I had a dream that the duffers are pretending that Will just doesn’t exist anymore

Like in keeping with the whole memorygate/birthdaygate thing where they posted all like ‘oh have we forgotten something?’ 🤔 on Will’s birthday on purpose

They deliberately shared photos of all characters except Will, totally ignored any mention of him, and weren’t even asked anything in interviews about him, it was like nobody in the world gave a shit. It was next level PR stunt stuff

I didn’t actually get to see how it played out, but it all tied into the idea that Will has slowly been fading into the background, and had finally been erased entirely. They were even talking about the painting as though it actually came from El, and the byler tag was in shambles because we were so gaslit and confused

Anyway just wanted to share because it was awful lol, now I’m even more eager to see our first BTS photos of Will 😅

Had a dream that Jerma took me to his mansion to show off his giant aquarium but after we'd seen all the fish he'd gathered, he suggested we go to his dark basement tunnels. I, understandably, had a moment of pause, but he insisted it'd be great fun. I gave him a final no, whereupon he cut the lights for the entire home cause if I wasn't gonna go to the basement, he'd take the basement to me. Cut to me blindly running for my life through a pitch black maze to escape Jerma.

Last night, I had a dream that I was a goth teenager and the sniper guy from TF2 was my new stepdad.

I was NOT HAPPY about it.

Note 1) I have never played TF2 and my only exposure to it has been in the form of inscrutable sfm videos (and li'l Pootis, of course).

To his credit, he was trying his best to be a good stepdad.

To his not credit, this involved following me everywhere and trying to teach me how to survive in the wild?? Is that his thing? (I mean, I assume he's good at killing things, but otherwise I don't know this man or his interests)

My response was, "Uuugh! I won the Hunger Games when I was 12! I knooow! Leave me alone! You're not my real Dad!"

Note 2) we did not live in Panem, but apparently we were having Hunger Games regardless. It didn't feel like a big deal, though. More like a kid winning a soccer trophy. I didn't get a bunch of money, and I still had to go to a crummy high school.

Anyway, that's it.

I was on the toilet, half-asleep after midnight. After I peed, I wanted to flush and turn off the light. But then I pressed the lamp button to flush and the flush button to turn off the lamp. At that point, the toilet absorbed all the light as if it were water, and the lamp threw water all over the bathroom, so it’s now really white, and I’m just wet.

I just had a wild fucking dream about the cars franchise, which I despise immensely and may post a rant about at some point.

This dream took place in the first movie, where Tow Mater and Lightning McQueen went cowtipping, except Tow Mater straight up killed a man by tying them to a telephone pole and then hitting the telephone pole with lightning. It is unclear who exactly was responsible for the lightning.

Tow Mater had three siblings, named Revenge, Revenge, and Revenge. They were super emo and owned a rival paint shop to the hippies. Before any cars fans @ me, I know the hippies don't own a paint shop. This was the makings of my unconscious mind.

Lighting McQueen and Tow Mater were having an affair. I don't know why, I don't know what that entails. I get the sense of wasn't healthy since Mater did kill a man in front of McQueen. However, there was something there. Something real.

I then proceeded to have dinner with my very real human family in the center of town as a human person.

Yall.

I dreamed of the most cursed piece of technology.

It was basically a door, that when people stood still outside it, it would open automatically. A bedroom door, specifically. And if anything were to touch it, like, say you bump into it, it would shrink up into a faux wooden box, like something wall-e would make. This wasn't a bug, it was a marketed feature.

And the best part of the dream was me questioning the guy whose house this was in, and him just going "you don't get it".

You're right guy from the dream, I don't. I think it's the stupidest thing I've ever heard off and in a world where Smart fridges are a thing, that's saying something.

stupid dream i had last night

for some reason I was attending the world premiere of Spider-Man 4 with Tobey Maguire. the only part i could remember was the last half of the movie, except i clearly remember some really freakin wild stuff

FIRST OF ALL

donald. FREAKING. TRUMP. was the villain. like, it was straight up donald trump playing himself, and he was a HELLA convincing villain. he killed the role like willem dafoe playing green goblin.

anyways, peter and mj were finally married, and they were shown to be much older. They also had a kid, which was mayday parker, spider-girl. this had me ECSTATIC, i freakin love spider-girl. so basically, the only part that i could remember was the third act and the climax.

essentially, i think trump wanted to destroy humanity?? idk. and peter and mayday were both suited up and mj was there too but they were surrounded by soldiers. trump was monologuing and then mj was about to be killed. before the gunshots can hit her though, mayday sacrifices herself and she gets SUPER bloodied up, like its crazy and i think her hand fell off too. she ends up dying, which enrages peter, and he fights donald trump. so during the scuffle, mj finds a glowing metal barrel. she opens it and finds a tiny orange umbrella octopus.

I CAUGHT THAT UMBRELLA OCTOPUS IN ANIMAL CROSSING LIKE, 3-4 HOURS BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP BY THE WAY.

anyways, mj uses the umbrella octo and places it on maydays (really freaking bloody) body, which raises her body, makes it glow, and she is 100% healed and alive. then after winning, peter and the two escape a blowing up (alchemax?) facility, then the movie ended.

IT DOESNT END THERE, OH NONONONONONONONONOOOOOO

there was a DINNER. and all i could say in response to the cinema

was

FREAKING

"hello, peter! welcome to fortnite!"

WHICH WAS APPARENTLY A LINE IN THE MOVIE?!?!?

Confession: Sometimes I wish I could have children.

I see families or pictures and I want what they have. As is, I don't have functional organs or the energy, and in general it doesn't bother me. But I had an alternate reality dream the other night that I had a kid with my college boyfriend and it messed with my head.

My favorite thing about not seeing across the spiderverse is what plot my hyperfixation primed brain comes up with, using my knowledge of who the characters are (I think)

List of dreams so far

A detective crime story where the plot is only 3 days long and more spider people are added on progressively until the world explodes, Majora’s mask style

Miguel is a dimensional hopping super villain who moves incredibly fast. He is stuck in a box by the spiderverse council and if he moves too fast or too far he is insta teleported back to a specific point in his box. He is very angry and wants to see other people in the outside world, but can’t because he is a misunderstood bean

The gang gets trapped inside a line of code and has to watch Spider-Man shows until the program decides they are free to leave

A TV program universe where depending on the actions of the characters, the show manipulates into a reflection of themselves, until the show decides to trap them inside forever, or yeets them out for being too awful

Gang has to do summoning circle magic to leave an escape room before reality collapses
