Ok look making cas gay then immediately killing him is not a win. Like at all. It’s kinda a slap in the face.
Anyway if you want to read a much better version check out this fic @grandpabasket and I wrote in like 2015: https://archiveofourown.org/works/4036276/chapters/9077320
Or you can read it and the sequel on our old fanfic blog: @au-universes
Is it silly? Absolutely. Is it better written than the show? Debatable. But I promise you’ll have a good time if you read it.
I haven’t cared about this show since like season 9. And even then I knew it was bad. So to the people who still actively watch it I’m so sorry. I’m sorry they saw that making destiel canon would make the fans happy so instead they made cas gay and killed him off. Aren’t you angry? I’m angry.

Soup Oprea Pt 3 (Soap Opera AU)
The band members all hooted and hollered out the windows making sure everyone around could see them. Dean opened up the sun roof and poked his head out, Sam was riffling through the mini fridge and popping open a bottle of champagne and pouring some for Ezri and himself. Ezri leaned in to Sam grabbing the side of his face and kissing his cheek. Jimmy and Steve were flipping through the radio stations until they heard *All I do is win by DJ KHALED.
“OOOOOOOOOH! All I do is win, win, win No matter what! Got money on my mind I can never get enough. And every time I step into the building everybody hands go up… And they stay there, And they stay there, and they stay there. Up down up down up!” They all shouted the song at the top of their lungs like it was their anthem. Dean was still hanging out the sunroof with Cas in front of him like Jack and Rose from Titanic. They made every minute in that limo count. They weren’t going to let this moment slip away. The limo pulled up to the club with a big crowd outside waiting to get in. They all stopped and stared waiting to see who would climb out. Everyone in the limo went silent, with excitement and nerves.
“Okay everyone. This is it,” Dean said breathing heavy.
“Wait!” Sam pulled Dean's hand away from the handle.
“What?”
“Let’s slow down. We should take this moment in. Who knows what’s going to happen. We need this moment to keep us grounded, to keep us humble. We need it for when we feel low, or when we feel like nothing is going right or fast enough.” The group looked at each other knowing he was right. “I love you guys, and no matter how big we get or if we fail, I’ll always love you guys.”
“But we’re not even playing tonight. How is this the beginning?” Dean said going to leave the limo.
“Look outside,” Ezri said pointing to the wall. The group looked out seeing a big poster with their faces on it. Cheesy inspirational soap opera music began to play. They stared out the window, gazing at the beauty in front of them.
“I think this calls for a group huddle,” Dean said pulling everyone close.
“We’ll meet you guys in there and give you a minute,” Jimmy said, grabbing Steve’s hand and scooting out the door.
“What are you talking about? You’re part of this too,” Cas said, pulling Steve back.
“No, Jimmy’s right. You guys need this moment,” Steve said getting out of Cas’ grip. “We’ll save you a seat.” Steve looked back at them with a big smile, knowing that this was just the beginning. The two walked up to the bouncer. He was tall and buff, much like the tall, buff man we ran into earlier. He stood there with his big arms crossed over his barreling chest. His black shirt was pressed tightly to his pecks, and the sleeves were cutting into his bicep. Steve looked at the little name tag and saw it read ‘Gacé’.
“Names?” Gacé said. Steve jolted and took a step behind Jimmy, who was puffing his own chest out trying to intimidate Gacé.
“I’m Jimmy Kirk, and this is Steve Proudfoot. We’re with ‘Supernatural Adrenaline’,” Jimmy said trying not to let the nervousness in his voice through. The bouncer looked them up and down and grabbed his clipboard flipping through the pages. Gacé occasionally kept glancing back to Steve as if he knew him, but couldn’t place him. Steve did the same. Jimmy caught onto the glances and wrapped his arm around Steve’s waist pulling him in close.
“Did you find us yet?” Jimmy said in a stern, overprotective voice. Gacé looked down at Jimmy, knowing damn well he could take him. He chuckled and put his hand on the red velvet rope.
“Yeah, yeah. I found your names. Have fun guys,” said Gacé. Jimmy pushed Steve past Gacé who was still staring at Steve, when finally a light bulb went off. “Wait? Steve? I knew you looked familiar! How have you been!?” Gacé pulled Steve back out shaking his hand. Steve looked back extremely confused before having his own light bulb moment.
