Eau de Sisley 2 (eau de toilette)
Sisley Paris
Green
An Eau de Toilette for women.
Light, fresh and sheer.
Eau de Sisley 2 is like a white floral dress dotted with green. It reinvents the green note, imparting a delicate, serene and natural sensuality.
Its top note is fresh and green, evoking the subtle scent of sap, combined with the soft spiciness of Cardamom, Bergamot and a touch of Basil.
Its floral heart is composed of Water Lily, Egyptian Jasmine, Cyclamen and Rose. Its base combines the sensuality of Patchouli and Vetiver with the woody elegance of Cedar and Santalwood.
Eau de Sisley Perfumes: 3 creative takes on the freshness of chypre, perfect for every occasion or mood, each revealing another facet of this classic scent.
Top notes: Cardamom, Bergamot, Basil
Heart notes: Water iris, Egyptian jasmine, Cyclamen rose
Base notes: Patchouli, Vetiver, Cedarwood, Sandalwood

Iris pseudacorus (yellow flag iris) and Iris ensata (Japanese water iris)
These two species of water iris are very similar in some ways. They both like wet, boggy environments and neither plant is native to Canada's west coast. However, if you put 'yellow flag iris' into a Google Search the first place that pops up is the Invasive Species Council of British Columbia website.
This plant is native to the Mediterranean area and the Middle East. It was brought to North America as a garden ornamental but is now 'naturalized' all over the place. If you drain the pond and bring in the bulldozers, it won't make any difference. If a tiny piece of the rhizome breaks off, the plant will completely reestablish itself in a few years.
This purple Japanese water iris, on the other hand, is a real thoroughbred, with no fewer than seventeen varieties listed in the prestigious, Royal Horticultural Society's, Award of Garden Merit. Back at the Invasive Species Council, Japanese water iris is actually recommended as a noninvasive alternative to yellow flag if you're planting a water garden. That's not my worry. I live on a standard city lot and I simply don't have the space for no fancy 'cement' pond.

Canonically disabled characters in podcasts cause I feel like it
- Juno Steel - The Penumbra Podcast (visually impaired)
- Rudyard Funn - Wooden Overcoats (technically not canon but basically has every symptom of autism)
- Arthur Lester - Malevolent (visually impaired)
- Brain Jeeter - The Strange Case Of Starship Iris ( has a disability that gives him trouble breathing though I don't remember if they specify exactly what)
- Lucille Kensington - Where The Stars Fell (I believe chronic pain though I admit I haven't listened to the show. She uses a cane)
- Nicholas Waters - Archive 81 (chronic pain. He uses a cane)
- Sydney Sargent - Camp Here And There (psychosis, autism and chronic pain)
(extra fun fact all these characters are canonically queer accept Arthur though ppl are still holding out hope for him)
