dead poets society vest wip! this is just the back, so the front will be its whole own thing too 😌 and this is my first knit vest!

Today’s ”let me just clown around and find out” part 1

That’s it. I’m done knitting hats for the year. Happy to wrap things up with a Tincan Knits Antler hat cabled in lovely Malabrigo Rios, colorway Playa and a stranded colorwork hat using up some Malabrigo Rios in Reflecting Pool and a speckly yarn (why do I never remember the names?) from Cascade Yarns that features a colorwork rib (that’s me experimenting) and the Metamorphosis motif from Andrea Rangel’s book “The AlterKnit Stitch Dictionary.”

Oh who am I kidding. I’ve already cast on another one.

Unearthed a year-old UFO and I think I can finish this soon!

Elve Slippers in Léttlopi. Honestly, I can’t believe a tube with a slit opening fit so well. I would have sworn these would pinch the backs of my ankles, but no, they’re a dream!

They turned out soooo pretty!

Finished my latest hat- a gift for a friend. Ventured a bit more into stranded colourwork with this to try and give it a pixie vibe. Finished with braided rope and floor treasure, including bird bones and lighter caps.

Bug hat update! I made the pompom a bug too :)