“No way! It’s been too long! I’ve been great! This is Jimmy by the way. Jimmy this is Gacé. We went to highschool together,” Steve explained.
“Yeah. And don’t forget, we were on the best dance team in the world,” Gacé said as he playfully punched Steve on the arm and turned to look at Jimmy. “This guy can really bust a move. Hey. Everyone is inside. Make sure you say hi to them.” Steve looked confused again and then had another light bulb moment.
“The whole gang is in there?” Steve’s eyes lit up. “I haven’t seen them in years. Will you be in later?”
“Oh yeah. I’m just waiting for the other bouncer to show. He called saying he’d be a little late. Go in, I’ll come find you guys later.” Gacé patted Jimmy on the back as he walked past and went back to being a scary buffshell.
The camera follows the boys in, where they stop in the door way and the camera pans up to a big windowless space, lit with blue lights and different color laser lights dancing around the club. Beautiful people were lounging on over stuffed black leather sofas and chairs. Scantily clad waitresses were carrying trays of brightly colored drinks to the thirsty patrons. Aerialists were doing their tricks above the crowd, as lights flashed and music banged. Across the room, Paris, Ashley, and Matt were behind the bar making drinks, and doing what they do best, bossing people around.
“Hey guys! How’s it going?” Kara bounced up on a bar stool with Kaia closely behind her.
“Hey! You made it! You guys want the usual?” Ashley said already mixing a cocktail together. She shook the silver shaker right, then left, one handed then tossed it around her back to Paris who caught without looking. She did her magic, making the tumbler turn from silver to gold, then tossed it under her leg to Matt. He did a back flip over the tumbler and caught it while his back was to the ceiling, and continued doing handless backflips until he was at the end of the bar. He pulled out a couple glasses and poured the drinks like salt bae, and slid them down the bar where they stopped abruptly in front of Kaia and Kara.
“You guys still got it,” Kaia said picking up her drink and sipping.
“Alright. You guys ready?” Ashley asked polishing a glass with a towel.
“But Gacé isn’t here yet,” Matt said frantically looking around.
“Here I am! Travis just showed up for his shift. Let’s do this,” said Gacé. The six of them looked around at each other and nodded. Out of nowhere, six spot lights came down on them, the music changed to *Ain’t your mamma by Jlo. Paris, Ashley, Kara, and Kaia were all dressed in sparkly corsets and a choli top over their shoulders, and black pants. Matt and Gacé wore white button downs with a sequined black vest, and black pants. They broke out into an incredible dance. They were all in sync, not missing one step. They were like a fleet of dancing machines sent to earth to spread the beauty of dance to the world. And they did. They did flips and tricks, spins and leaps! They finished with a bang, literally. The dance floor was broken, fire was surrounding them. Smoke cleared to reveal the gang silhouetted by the fire. The only movement was the crowd standing to their feet, and cheering. They hooted and hollered until their voices were hoarse. The gang finally broke formation, smiling and waving at the crowd. Ashley took the mic and turned it on to make an announcement as the cleanup crew scrambled to fix the stage before the next act came on.
“How’s everyone doing tonight?!” The crowed went back to cheering, as they always do when the owners of the Cocktail Lounge perform. “That’s what I like to hear! Now settle down everyone, I have a couple things to say. As you can see, we are decorated for Arabian night. The amazing dancers at Rhythm Fusion Dance Company are here tonight to wow and amaze us with their tantalizing belly dance. So be sure to give them just as much applause as you gave us tonight. In a couple days, we will have a rising star on this stage, so don’t miss that. And as always, thank you for choosing The Cocktail Lounge for your night. Now everyone, enjoy your night, order drinks, and don’t forget to tip your waitress!” Ashley dropped the mic and the spot light went off. The crowd was silent for a moment before going back to its normal banging music and bustle.
Jimmy and Steve were sitting at a little circular table with three little black couches around it. Steve caught the rest of the band walking in and began to zealously wave his arms in the air.
“Hey guys, over here!” Steve shouted. He was standing at this point, pointing at the empty couches making sure they saw him in the sea of people.
“This place is really nice. Can you believe we actually get to play here?!” Dean said as giddy as a school boy on Christmas.
“I know. And it’s all thanks to this girl,” Sam said pulling Ezri down on a couch next to him and kissing her on the forehead. Ezri lit up.
