When you do something good, reflect on it. “It’s great that I did this.”

There are things that you’ll like about yourself. Enjoy them, no matter what others say. They’re good. And they’re yours.

There are things that you won’t like about yourself. If you can change them, go for it. If you can’t, that’s ok. Either you’ll find how later, or you can have the next best thing, and that’s ok too.
