It's that time of the year again where I look back on everything I crocheted over the past year. Looks like this was the year of the hanging plants! There were a handful of crochet things that I didn't have time to photograph bc they had sold immediately during the many markets I participated in this year, including some donut coasters, strawberry charms (final photo taken by @its.greychen !), and a variety of other plants. Thank you to everyone who bought one of these from me!! You've truly helped me embrace my love for botany, despite me having a black thumb lol. My high school self (half of my lifetime ago!?) would be so proud to hear that I'm still crocheting into adulthood. Here's to more projects in the new year!

I made this for my grandmother one summer. I got the pattern from a "Working Animals" crochet book (dm if you want more info), and I love it so much. It sits on her hoosier, overlooking the kitchen

Back in 2021 towards the end of the year, mama asked if I would make a centrepiece doily for her table, of course I said yes and this is what I made, I took this photo to show her before I blocked and gave it to her, obviously I don't own it any more and I forgot to take a post-blocking photo so this is the best we get. There ended up being a few mistakes in it but she loved it and therefore I like it too.

Spinning was the aspect of my craft that really made everything click. For a long time, I owed that and more to tarot as it was a catalyst in itself... However. When I spin I feel my energy being drafted into my threads in a way that really hit home. I can't wait to find a use for her in my craft ~ ☆
