I fasted until about 2 pm today because I was busy anyway so decided to fast too haha
Lunch: Cranberry Salad = 250 cals
Snack: Popsicle = 35 cals
Dinner: Grilled chicken and an ice cream cone... yikes. = 405 cals
Calories burned = 425 :)
Total = 265.
Not as low as I’d like but I’m still keeping up with it!

i need to know that im not alone.
i feel very invalid because im not skinny and i also dont always keep up with the actions thatgo along with the thoughts and temptations. although, those thoughts of needing to do said actions are always there. idk. i feel like its not important to talk about because i dont really think it matters.
