What the fuck are you doing in my room Dunce face?” Katsuki yelled, getting up off the bed.
“A couple of us are having a Mario Kart competition and we wanted to know if you wanted to join.” Kaminari smiled brightly at Katsuki.
“Why would I do that? I wanted to be alone, away for everyone’s loud yapping.” Katsuki snapped.
“I would like to point out that you are currently not alone, you are hanging out with Shinso.”
“That’s because mind fuck over here knows when to shut up and get out.” Katsuki then pointed out the door. He directed Kaminari out of the room despite his protests. Katsuki then shut the door and then made sure to lock it this time.
“I can’t believe I forgot to lock the door. It’s a good thing Dunce face is as dense as a pile of bricks.” Katsuki looked over to Hitoshi. Hitoshi was smirking slightly at Katsuki. “What?”
“Mind fuck? Is there a double meaning to that one?”
“I’ll show you a mind fuck.” Katsuki smirked.
5.
Katsuki was good on his promise and was currently in the kitchen making the class ramen. Hitoshi was ‘helping’ Katsuki cook. At first he did help, cutting up the vegetables and such, but now he was just moving around the kitchen trying to mess Katsuki up.
Katsuki was adding the last of the ingredients while shoving Hitoshi every so often to keep him from messing with anything. Usually Katsuki didn’t let anyone in the kitchen while he was cooking. He definitely wouldn’t let anyone in the kitchen if they were acting like how Hitoshi was. The only reason Hitoshi was allowed to stay was because Katsuki knew that despite his antics, Hitoshi wouldn’t actually mess up Katsuki’s food. Hitoshi knew how much Katsuki’s cooking matters to him.
Hitoshi went to steal the spoon off the counter, but Katsuki saw him from the corner of his eye. Katsuki moved quickly and was able to snatch up the spoon, elbowing Hitoshi before he began stirring the ramen. That is when Kirishima decided to pop into the kitchen.
“Everyone is wondering when dinner will be done. It smells amazing.”
“It will be done when it’s done. How many times do I have to tell you guys to leave me alone when I’m cooking.”
“But Shinso is in here.” Kirishima pouted. “Why won’t you let me cook with you, but you’ll let Shinso?”
“Because mind fuck can boil water without burning it, now get the fuck out shitty hair.”
“That was one time, and how do you expect me to get better if you never let me try?” Kirishima complained lightly as he walked out of the room. Not once questioning Hitoshi’s presence.
+1.
After Hitoshi excused himself from playing board games in the commons, Katsuki made sure to wait the appropriate time before he too retired to ‘his’ room.
“As much fun as this has been,” Katsuki said, rolling his eyes, “I’m going to go finish my homework.”
“Okay, goodnight Bakubro.” Kirishima called out as Katsuki walked away. Kirishima always said goodnight when Katsuki excused himself anytime after dinner, knowing that Katsuki would not be coming back down.
Kirishima was so aware of Katsuki’s habits, it was weird sometimes. The only other people who knew Katsuki so well were his parents, Deku, and Hitoshi. Since Kirishima knew him so well, Katsuki was surprised that he hadn’t put it together that he was dating Hitoshi. Or maybe he did know and just wasn’t saying anything. However, that was equally as surprising, considering Kirishima was horrible at keeping a secret and how loud mouthed all of his friends were.
Katsuki sighed before opening Hitoshi’s door. He shut the door behind him then walked over to Hitoshi’s bed and collapsed into it.
“Oh come on, they aren’t that bad.” Hitoshi laughed, turning his chair around to face Katsuki instead of his desk.
“They are that bad.” Katsuki refuted, glaring at Hitoshi. “Dunce face knocked down the Jenga tower five times while trying to build it to play the game. But that’s not what I was thinking about.”
“So, you didn’t come here to complain about your friends. That’s a first. You must want to complain about a different class member. Is it Midoriya, or Todoroki?”
Katsuki rolled his eyes. “Neither, I was thinking about us.”
Hitoshi’s smile dropped at that. “Do you no longer want to be in this relationship?”
“No! That’s not what I mean.” Katsuki sat up, turning to face Hitoshi, and placing his feet on the ground. “I want to tell the class that we are dating.”
“Really?”
“Yeah. Honestly they should already know based on the things they see, and if they don’t already know, then they are never going to be able to figure it out on their own. Might as well get it over with and tell them.”
