Friday was 3 weeks completed; M-F of my 6 week plan! I think this Monday I’ll actually be able to start up with these videos to start this YouTube! Tmr is Chest/Back day!
I finished this week at 191, but my goal is 200; so I am trying to stay committed to the next step which is eating right! So I may actually try a meal prep this week to ensure that I take in enough food or better yet, a CONSISTENT amount!
