They're part of a trio with another character, but that other character has a crush on a girl so mainly Theo+Haru are paired together. Theo likes drawing and Haru poses for him. In the high school slice of life spinoff, They're always seen together and it's noted that Theo makes Haru pose in weird poses for his own amusement, and Haru does it every time. This can presumably be carried to the canon time-line, as seen in the manga, Theo likes making people pose weirdly for him. Anyways. They're always together. Their personalities compliment each other, with Theo being the more closed off and snarky person, and Haruto being the more outgoing and friendly one. dog i love left of the dial so much .the juxtaposition of season 3 being about losing your humanity in the pursuit of knowledge and power and fitting into a place you never expected to fit into and left of the dial being about regaining part of that humanity through the power of human (or partially human) connection and community and how love can really actually change the world in spite of all the existential dread happening . also how road trips are a love language shut the fuck up i'm breaking all of my fingers and toes and ripping my hair out screaming
