Might be looking at things a bit too deep here, but is there an in-universe reason all the characters can speak in English even though they're aliens and thus probably wouldn't know it exist? Or is it just so we the viewers can actually understand what the characters are saying?

They do have their own languages they speak throughout the galaxy, with the most common being Celeste (next to Noxx, Amvo, Stellar, and Galac.) It’s the closest language comparison to English as any made up alien language can be!
