"ah yes, i didn't expect you to arrive as unseasonably as wanted. that's alright, traveler." she set down her glass, still neat in her words. "it's been years, at most, right? i can barely see you down there." ningguang, who seems oh kind and friend-like during a day at work can be very relentless in business, except her work is business.

・❥・you nod as the conversation takes an unrecognizable flow. as more regions glide into your arms, you slowly lose the people which chose to be a part of my life, yet you could detect the baring pains that come with never having them. ningguang smiles at you, eyes laid straight. you take long to realize you forgot to speak, and probably weren't listening to deeply either. "apologies, am i going to fast? um, allow me to rewind-" you attempted to make sure you were listening to her words more than listening to your mind. after an unexpected request, you nod and put some food in your bag before leaving. it hasn't been a short time, at all, since your last break. instead, feeling like taking a break feels like cheating. you suppose, that's the daily life of a warrior.

・❥・you head to a beside inn where your 'quest' was to just relax and have a talk. the inn was quite like a rest lodge for labor workers, as the style and facility heavily featured that. as the elderly and wise of the world speak, "all of history is laying right in front of your eyes wherever you leap, you simply just don't put your mind into its beauty." - you're left alone until the familiar face enters, disrupting the coteries beside you. ningguang brought a sweet glass of cherry tea. the two of you continued to talk about your journeys and ningguang gave you a talk about the future and the organizations she knew that could possibly cater to your needs.

the day ended deeply, and your mind being stuffed, you could only doze off in slumber after the activity.

venti would take you out to fancy restaurants and hang out with you on the tavern balcony, making you stargaze with him at night, then as dawn strikes he'd tease you for being such a bedhead. you'd make him meals while on break. for your birthday, venti would gather all of your friends and colleagues and host a meetup, similar to the wb fest.

bennett wouldn't visit you often out of fear, but when he did you'd make sure he's well. you'd kind of be his caretaker, helping him on missions and making sure he has a hearty meal before bed. he'd give you nighttime kisses which would set you dozed. for your birthday, bennett would arrange a self-made dinner party, which may or may not have poisoned you, yet you loved him nonetheless for his thought of making you happy and gave him a calming hug.

albedo would paint with you and protect you from the cold, jumping at you from behind every time he saw you zoning out. on saturdays, he'd take you to see klee, addressing you as 'sister' when near her yet it made you chuckle. however albedo frequently would use you as a 'subject' and test experiment. on your birthday, albedo would paint you murals for your home to feel livelier than ever.
