these past months i thought i was recovering. i thought i started eating normal but it was nothing like that. i started binging and today i woke up and weighed myself. i gained 11 pounds(5kg). all this time i tried to avoid the truth but i cant do that anymore. i dont like the way i look. i cant name one single part about my body that i like. so ive decided that im going to do everything to be skinny. i have time 4 months to drop 44 pounds (20 kgs). so pls drop tips on how to do that. IDC IF ITS UNHEALTHY! i also have to take in consideration that from 8 am-3pm i have courses and after that i usually study for 2-4 hours.
