my rules for october 🍂
- do not go over 1200 kcals on any day
- aim for 800 kcals or less
- one metabolism day every two weeks
- drink at least 1.5 litres of water daily
- walk at least every other day
- chew every bite 10x
- eat slowly
- be mindful of portions
- lots of tea & coffee with no sweetener
- fruit n veg at least once a day -fasting
- no eating before 10 am or after 8 pm
- track cals daily
- weigh weekly
- try to stay hygienic, brush teeth 2x day, shower 3x week minimum, laundry weekly, sheets biweekly
goal: lose at least 8.8lbs/4kg
stick to it. you can at least do this.

i’m fasting for about 15 hours, and i was so good this week that i fasted basically everyday besides one which unfortunately i had to go to a family dinner but i ate very little and only once in that day. yas 👏🏻
i already saw some progress because i lost almost 5kgs IN ONE WEEK!!

i’m 5’2 and 83lbs !!! this is for my shorter girlies that wna lose weight 💘
my diet:
morning - nothing, sometimes i have black coffee or sugar free gum.
lunch - salad which contains of: 1 cup cucumber, 1 cup bell pepper, 1 cup tomatoes , 1 cup lettuce , 1 chicken breast. all of this together is 241 calories.
if im still hungry i’ll probably have a little bit of dark chocolate or a sugar free soda
i drink 1.5-3 liters of water throughout the day and always have a sugar free gum in my mouth.
i don’t really workout that much. i just walk 10k steps everyday before lunch, and i also do 50-60 lunges a day.
also, don’t eat after 8 pm !!
