People have pores, they sweat, they talk, they smile and they laugh. Skin lives. Makeup will heat up and move. No it does not cover everything or make imperfections disappear like magic. There will always be fine lines , wrinkles, eye bags, scars, pimples. Yes there’s a limit to what you can do. I know the pressure is hard with social medias. I know clients have such high expectations nowadays because they are bombarded with perfect images that aren’t realistic. This is my annual post to remind you that you are a good makeup artist. I had to talk to myself more than a few times because I was comparing my work to what people posted and I didn’t understand why I could never get it to look so perfect. We absolutely have to stop doing that. First it’s not reality. 2nd this is the best way to kill our confidence and our creativity.
