his wardrobe has drastically evolved from muted tones to slightly lighter and vibrant clothing ever since you insisted on getting matching stuff!!

WILL say he is not a jewellery person but collects, keeps and takes care of all the little trinkets you give him DAILY. he has a little sticker on the edge of one of his books and a little moon sticker on the end piece of his sports glasses

he also defineitely has really thick curly blond lashes. you say they are one of his charming points but he gets all flustered. when you insist to put clear mascara on them, he doesn't really look like he has a problem with it 🥹

what could his ahh possibly be listening to with those headphones on so often (real)

sends you playlists at an insane hour that go for insane amounts of time. but i KNOW his taste is immaculate. every song always gives you goosebumps or makes your heart tighten

oh AND the shared playlists actually are insane!! so much good music all at once?? crazy yall 😭😭 (wave to earth, cody fry, the smiths, daniel caesar, rex orange county)

honestly, out of all these men HINATA SHOYO is the BEST candidate for taking care of a person except himself. has no limits in his stamina, and will only listen to you when you ask him maybe its time for a break. does he overwork? not necessarily. does he work too hard? yes, in a positive way. please remind him to eat because he will forget sometimes

he will NEVER admit he likes being the little spoon LMAO he finds being vunerable in your arms a tad bit silly, and it bugs him. after a long week of practice games and insisting kageyama and yachi to practice with him the instant he falls on the bed, he finds himself melting into your touch. your voice gets a little more buttery and he loves it, falling asleep instantly

hes probably a hard sleeper too 😭 he wont wake up till he feels your cold hands on his face or the sunbeams from the curtain literally bleed into the sheets and steal its colour

PLEASE STROKE HIS HAIR. he loves it. he absolutely loves it. again, melts into your touch like ice-cream. his heart will feel tight and he has a lil' blush 🥹 whats even more priceless is his lips slightly agape after hes fallen asleep... how can you NOT love this man

one of the only boys on this list who will LET you put little pink bows or style his hair in braids and clips. (if you're imagining timeskip hinata, you have attempted to put a little bow around his bicep but you underestimated its size and it BROKE. gosh what an experience)

DANCES WITH YOU EVERYWHERE!!! omg i love him so much. doesn't care if you have two left feet, he just loves the feeling in his heart when he sees your smile as he spins you around. in the rain, in big empty rooms, in the kitchen, anywhere.

loves the idea of promise rings or little trinkets that ensure he gets to have you forever!!

PLEASE braid this man's hair. 😞 he pretends to despise it and thinks you don't notice when he literally melts under your touch. he feels safe 'nd comfy and hopes it lasts forever, when your hand retracts he has a lil' pout

notices when you've been wearing your favourite hood for a couple days straight, has a little scowl under his mask and throws one of his jackets at you. he only gives you the wind-breakers that are 100% cotton or the ones he just knows you like.

he uses this as an excuse to share his clothes with you. its safe to assume its his love language under-cover!

HE IS SO ASS WITH PDA all you get is him giving you hand sanitizer before eating meals or snacks. its only you though, don't tell him that.

can be snarky. sometimes he gets the slightest eenie meenie miniest bit cocky, and its very noticable. has the ability to be a little bit of a tease but not in a pestering way more like a little smartass way LMAO.

tutor sessions always unbearable. either you're too busy staring at his biceps, or you're sighing that he's made a little pop quiz for you!! tell him it sucks please

if he notices it gets a bit too much or overwhelming for you over the week or before study dates, insists to take you out instead (what a gentleman!! kuroo tetsuro come into my life)

extremely consistent with routine. good morning and good night text DAILY no matter how busy he is, he WILL find a way (i like to think its his way or the high way #kingofprovocation /hj). very good at getting the things he wants in a non-manipulative way but with simply logic and brains

yeah as captain hes no. #1 but he is also no. #1 waist CLUTCHER. his hands are always on you somehow even in the slightest way, but never pervy. he just likes having his hands on you! bonus points if you have hip dips, he loves it so much. he finds it as a perfect spot to place his hands on (btw ppl w hipdips yall are BEAUTIFUL!! 🥹)

i feel as he has a possessive side as well. small, but more noticable compared to someone else. will not hesitate to stare someone (or recite chemistry nerd stuff 🙁) down for looking at you a little too long :3

when he sees you post or sees himself in your instagram or tiktok dumps, his heart tightens a bit in the best way possible. when you mention him in the post he only reacts with a heart but he's actually going insane

summary: you and jack have been seeing each other for a while now and hes trying everything in his power to get you to break up with him.

you hade just stepped into jacks home and he was already giving you jewelry and purses.

