I am breaking my 12 hour fast with…
Breakfast:
1/2 cup of cottage cheese 90 cal
5 grape tomatoes 7 cal
Green onion (idk how much I use) 5 cal
Salt and pepper to taste
=102 cal total

This is for people who are starting at a bigger weight!

Day 1- 2000 calories
Day2- 1700 calories
Day3- fast ( down water like no tomorrow!!)
Day4-1600 calories
Day5- 1000 calories
Day6- fast (water!!!!)
Day7- 1000 calories
Then repeat…
For best results follow this workout plan ⬇️
And make sure your eating healthy!!
Also drinking 1 or 2 glasses of water before and after your food will help you feel a lot fuller so make sure you drinking water💙
no fast foods/junk foods!!
