you bully cecil about confessing his love on live radio but honestly if you like someone u should be as blunt about it as possible or nothing will ever get done.

two new designs up on my redbubble now!
id: a screenshot of two redbubble listings, one says "talk to me about PODCASTS (i'll be so normal i promise)" on a light pinkish purple background and the other says "audio dramas my beloved" in a script font on a mint green background end id.

Malevolent terrifies me in a way that Night Vale and TMA do not have for me personally. Malevolent genuinely feels like a horror movie.
(That isn't to say that WTNV and TMA are lacking because of it btw I love those two.)

I'm sure someone pointed it out already but Estaban specifying in ep 245 that it was "Grandpa Gershwin" he drew means that
A. Cecil got his middle name from his dad's first name and
B. There's a good chance that he's meet or at least heard some stuff about his grandpa on Carlos's side or he wouldn't have made the distinction

thinking about bpd cecil again. the way he reacts to perceived abandonment. his tendency to lash out out of stubborn insecurity, his unhealthy coping when carlos is in the dow. the way he sees people as perfect and wonderful or hates them and refuses to see anything good in them, especially when it plays on his insecurities, like how he hated steve because he saw his own failings in comparison and redirected his self hatred onto other people. the entire storyline of him idealizing carlos as a perfect person and coming to terms with the fact that carlos has flaws too. his simultaneous stubborn belief system and disconnect from his emotional responses after the moment's passed. also carlos has avpd but that's a different analysis. peace and love
no so real the way i relate to that man in every way. my bpd ass imprinted onto him like a baby duck

I cant stop thinking about how Abby took her anger out in cecil and Cecil took his anger out on Steve. I can't stop thinking about how Abby resented Cecil for taking away her father figure and Cecil resented Steve for taking away his role as a father figure. I can't stop thinking about how Janice helped heal Cecil and Abbys relationship thinking about how Cecil saw Steve as getting in the way of that healing. I can't stop thinking about how they're both working past the hurt they've experienced to stop hurting other people. I can't stop thinking about how they're a family now and they all love each other so much despite their flaws and past harm. I can't stop thinking about them.