“jack baby, sam is going to be asking where i got all this stuff from.”

“from your main man duh.”

“i dont know, just say your best friend got you these as a surprise because we haven’t seen each other in a long time.”

“whatever.”

jack reached over to get a necklace around you.

“jack how much was this?”

“eh it wasn’t that bad.”

“j how much?” “it was only 5k, it wasnt bad babe calm down.”

jack pulled out his phone for you to see your face on his wallpaper.

jack blind folded you and brought you outside, he took the blindfold off and you seen a pink rolls-royce.

jack told the lady your order and started pulling up the the first window.

jack took his card out and handed to her.

you noticed when the girl grabbed his card she made it her top priority to slightly grab jacks hand before she giggled and closed the window.

“what?” “did she just like..grab your hand for real like deadass in front of me.”

before jack got a chance to answer you the lady opened the window back up and handed jack the card and a piece of paper.

jack looked at the paper and it read ‘***-***-****’ -amari.

you took the paper from jack and read it yourself before you could even have the slightest chance to react or get pissed of jack went up to the next window.

you balled up the paper and put it in your back pocket to throw away later.

jack handed you your fries and milkshake as he started driving back to his house.

“mamas.”

“can i have some of your milkshake?”

“no we literally just left, you could have gotten some when we were there.”

jack reached over your lap and grabbed your milkshake and taking a long sip.

you looked at him in disbelief as he laughed and handed you your milkshake.

you took another sip of your milkshake as jack pulled up to a gas station.

you wanted to get some snacks so you went in the store for jack and left your phone.

after a little while of you, being in the store a incoming call came in from ‘sammy🫀’

jack knew you were going to kill him for this but he answered the phone.

“hey baby, when are you coming back home?”

“i dont know man she might not be home for a few days.”

“say who the fuck are you??”

“her main man duh.”

sam started cursing jack out when he seen you walking out the store.

he quickly hung up and placed your phone right back where it was.

you got into the car and noticed your phone ringing, you picked it up and put your hand up to jack telling him to be quiet.

“WHO THE FUCK WAS THAT DUDE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR YOU??”

jack got out of the car and started making his way to the gas pump after turning off the car.

“what dude sam? im by myself right now..?”

“nahh fuck all that, i called you and some dude answered talkin’ ‘bout you might not b home for a few days. but its good though go live with him ima pack all yo shit, im not going anywhere o break nothing im just going to pack it up so you can pick it up tomorrow, i hope he let you live with him.”

sam hung up and honestly you were relieved, i mean you were pissed at jackman of course but you finally got out of the toxic relationship you were just in and were desperate to escape.

hiya there sorry if this seems like a big thing to ask of but do you know which sonic characters do have like, official halloween outfits? Like, have been officially published/endorsed by sega.

I know Metal has the Reaper, Shadow has the phantom-vampire hybrid looking costume, Rouge has the witch, Knux has the mummy and Omega is just a big ol' cute pumpkin.

hmm well it depends on what youd count as official by sega i guess, like if youre only counting stuff from games or if other official artwork counts too.. but ill just assume that anything from official media counts. so firstly theres a decent amount of halloween themed sonic channel art that has the characters dressed up:

i think theres at least one more sonic channel wallpaper of reaper metal sonic but im too lazy to track it down.. anyway theres also halloween skins in sonic forces speed battle and theyre all based on existing halloween looks but most of them are a little different from the original, heres the ones that are different:

and sonic usually wears a black cape for halloween art or events, sometimes he has a hat sometimes he doesnt

and theres also a halloween themed cover for an issue of idw sonic, here are the outfits that werent the same ones from existing halloween art:

the outfit amy is wearing is actually based on an outfit from sonic runners but i dont know if it was intended as a halloween thing before so i didnt show it .. also big and froggy are from an early version of the cover the final version replaced them with silver which is why amy and cream are on there twice

and theres also an upcoming idw sonic halloween special, since its not out yet there could be stuff im missing but we do get to see vector espio and charmys costumes in the preview

ray's house headcannons

so i've been making nonstop theories about the layout of ray's house/mansion since episode 2 but thought id write them down. (i know that they probably didn't mean for the set to be taken literally but im bored and have time today so im gonna pick its appearances apart) I am taking all of whats presented to us literally because i think it'll be fun!

