Since apparently some people genuinely haven't heard this yet??

(And that's okay! We're all here to keep each other informed!)

Six of the seven Tinlightenment projects will include DIGITAL TICKETS (and the one that doesn't is just the London version of an earlier project that will have digis. The only difference will be that the London performance will have a somewhat different and likely smaller cast)!

One of those projects is a new musical, the bread and butter of this fandom! Gross Prophets! Like Spies Are Forever and the fourteen Starkid musicals! And like those it will be put up ON YOUTUBE FOR FREE for everyone to watch as many times as they want!

One of their other projects, the comedy panel gameshow The Great Debate, will be put up ON YOUTUBE FOR FREE as well!

Starkid and TCB have a grand history of making the most accessible quality theatre out there, and Tinlightenment will be no exception! So if your only reason for not backing is that you think you won't be able to see the shows, think again!

And then think about it some more--what would have happened if only people in LA had backed TGWDLM and it hadn't met its goal?

literally screaming at everybody “pete and ted can’t ever interact with each other, they’re played by the same actor : (“ DO YOU FORGET WHO WE’RE DEALING WITH HERE??

there are the insane quick changes of which we have: joey richter himself playing what i can only assume to be the entire population of independence (plus an ox) in one song:

and then, of course, the master himself, brosenthal, playing frankly 80% of the cast, but ESPECIALLY in this one scene. ONE SCENE:

“oh but joey left the scene for some of the quick changes in tto, he can’t do that if the spankoffski bros are supposed are supposed to have a conversation” FINE, the other option: just play two characters at once. which starkid has done before.

exhibit one, twisted. these two are not the same:

exhibit two, tgwdlm, a hatchetfield show. this already happened in a hatchefield show:

(also, it is two different characters, do not fight me on this. this scene is too confrontation from jekyll & hyde-coded to be the same character) SPEAKING off confrontation:

My friend mentioned an idea for a reverse soulmates AU where the name of the person you're destined to kill slowly becomes a more visible scar on your arm AND IMAGINE THAT WITH CURTWEN???? He'd obviously never tell Owen he's destined to kill him and I think Curt would believe he could change his fate and he fails. TWICE.

I'm kinda obsessed with this at the moment and might write something for it because the angst would be magnificent.

it's crazy to me that Spies Are Forever, a musical which has a jewish guy playing a nazi with a Hitler puppet on his hand and glitter in his pockets... also somehow has a scene between the lead character and his ex-friend now great enemy, which reveals for certain that they used to be gay lovers, that goes "what about our secret? the moments we shared, the feelings we had... for each other" "that secret died the night you left me for dead" to a quiet smoke filled stage, before the lead character shoots his ex dead, like... what?