“I told you. It was all my dad’s doing. I had nothing to do with this,” Ezri said. She picked up a drink menu and began to scan through it.
“No girl. You talked us up to someone who could get us here. So by that logic, you got us here. Drinks are on us tonight,” Cas said pulling out his credit card.
“Actually, all your drinks are on the house tonight. Talent always drinks for free,” Paris said pushing his hand back down toward his wallet. “My name is Paris, I’m the owner of The Cocktail Lounge.”
The band looked up at her as if she were an angel. No one knew what to say, they just gawked at her in awkward silence. Dean finally shook out if it and stood up.
“Thank you so much for letting us play. Your lounge is amazing, it’s always been a dream of ours to play here. We just can’t believe it’s finally happening,” Dean said shaking Paris’ hand.
“We’ll Ashley does a great job finding talent to perform here, and if you’re as good as she says you are then we’ll have a good night. Kara, our best waitress and other owner, is gonna take care of you. Enjoy your night,” said Paris as she walked away.
“So, what can I get you guys?” Kara said taking their orders.
Dean, Sam, Cas, Ezri, Jimmy, and Steve all danced and partied the night away. They had so many people come up to them and congratulate them on their success, and buying them shots and drinks. They were completely ready for the life ahead of them. They were singing to the songs playing and dancing like there was no tomorrow, when someone came up to their group handing only Sam a drink.
“Here hot stuff. Drink this before the next group comes on,” said the girl. Sam took the drink and before he could look the girl in the eye to say thank you, she was gone. He looked all over to see if he could try to pinpoint them, but was not successful. He shrugged and downed the drink, not thinking anything of it.
Steve and Jimmy were dancing alone in a corner, intertwined with each other, eyes locked and passions growing. “I need some water!” Steve shouted into Jimmy’s ear.
“Okay, be careful,” Jimmy said nibbling on Steve’s ear and smacking him on the butt as he walked away. Steve skipped a little with a big smile on his face.
“One water please,” Steve said jumping up on a bar stool. He could feel someone staring at him from the stool next to him. He glanced out of the corner of his eye to make sure. The two made eye contact and Steve quickly turned away.
“Steven?” The man asked in a thick southern drawl. “Steven Proudfoot? It’s me, Billy! Billy Ray Cyrus.” Steve turned back around at the familiar voice, his eyes lighting up meeting a second old friend for the night.
“No way! Oh my gosh! I can’t believe this. What has it been? 2, 3, maybe 4 years? How have you been?” Steve said giving Billy a hug.
“Oh, I’m better now that I ran into you. My heart has been so achy breaky after my man left. I’m writing a song about it. How about you come into the back room with me where it’s quiet and I’ll play it for you.” Billy was leaning in closer and closer, running his hand up and down Steve’s leg slowly getting closer and closer to his crotch. Steve was one too many drinks in to compute quickly, and just when he went to say something, Billy had pressed his lips to Steve’s. Just steps away was Jimmy, watching the whole time. Tears brimming in his eyes, he walked out into the street, freshly wet with rain.
Steve pushed Billy away from him and slapped him across the face. “No, Billy! I’m with Jimmy! I’m not jeopardizing what I have with him again, and not with you. Just stay away from me you horny hick!” Steve got up from the bar, grabbed a drink from a tray passing by, and threw it in Billy’s face. He ran away, back to the group he came with. “Hey, have you guys seen Jimmy? I can’t seem to find him.” Everyone looked at him thinking about the last place they saw him.
“I think I saw him run outside. He looked a little upset. Did you two have a fight?” Cas asked as Dean sucked on his neck. Steve’s eyes widened, his heart began to pound, and his stomach felt like it was going to fall out his butt. “Steve? You okay?” Cas pushed Dean off going to offer some support to his friend. Steve’s eyes filled with tears and he ran for the door. He had to find Jimmy so he could explain what happened, before it was too late. Just as the doors closed behind him he saw Jimmy in a tight embrace with Ashley. Steve backed up in disbelief, and ran home as the rain poured down.
