Taking a mini break from my little Y2K characters to do a personal piece to help convince myself that backgrounds are fun to draw! They really add to a piece and I want to challenge myself to do more this year.
This piece had been buzzing around in my head for a few days and I just had to let it out. I think I’m pretty happy with the way it turned out and I really hope the compression doesn’t kill it too bad.

This is maybe a little unhinged but. would you consider drawing the Nomad from Nomad of Nowhere in one of those cutout outfits? I feel like the Nomad would be lovely rendered in your art style! Ofc no pressure though if you aren’t feeling it :)
Couldn’t decide if under the Nomad’s clothes if he would have straw, shadows, or one of those silicon ab chest plates. So here’s all three. 😂
