I'm in the process of reorganising my stash so I decided to take photos of everything, today I sorted out my 100% plant fibres. These are only yarns that aren't currently in WIPs or bagged up in project bags ready to be started, there'll be a photo of all those projects in the future.

The first photos are all from VeganYarnUK, a wonderful UK based dyer who sells all sorts of plant yarns which she hand dyes, I'm in love with her sock yarn which is organic cotton, tencel and elastic. Second photo is everything else plant fibre that's not from her store.

~ I celebrated the discovery of my own creative journaling style, last Sunday.

Inspired by Ana Jimenez , I wanted to include cute, minimalist illustrations, enjoy fussy-cutting them, play with memos (my favorites), include bits and pieces of handmade papers (sometimes soft, sometimes scratchy, I love their textures), and my weakness--- Avril yarns. :)

I took a peek at the available goodies from now my favourite yarn dyer

I don't need so many Sock Yarn Sweaters

I don't need that set of minis, I already have 2. Yes, they are different, but I still don't know where to use them

And I already have TWO 2-cake gradient sets for socks. How many socks I've knit with them? So far, 0

All in all, I gotta CEASE

fiber stuff update!! I’ve done a lot since the last time i updated on yarn. But now that summers ending in north hemi it’s time for wool :))

spun a little bit: first is half a braid from a 4oz thing of combed top I got at a yarn festival last year. Second is hand carded from this CVM lamb fleece i got Wisconsin 2020 that I am finally starting to substantially chip away at 3 years later. They are both light fingering weight cable plied

Then I made this linen lace wrap/scarf. It is 7ft long lol. It took almost 3 months but it’s kinda an heirloom project so i wasn’t in a hurry

Crocheted a lil soap saver w some cotton thread! I forgot to take pics before abusing this thing in the shower so these are ig photos lmao

a sweater w a ton of knitpicks yarn I was trying to get rid of. I forgot to do any decreases so I’ll need to figure out how to doctor this up because there’s no way I’m frogging colorwork. I stopped where it is bc I actually ran out of yarn and had to order more but hopefully this will be done end of September

started another sweater while waiting for the other yarn to come in !!! it’s with woolfolk far. It’s SO soft. this project was a huge financial oversight honestly. Can you believe it’s gonna be $200+ just in yarn :/ but it’s so much fun to knit, it rained buckets for the last few days in west washington so I hauled ass and knit this much in 4 days lmao
