These Sweet Potato Waffles are only 6 ingredients and incredibly easy to make.  The sweet potato gives these waffles a nice golden color, while the warm spices add wonderful flavor. They are crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. If you are like Leslie Knope on the show, dousing the waffles in whipped cream is a must, but fresh fruit and syrup work too.
