Feeling sappy, here are my furry children:

Ramona (10yo): Literally the meanest bitch but also my baby princess, I adopted her literally the moment I moved out of my parents house

Nina (9yo): Formerly feral, now the cuddliest angel, currently recovering from a bone infection (I didn't know this was a thing but was initially caused by a scratch on the nose - Ramona being prime suspect)

Sally (6yo): I've had a lot of cats throughout my life but she is by far the dumbest, literally functioning on a single brain cell. But also very cuddly and treats Nina like her mom- v adorable

Peggy (3yo): A very irresponsible wedding gift from my mother, Peg is a former dump kitten who hid in our basement the first year of her life- after a fuck ton of work she's really come out of her shell and is thriving, that being said she'll still chew your arm off for a french fry. Also her eyes were super brown when we first got her?? They gradually turned green???

(My sim-cats are terrible lol)

(I headcanon Evan Rosier is one of the tallest in the group and Pandora is a short baby. She loves messing with him like any good cousin does and he lets her most of the time because he's secretly a softie)

(The gang helping Snape to rearrange the furniture when they first visit her house, after her parents' death. She soon learns why you shouldn't let rich kids do manual labour by themselves)

(Barty runs away from home in his fifth year and moves next to Snape's house. He lets her know in a very Barty fashion)

My cast iron army now includes a flat skillet (five years old, maybe), a deep-fry skillet and cornbread skillet (five generations), a smaller deep-fry skillet for frying sweets (less than a year old), three cast iron minis for single-serving desserts (less than a year old), and a cast iron pot with a lid that can serve as another pan/serving dish (less than a year old). I am unstoppable. I may never use anything else ever again

Okay. So. I’ve read this week’s chapters and here are my first thoughts! In bullet points because that’s the only way my brain seems to function these days.

Chapter 293

It's so nice how the rivalry between nekoma and karasuno lives on and gets a different meaning now that there's a new generation of players, all with their own histories and motivations!

Let's not forget how Karasuno has hardly ever won from Nekoma in the practice matches, and now they’re expected to win 2/3 or else they’re out!

Chapter 294

The girls talking about how hot Kuroo and Lev are, meanwhile they're talking about poop sdkfjsklfj

Chapter 295

Kenma talking about how Hinata has 'evolved'!! I love the way Kenma talks about volleybal in the same way that he talks about videogames. Yes go level up and idk grind for EXP and learn new attack or w/e I’m loving it

Like sometimes there's not even dialogue, but the background is black and you feel this sense of foreboding, you just know something big is coming and ugh it's just?? so good???? I recommend everyone to go read the whole manga if you ever have time because like even the parts you already know are just so Good and hit different in the manga format
