In medici season 3 did you feel like Giulio forgave Lorenzo too easily? Ik lorenzo later loved him like a son but he did initially spoke of him in derogatory way “could be anybody’s bastard” n the worst past is lorenzo told that infront of Giulio, he even wanted to abandon Giulio initially but let him stay cuz of clarice n his mother.

In ep 3 we saw Giulio speaking for Lorenzo while in ep 1 Lorenzo didn’t treat him very nicely. Why do you think Giulio forgave him this easily

First of all, extremely sorry for answering so late. Was kinda busy with stuff.

Now I think it’s because giulio basically lived in poverty before lorenzo found him. At least now he has good food and a nice roof over his head. For that poor kid it's already way beyond than what he expected. So maybe thats why he could forgave lorenzo whose doubts weren't exactly wrong either cause giuglio could have been any random kid and not his brother's bastard. Also guglielmo is good at heart considering the fact he becomes a cardinal later, so yea forgiveness gotta be a thing for him.

How did you find lorenzo as a father? (to his children n guilo as well, he was like an adoptive father to Guilo)

Lorenzo as a father was kind of disappointing. He definitely favoured guilo because of his brother but he was a bit negligent towards his own children. He arranged a marriage for his underage daughter with an old dude and didn’t even told his wife about it. I know it used to happen during that time and whatever but it doesn't mean that it was right. And piero always tried to do his best but Lorenzo just kind of not appreciate it? Most times he favoured guilo over piero and that was very obvious. He also had another son named Giovanni i think who goes on to become a cardinal.

How did find piero’s jealousy towards Guilio in medici season 3? Did you feel sorry for piero or just felt like he was being a bully to his cousin

I will admit. My memories are a little bit blurry there but I will try to answer as best as I can. It's ok to feel jealous because it comes to every human being cause it is a natural emotion like any other albeit a negative. What's not ok is to act upon it and do harm to the person you envy. And piero kind of did that as far as I remember though I don't remember what he did exactly. So yeah he was a bit of a bully but I also understand where it came from which makes me feel a little bit sorry for him.

The crown is the best period drama series I ever watched. The writing, the costumes, the cast, research into each events and their execution? Perfection. Yes, it's probably a propaganda to sympathize with the royal family or whatever but gosh, the emotions it invokes...so raw and human. You feel for each character. A lot of historical series are sometimes just overly acted but The Crown was more grounded in that aspect which made me like it so much.

Another historical series I would definitely recommend is Medici the Magnificent. Both of these series have a banging osts.
