would just like to talk abt how i went 24 hours without eating after i had a bowl of fruit and i went from 143.00 to 141.3… i lost almost two pounds in a day, and i can’t even describe how happy that made me. i feel a lot more motivated to lose the weight that i’ve had for so long and i know i can do this
