The thing is I don't think it is the fact that the doctor keeps regenerating inside her that the TARDIS gets so pissed off about.

It's the fact that they keep doing it in the console room. Like excuse you, she's got a nice zero room exactly for that purpose, you could easily just walk down the corridor and go there to regenerate but NO! Your gonna regenerate right by her lovely shiny console and coral, blast everything to pieces that she's spent so much work on, why does she even bother?

The thing about AUs where Durge doesn't have amnesia but does still get tadpoled is that they can be Very Serious or absolutely hilarious. Like, there are all the angst possibilities of Durge knowing their friends will hate them if they learn what they're hiding from the group and the group's feelings of betrayal when the truth comes out and all that, but imagine the Wild Shit Durge could come out with if they remembered everything.

I am well aware that I am a crazy dog person. It is no exaggeration Daphne got me through one of the hardest times of my life. I love her with my whole entire heart and would do anything for her, including but not limited to having a full charcuterie board of treats for her at all times and sitting on the floor with her for hours every night when she herds me over. (No, she is not a herding dog, she is just very bossy.) I've lost count of the number of beds she has. She also has a couch and what is TECHNICALLY a child's chair but it is perfectly her size so idk why they were doing marketing it as for humans. When I had my first year of service at work, several people wished Daphne a happy YOS. I wrote a 110K fic that honestly started with the idea of "wouldn't it be cute if Ed had a dog like Daphne?" I know a lot of people think it's ridiculous but I own it.

However there are some points when I'm just like.... AM I crossing a line? Where it goes from from being eccentric to just "yeah are you okay?"

Probs gonna do it anyway, but for the record, I DID wonder.
