Encanto Headcanons!!

So I saw Encanto a few days ago and I literally have not stopped thinking about it so... HEADCANONS!

Some of these are specific to post-canon, some aren't.

One of the things being done to lighten Luisa's workload is Antonio just telling the donkeys to go back in the barn

Dolores didn't high-key snitch on Bruno living in the walls because she relates to knowing things other people don't want to know/don't want you to know

Camilo has a stash of tea somewhere for when Pepa gets stressed

Dolores' room has a bunch of things in it that muffle sound, but also a bunch of things that make interesting sounds

Pepa and Julieta's rooms have aspects of them which also cater to their respective husbands because of how important they are to them

Bruno's favorite game is chess, but he never follows the rules, he just starts making up ridiculous plotlines and derails everything like four moves in. Everyone learns to just go along with it.

Mirabel's glasses are magically reinforced (how else do you explain them not getting disastrously scratched up when she falls face first into a ton of sand?)

Isabela gets commissioned to dye clothing after she realizes she can

A good half of the village just calls Alma "abuela"

Luisa likes to do things like woodworking. The more delicate things don't always turn out the best, but she enjoys it anyway.

Time for some doodles, sometimes I just need to draw and my threads are the best inspo tbh.

1 + 2 - @themosthatedbeing - Based in the same verse. Roo trying to goad Lucifer into picking a fight with heaven, even more so than they already have. Then a scene from later down the line where Lucifer's connection with Roo allows him to pull on Alastor's deal bond. They're both as shocked as eachother honestly.

3 - @the-hazbeens - After being injured by Adam, Al goes to Rosie to fix him up. She cares about him and it leaves him feeling more vulnerable than he already is from the wound across his chest, he's trying his best to not turn and leave at the very idea of sentiment- because honestly he is utterly fond of her.

4 - @bucketfullofocs - Aya is an Angel sent down to Hell as a punishment for questioning heaven to spy on the princess and her group of troublemakers, she met Alastor's mother when she was in Heaven and got a recipe from her - completely unaware of who she was. Lured in by the familiar smell, he's caught off guard when his mother is mentioned as the person who gave her the recipe - leaving him thinking that she is somewhere down in Hell. Aya has to choose her next words VEEERY carefully.

5 + 6 - Just thoughts I had, Alastor and Bill would be an awful dangerous combination and you know Lucifer would get very sick of John Constantine showing up in hell for the 3rd time this week, while not actually being dead.