The Bar Room

i really didnt have a better way of referring to it so Bar Room it is. Now, i am starting with this since it is in the chunk of the house i consider to be "Ray's Rooms" at the time the show takes place (more on that later). This room is really only significant in two scenes:

The first time Sand goes home with Ray

Ray finding his mom's body

We see this room first in ep 2 2/4 when Ray pays Sand to come home with him and be his drinking buddy.

the above angles are important to me for introducing three things: the bar stools, the lamp, and the curtains

now we have this shot and followers who remember this post already know but i believe this is a framed photo of his mom on top of the liquor cabinet.

(side note: Im like 99% sure the print on top of the counter is of the Brooklyn Bridge, in Brooklyn NY so shoutout to Boston)

anyway the next time we see the Bar Room is in part 4/4 of the episode in a flashback.

based on what we see in the flashback i believe this to be the same room since you can see very similar details to what we see in part 2 of the episode. i also think this confirms that the Bar Room is indeed the entrance to Ray's Rooms (which i will scream about later)

The Record Room

next up is the Record Room, which also makes its first appearance in episode 2 and then also plays a significant role in episode 7 2/4

first I'd like to establish that 1. the Bar Room leads directly to the Record Room, but also that passageway leads to Ray's Bedroom.

the Record Room itself is pretty self explainatory, its a room designed to be a place to listen to the record player. as seen in the shelves of records and the wall prints of records.

things i found interesting: there are 3 more doors (one not pictured in the above photos) in this room that lead to unknown places, there seems to be another balcony, and also there truly are a bunch of records.

Ray's Bedroom

It is first seen in episode 3 1/4, again in ep 4 1/4 and 4/4 and then ep 7 2/4

in these photos we see a door on each side of the bed, a balcony on the left side, the same wallpaper that is in the Record Room, a coat rack for his button ups, and then also a few books whose titles i dont know. Also it lowkey looks like Ray is using 3 thick/firm pillows, i love my little prince. I highlighted this in the last photo but it looked a bit like the door to the left of the bed was a bit open, I personally believe these doors to be closets, I think it makes sense and I highly doubt he only owns button downs.

I've saved these photos for their own section, but I think this moment is important for two things:

Why he is going to different doors

The first shot we get is of a reflection of the lamp that sits in the corner of the Bar Room

pictured above: Mew enters through the Bar Room and into the Record Room

(i told you there were 3 doors) Mew's confusion at the doors leads me to three different theories:

He's never been here before and doesn't know his way around

He's been here before but forgot how to get to Ray's bedroom/ generally just doesn't know where Ray could be

He's been here before but entered through one of the three other doors in the Record Room

Here we see Mew enter a hallway that leads to the bathroom. important things: the door is open (i believe all the doors get closed by the people who work there until they are opened and left that way by Ray), Mew is facing away from the bathroom while looking for Ray, which implies there is something in front of him (i believe this to be the Bedroom), there is a mirror on a surface with a handle- I think this is the bathroom door left open, like the other door mentioned above, which reminds me of the glimpse we see of Ray's mother's body in a room where the doors seem to be open (idk what I mean by this besides just the sight of their bodies being found in the open, especially because of the vulnerable position his mom was in, does something to me, espeically especially because he is in the open but curled in on himself)

The Downstairs

We get limited glimpses of other parts of the house in ep 10

based on that first image and other ones i think that the circular railing we see in ray's ep 2 flashback is either very end of these stairs, or further down a circular hallway that overlooks the downstairs. Alternatively this could be a seperate stair case/area entirely.

i personally dont think this counter we see in the dining area is a kitchen, i think its too small compared to a size i'd expect based on what we see of the rest of the house and i don't really see aplliances. i would however see this as a contender for a second bar- like hear me out the cabinets are displaying fancy plates yes but on the counter itself are decanters and crystal glasses, it also the only time we see Ray outside of Ray's Rooms, and i think its because his Bar Room was recently emptied of its supply so he had to come to the other one. also im kinda obsessed with the massive tv in the dining room like majority of seats are at a bad angle to see it, this is the kind of set up they use in like meeting rooms. also there looks to be another chandelier in the room next to the tv.