“Way to make it sound like a good thing.” Hitoshi rolled his eyes. “But okay, let’s tell them. When do you want to tell them?”
“Why not now?”
“Now?”
“Yeah, like ripping off a band-aid. Why delay it?”
Hitoshi rolled his eyes before getting up and holding his hand out for Katsuki to take. Katsuki took it and they walked to the commons hand in hand.
“Bakugo! Your back!” Kirishima greeted him happily. His eyebrow raised once he noticed both of their hands collapsed together.
“Mind fuck and I are dating, have been for awhile. That’s it.” Katsuki said with a huff.
The commons then fell into complete silence. The lack of response was beginning to worry Katsuki when there was a sudden crash. Kaminari had, once again, knocked over the Jenga tower. That is when the class got over their shock and the room descended into complete chaos.
Some of them were shouting out questions. Others were talking to each other, either about how in the world they were dating, or how in the world they missed the signs. Which students were which? Katsuki was unsure, it was to fucking loud to hear even his own thoughts.
“Wait, wait.” Mina said, loud enough to gain the classes attention. “None of you knew? It was so obvious.”
This only accomplished making the class angry and arguing that it wasn’t all that clear.
Deku then spoke up. “I knew. It was kind of obvious. Kacchan is very rarely soft and people tend to drive him nuts quite quickly. Yet he spends quite a lot of time with Shinso, and he stopped snapping at Shinso as much.”
Kirishima chuckled slightly. “Well I’m happy for you guys, as long as you guys are happy.”
The  rest of the class quickly echoed Kirishim’s sentiment. In that moment he realized just how supportive the class was, and how happy he was to  no longer have to hide his relationship.
Bonus:
“That’s it Hazashi. Hitoshi and Bakugo aren't study buddies.” Shota snapped at his husband.
“What do you mean?”
“They are dating, and have been for a while now”
“What? No way!” Hazashi looked at Shota with a look of utter confusion and disbelief.
Shota gave him the ‘Your being really fucking dumb’ look. Hazashi’s face then morphed into just confusion, mixed with a little bit of sadness.
“Why wouldn't he tell me Shota? Does he not trust me? Does he feel like he cant talk to me?”
Shota sighed and mentally prepared himself to comfort his husband for the rest of the night.

The Bakusquad as Youtubers
Bakugo
Angry as fuck gamer who rages at everything.
Most of his followers are there for the fits of rage as opposed to the actual game play.
Plays 1st person shooters, and adventure games like tomb raider
Has a secret love of animal crossing
He also has a separate account that is a cooking/ baking channel.
Kirishima
Definitely the dude who makes work out videos and tutorials to follow
Also makes those videos on healthy eating, but Bakugo is the one actually doing the cooking for them
Does a lot of partners workouts with Tetsutetsu (their youtube channels were weirdly similar, even before they met each other, together they are a force to be reckoned with)
Kaminari
S K A T E V I D E O S
Also a gamer, but mainly games like Minecraft and among us
Every once in a while he will do collabs with Bakugo and Sero. With Bakugo it normally ends up with a blown up controller and Bakugo storming out. With Sero, Sero tries to be worse at the games so Kaminari has a chance at winning but it is also very frustrating and can end with broken controllers.
Will absolutely kick your ass at Mario kart.
Mina
Mina would be a beauty makeup/fashion youtuber.
Started small, recreating bigger channels makeup looks as a challenge and reviewing runway looks
Thanks to one random video of hers that went viral, she now goes to red carpet events
Whenever she can, she ropes the boys into her videos to be her living canvas (Bakugo looks amazing in a smokey eye)
Sero
Chill gamer that is actually really good which is why people watch him.
Absolute CHAMP at mortal Kombat
Mains Jade
He played life is strange once and was Hooked™
Most of the time, he is streaming Spiderman for the ps4 and even though he has beat the game, he likes doing tricks
Jiro
Does alternative covers of songs
Every so often some of the others will join in her videos. Bakugo and Kaminari when she needs a full band, and sometimes Mina likes to dance to them and they will make little music videos.
Sometimes you will see an appearance of Momo, she is just in the background doing domestic shit. Jiro’s followers turned it into a scavenger hunt to find all the times Momo is seen or mentioned.
She once got a retweet from her favorite band and almost had a heart attack
@dumbbitchkeigo helped write this.
