What's y'alls favorite things to do when fasting? Like, I'm trying so hard not to eat what i really am craving rn but it's kinda hard without having anything to distract you from eating. So what do y'all do while distracting yourself from eating/thinking about food?
ik going on walks and exercising helps mostly but like, i wanna know what other things could distract me, at least a little.