The Outside

we really only get two shots of the Outside.

an interesting detail about this balcony is that, if we assume its the one in the Bed Room and not the one in the Record room, then the windows next to it probably belong to the Bar Room, which I assume has windows there unless the curtains were just decoration.

combing through behind the scenes footage confirms that 1. both sides of Ray's Bedroom have a balcony and 2. the Bar Room does lead to the Music Room which has the doors to Ray's Bedroom

Why I've said all this.

My personal headcannons based on these details is that

What we know as Ray's Rooms, orginally were his mom's. I personally cannot see having a big ass mansion and then deciding the perfect place for your kids bedroom is next to the Bar Room, but also, the Bar Room being where his mom dies and also the Record Room containing her personal collection makes me think that this is where she spent her time. I'd even say the Bed Room could have been hers as well.

I think it could be possible that the mystery doors in the Music Room and Bed Room are way's to get from Ray's Rooms from other parts of the house but because of how the Bar Room attaches to the hallway that leads to the main stairs I will assume Ray typically enters through the Bar Room as we saw him do with Sand in episode 2 and as Mew did in episode 4.

based on my above point I AM ALMOST CERTAIN THAT EVERYTIME RAY COMES HOME AND GOES TO HIS ROOM TO GET CHANGED OR GO TO BED HIS HAS TO PASS THE SPOT WHERE HE FOUND HIS MOTHERS BODY.

as I said earlier I think its likely the mystery doors in the Bed Room are closets, and I'd say something similar for the Record Room. In terms of the Bed Room I think one door leads to a big closet and the other leads to a room with a vanity/ place to get ready type thing. In the Record Room however, based on the only times i've been in big houses have been famous big houses turned into museums, one of those doors might be one used by the staff to get around the house (i think it would be fun for there to be secret hallways please let me have this). It could also be interesting if one led to another room that we haven't seen. What that room would be, I don't know I don't live in a mansion

actually what if there is a game room and you can get to from the Record Room but whose main entrance is somewhere else

Also, I said i think these used to be Ray's mom's rooms and i stand by that- I think she wanted a place to retreat to seperate from the other people in the house that it doesn't seem she chose to make a family with, I also think Ray takes over the rooms after she dies- not immidiately but maybe a few years after

I think Ray and his mom both leave all doors open and all lights on, in an attempt to make the house seem lived in and inviting- but the staff who work there are instructed to close everything up as they clean (i don't really know how cleaning staff in a place this big work tho tbh)

i think there is a seperate kitchen where they have they're own chef, i do not think Ray has cooked anything in his life ever

i think when Ray was born they lived in the house that becomes the hostel and when he's a young child they move into this house

i think Ray subconsiously took over the part of the house that is a living reminder of his mothers ghost as a form of self punishment and i think it is a necessary step in his healing to move out of those rooms but i think it takes him a while to get there

yeah thats all i have as of now, just wanted put down my thoughts

haha i had a dream where i dressed various cookies in tiny crochet accessories, like hats, capes, booties, etc. Figured id tell you and let you do with that what you will. (although besides the theme, i only remember Red Velvet in a matching rainbow cape, hat and boots, so theres that, lol)

“Red velvet~”

Since some of the cookies were transported into your home and were about 2-3 inches tall You were crocheting them some tiny clothes to wear. You got a little carried away and made red velvet a rainbow set! He was hiding from you, hoping to not wear the rainbow set.

“Red Velvet, bakers calling for you.” Pure vanilla says. He was also helping you search for Red velvet. He had on a matching crochet bracelet with you.

“Shh!” Red Velvet whisper yells.

“Hm? Why are you hiding from baker? Is it a game of hide n seek?” Pure Vanilla asked confused.

