I feel like stress makes my back pain worse so I’m in a constant state of being stressed due to my exams which makes pain worse -> going to study to help with stress -> being in pain from sitting in chair while studying -> laying in bed to help with pain while I’m still in more pain bc I’m stressed bc I can’t study. And then the cycle repeats :(

i had an allergic reaction to dry lima beans this morning in biology class and now i’m lying in bed with sunglasses on bc my eyes are super sensitive and keep twitching. ya know just normal stuff 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️😐😐😐
