Thinking of an Until Dawn opinion I saw once during a thread where people where arguing about whether or not Emily is an overall main character alongside Sam and Mike (this is OOF, but I’ll let it go for now). Then the argument I saw was that Emily is so popular on Tik Tok that people “wouldn’t still know about Until Dawn” without her existence. So therefore she can be seen as an overall main character.
