fuck it. be creative even if you never really *make* anything. write out plot synopses of stories and then move on. design OCs you'll never use. make mood boards and concept art and don't do anything with them. life's too short to forget everything that inspired you and creation doesn't have to be "complete" to be worth the time you put into it.

Fitness Check In: April 4, 2023
weight: 170.5 lbs
bust: 37"
waist: 33"
hips: 39"
Haven't worked out much this past week or so, which seems to be working in my favor. I know I tend to overeat when I'm working out, so that's something I need to be more mindful of.
My long-term goal is to be around 150 and stay there, but if I can get back to 160, it's good progress. I have to remind myself that I was 211 lbs on delivery day for each of my sons, so while weight loss and getting used to my new post-birth body has been slow... we're getting there.
