Like I'm just assuming it's a horrible idea to put magic in the hands of a toddler...like ever...but I'm just wondering what age does it start to be ok?

Also you know how there are some jobs that some people can't do...like if you have a permanent and bad injury you can't be an olympic athlete (para olympics might still be in the table though) or if you don't pass the fitness test you can't be a police officer or whatever...
