[Image: Four comic panels from Solo #7 featuring the Teen Titans having a party.
In the first, Robin spits out a drink while Kid Flash and Aqualad look on. Robin says, "Yuck! What is this stuff?" Kid Flash replies, "My mom's homemade root beer. Not all of us are millionaires. I already spent my allowance this week. That's the best I could do for my share of the treats." Wonder Girl exclaims to Aqualad who has his mouth full of fish sticks. "Eeew! Aqualad! Those fish sticks are still frozen! You're supposed to thaw them and cook them first!"
Second panel is of Kid Flash rushing to a payphone and thinking, "'No share of treats, no share of party' Big meanie! He's a big Hitler!"
Third panel is of a globe focused mostly on North America with yellow squiggly lines and a zip sound effect, representing Kid Flash running around.
Fourth panel is back at the party. Bat-mite drinks bottles on the counter and Zook reclines behind a bar stool. Bat-mite says, "Fermented! Yum! Just don't anybody light a match! Whew." Kid Flash comes to a halt with cases of bottles and says, "There! I hope you choke!" In the foreground Robin says, "Never mind that now, Twinkle-Toes. My deductive skills have just alerted me to an even bigger problem!" /End]
It's a Norwegian educational children's show about a crew of aliens who come to study Earth. One of the aliens is a little furry guy named Zook who gets sent down to collect ingredients for the ship's cook. The show ended in 2010, but Zook has since become a staple of NRK's children's programming.
Zook is a life core from Spyro’s Adventure. His primary attack is to shoot a rocket from his bazooka, which sends out shrapnel when it hits something, his secondary is to summon a foliage barrier in front of him that can block and absorb enemy damage. His tertiary is to fire a pineapple mortar in a tall arc. His upgrade paths enhance his bazooka (top), and his foliage barrier (bottom). Both paths have good options, and I dithered over which path to take. Thankfully, I have his series 2, so the decision was not as severe. I took his foliage path, and it has been a joy. His barrier down the lower path becomes a wall of thorns, which will do enough damage to outright kill small enemies! It is also extremely durable, typically fading with time, rather than damage, and damaging enemies every moment they're on the battlefield! Zook is a vers longranger, and he's good at it. If you need a longranger, definitely consider Zook. He surprised me with his competence and strength. Overall: 9/10, absolutely try.
If you want to play as a similar skylander, Zook is strikingly similar to Shroomboom, of Giants.
If you like playing co-op, Zook would pair well with a shortranger, or protecting a skylander that needs to charge their attacks, think Wrecking Ball or Ignitor (both of Spyro's Adventure)
[ID: 2 nearly identical digital artworks, the only difference being the first has an orange, scribbly background, and the last has a grey background. The drawings feature a chalk-white humanoid teenager, with a green, toothy ushanka hat, torn jeans and shirt, mismatched shoes, and a scowl. His ponytail resembles a wooly bear caterpillar, and is shown to be a shapeshifter with some of his other forms illustrated. These forms include a small bear creature with no eyes and sharp claws, an alternative humanoid form with lighter brown hair, two ponytails, ears, antlers, and tail, a form with many animal parts mashed into a brown-furred creature, and a form resembling his teen form, but with his ponytail morphing into a multi-colored bear beast and io moth wings bursting from his back.
