Why is it absolutely so hard when you get fat to just stop , to stop eating again , I used to go three days without eating and I could just do it, now I struggle to stay below 1500 calories I'm always hungry it's disgusting. I look disgusting I feel disgusting I just want to be skinny and pretty again , I now see how I'm treated being fat and I hate it I hate it all . I just want to be skinny again.