Red Velvet lies and says yeah, he just doesn’t want to be covered in rainbow. Pure Vanilla walks away chuckling.

Not to long after you found red velvet.“Boo!” You scare Red velvet. You picked him up and put him in your palm. “I finished the set!”

You place him on the kitchen counter and pull the set out, he looks so angry. You made him the rainbow outfit because he got his original outfit dirty so he need something new to wear. Red velvet runs to the other side of counter away from you.

“Come on Red velvet, If you wear this, I’ll wash your original outfit and give it back. Im just tryna help!” You walk over to him as he hides behind the paper towels.

“Mm.. Fine.”

~after he changes~

“Haha! You Look so cute!” Red velvet was now blinged out in rainbow.

“Hm, whats going on?” Pure vanilla says tapping on your leg.

You pick him up and place him on the counter.

“Oh!” Pure Vanilla tried to hold in his laugh but failed.

“Dont you dare laugh at me Pure vanilla..” Red velvet whispers.

You took a photo of rainbow red velvet and made it your wallpaper.

“Im not sure why your laughing pure vanilla.” Red velvet points at the other rainbow suit you had in your hands. “Your next!”

Pure vanilla looks at you and see the rainbow dress you had. “B-Baker, we can talk about this!” Pure vanilla backs up.

…

Now they both are in all rainbow outfits and extremely pouty. Could this day get any better.

(600 words of Jake fluff, birthday series part 2, thanks for the title Kitty)

Skating into Sweetness

You don’t know why you agreed to this (you do, it was his eyes). You’re struggling to catch your footing, ice skates laced up tight, knees bent inwards to try not to fall as you wave your hands frantically in the air for balance. You had only ever gone skating once before swearing off the activity due to your utter failure. Fast forward to now, where Jake had convinced you to go skating with him at Somerset, with claims of the rink being lit up with pretty lights, hot chocolate waiting for you afterwards and a great opportunity for some instagram pics. He never told you he was ridiculously good at the activity, making you feel embarrassed for being a fully grown adult with absolutely zero foot coordination on the ice. There were children doing laps around you for goodness sake.

“You go on without me, I need a break!” you leaned against the wall of the rink, calling out to Jake who was literally spinning circles in front of you, as effortless as a professional.

Catching your balance and your breath, you watched as he sped around the diameter of the ice, gliding through the throngs of people easily enough to catch the eyes of more than a couple onlookers. On his way back to you, you watched him smile at you but easily got distracted by his thighs flexing as he propelled himself forward, the muscles visible through his dark wash denim jeans. Now you could see exactly why he was getting some appreciative glances.

Coming to a stop in front of you, he was panting slightly with a wide smile on and snowflakes sitting prettily on his long lashes. You felt foolish for feeling foolish, only now taking in the fact that Jake was having such a good time and you were happy to be spending the time with him doing something he so clearly enjoyed. Smiling back at him, you reached for his hands with both of yours, entwining your fingers and slowly easing yourself off the wall to stand shakily with him on the ice.

“Maybe if we try like this, I can keep up?” you asked timidly, not wanting to rain on his fun but wanting to share his joy.

“Getting tired trying to keep up, mi vida?”

“You know I stand no chance against those thighs.”

“Hmm, that is true, amor. Come, let’s take a lap and then settle in with some hot chocolate, si?”

“Ooooh, hot chocolate sounds amazing,” you perk up at the thought, eager to start gliding across the ice with Jake’s help.

With Jake skating backwards and holding your hands, you managed to make it around the rink twice with no falls before tapping out for the aforementioned promised drinks. Still holding his hand in line for refreshments, you reached your hand out with your cell phone camera facing the both of you to snap some pictures of the lovely evening. Your cheeks and noses were cold and numb from the chill, smiles almost hard to conjure but the sparkle in your eyes were unmistakable, even on camera.

For the last shot, Jake had his arms wrapped around you from behind, planting a sweet kiss on your cheek making you grin into the camera. The picture was so tooth-rotting, so sweet, the side of Jake not everyone was privy to knowing, it warmed your heart so much you immediately changed your wallpaper, smiling down at your phone goofily while he purchased your drinks.

“You’re gonna make Steven jealous, you know.” Jake hummed into your ear as he looked at your new wallpaper.
