1. Be able to wear low waisted things
2. For my ring size to go down to small
3. Go down two cups sizes
4. At least a visible thigh gap

How is it physically possible to gain that much when eating in a calorie deficit
And not to forget the already 3kgs I gained last time I checked, now that’s 7kgs!

You will not lose weight with eating such high calorie-fatty foods. Don’t you want to make it to your goal weight? No food tastes better than skinny feels. Chew gum instead.

how much weight would I lose if I just didn’t eat for a few days/week(s)? I literally want to cut the fat off my body with scissors.
Seriously I’m so over being fat. I’m already doing a calorie deficit and going to the gym for an hour 5x a week. I want to be skinny.

April 25, 2023 - Robert Irvine’s Fit Crunch Bar
My friend gave me this bar to try. She kind of liked it and wanted to know my thoughts. Cross section The cross section made me excited to eat the bar. The macros – 190 calories per bar, 8 g fat, 200 mg Sodium, 14 g carbs, 1 g fiber, 16 G protein. Not horrible but not the best. Now for the taste. It was DELICIOUS! However, it was not filling. A Snickers holds me over better but also has worse…

Seriously why is losing weight so hard
I have to lose between 38-44kgs to be in a healthy bmi to not get more health problems.
I’m 154cm and my goal is 43kg (just so I don’t get involuntary hospitalizations like last time and gained every thing and more back)

Just because you lost a few pounds, doesn’t mean you should eat like a fat pig as a “reward”. You’ve ruined your progress. That’s so embarrassing. Some people were born skinny and you weren’t meaning that you have to work for it. Stop stuffing your face and do some cardio.
