But not only the Shaman discovered the control of psychoactive plants. Under this scheme, "god" is nature and would also have served as the "god" of death, creation and destruction are celebrations that begin to be identified with natural phenomena.

Hominisation is a non-antagonistic relationship, requiring dialectics, for there to be a link between nature and culture. This anthropo-cultural evolution is linked to bionatural evolution. So the -first culture- emerges from a natural process and at the same time it acts and intervenes on this natural process, we were a "primordial culture" in harmony with the environment.

But the beasts in the wild places showed the Shaman that the Astado was a weapon and a symbol of hierarchy. It became a mediator between man and nature, able to tame predators and prey so that they could gather at the campfire and lie down together.

@Inktober day 23: Ancient . I couldn’t think of anything more ancient and fascinating than “the Sorcerer” known in French as “le Chamane Dançant” [the dancing shaman]. It was found in a cavern known as “the Sanctuary” at the Cave of the Trois-Frères in the South of France and thought to have been made in 13000 BC. . Some believe it’s supposed to be a Master of Animals or a Great Spirits. Though the most famous interpretation is that it’s depicting a dancing shaman or sorcerer in some sort of hunting ritual. In any case, it’s one of the rarest depictions of a human-like for in the Paleolithic, and parts of it look like modern anatomical charts in a naif painting. . I wish I could be as talented as the person who made this long long ago... for now, my interpretation of his craft must do. . Though the original was made with charcoal and stone etching, I used the following fountain pen inks: * @LEcritoireParis Sucre Roux * @kyonooto Bangara-iro * Noodler’s Proctor’s Ledge .
