One minute i was sipping iced coffee, and the next, i was fighting a war with some mighty soldiers. Books are like secret portals, and i'm an explorer. ✨ (sometimes it's scary though but maybe it's just the coffee smh)

I’m currently reading The Count of Monte Cristo. And yes, all the thoughts, ideas, cravings for more quotes, aesthetics, vibes from it made me come back here to my safest place.

Good news! You CAN rewire your brain. Through the same mechanism as forming habits, you can change your automatic thought patterns. When you catch yourself with unhealthy thoughts, STOP, and make a conscious effort to replace that thought pattern with a more beneficial/healthy thought pattern. Keep doing that whenever those thoughts occur. Slowly but surely your mind’s default voice will match what you’re teaching it.

Just finished American Murder: The Family Next Door. It's unsettling but what bothers me the most is people wouldn't actually prove their observations until the confession and who knows how many more secret murders are actually happening around us like okay I'm not scared.
Now I have to decide whether to work on a Sunday, write a nonsense update on the blog, watch another Netflix movie, or TED, or just read a book, or idk.
