“Let’s get you home, bud,” Wilbur said softly, recognizing that Tommy had finally given in to the cold.

His eyes flicker between the cold piece of metal in his hand, slowly warming between his hands, memories of him just a few years back finally gaining the twisted courage to switch to a blade, and to the harsh glow of Discord illuminating his room, and his eyes are drawn towards Wilbur's discord profile, the green light of his online status softly mocking him.

Or, Tommy doesn't know why he does something he has done for nearly half of his life.