Back inside the club, Dean, Sam, Ezri, and Cas all sat down confused over what had just happened. But before they could get to into it, the lights in the house went out. Smoke began to fill the stage, and the only sound you could hear, was a pair of Zils. Ting, ting, ting……. Ting, ting, ting. There was a drum roll and then a girl yipping. The crowd’s eyes were glued to the stage wondering what was going to happen. The stage lights flashed on, and on it were dancers dressed in beautiful costumes. The zils were being played by the front woman. She had vibrant red hair and piercing green eyes. Her makeup was on fleek just like her dance moves. The music picked up and the group danced furiously, making all the men, and some of the women, go crazy. They were incredible, everything was spot on, not a single thing out of place. They danced and danced making the patrons feel like they were in another land. Sam watched in awe, fixated on the one in the front. He couldn’t take his eyes of her, she was mesmerizing. Finally, the dancing stopped. The crowd hooted and hollered as the dancers took their bows. The front one went last, bending deep and coming back up to lock eyes with Sam.
Ashley came back up to the stage, a little later than usual to thank the performers, fixing her dress and looking slightly guilty. “How about another round of applause for Rhythm Fusion!” She waited for the applause to die down. “Thank you so much for being here tonight. You really do make our theme nights something special.” Ashley smiled at the dance group and got off the stage, heading back to the bar.
“Where did you sneak off to?” Kaia asked. She was cleaning glasses off the bar giving Ashley a knowing look.
“What do you mean? I was doing paper work in the office,” Ashley said avoiding Kaia’s eyes and wiping down the bar.
“I don’t think so,” Kaia chuckled. “Right when you went on the stage, I saw Paris go in there with Gacé and one of the guys that came with the band. The one with Steve I think,” Kaia gave her another knowing glance. “So? Where were you?”
Ashley put the rag back into the water bucket, took a deep breath, and looked back at Kaia.
“Okay, don’t judge me,” She took another deep breath. “The alley behind the bar.”
Kaia looked at Ashley with a long blank stare. “HAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Out of all the places you could have done that and you choose the alley?! Oh my gosh! Okay, okay. Hooooo.” Kaia was bent over with laughter out of breath.
“Hey, I told you not to judge me,” Ashley said laughing with Kaia and flicking the wet rag at her.
“I know, I know. I’m sorry. That’s just the craziest thing I’ve ever heard,” Kaia picked up a tub of dishes and took it to the kitchen, laughing the whole way.
Out on the floor people were dancing, and talking, and drinking. The walls were shaking with the beat of the music, the ceiling was showering the crowd with confetti, the speakers were sending beats into the air. It was a magical experience, for some more so than others. Sam still couldn’t focus on anything other than that one amazing dancer. He scanned the crowed for her in hopes he would find her. Every time he thought he came close, the girl would turn around only to disappoint him.
“Hey. I’m gonna run to the bathroom. Watch my stuff,” said Ezri.
“Okay, sweetie,” said Sam. He watched as Ezri hurried off to the bathroom and then went back to his search.
“Hey, hot stuff. What did you think of the show?”
Sam turned around to see the dancer in front of him.
“It’s you. I can’t believe it. Oh my gosh, I can’t believe you’re even talking to me,” Sam said scratching the back of his head. The girl walked up to Sam, closing the gap between them.
“Well of course I would talk to you. You’re so hot,” she said. The girl put her hand around Sam’s waist sliding down to his rear. “I’m JJ by the way,” she said, giving him a firm squeeze. Sam felt so happy but guilty at the same time. He still knew he had an amazing girl that he didn’t ever want to hurt, but he couldn’t break whatever this spell was.
“I’m Sam. Were you the one who gave me that drink?” he asked, trying to back away.
“Yeah. Did you like it? It’s my own invention. Makes people fall in love,” JJ said, following Sam as he backed up. Sam found himself stumbling on a couch and plopping down. JJ started to climb on top of him, breathing lightly on his neck and then whispered in his ear something he couldn’t quite understand.
“Ahem.”
Sam looked over JJ’s shoulder to see Ezri, looking down on them in confusion and anger. “What is all this?”
“Oh. I am so sorry. I was dancing and I tripped. He was just on the unfortunate end of catching me,” JJ said. JJ got up, brushed herself off and hurried away. Ezri glared at JJ as she walked away, then looked back at Sam letting him know they were going to argue when they got home.
Back at the bar, the staff was falling behind.
“I need three Margaritas, two seven and sevens, six blue moons and a Cherry Pie!” Paris yelled out. “Where the hell is Matt!? He was supposed to be back from his break 10 minutes ago.”
“I’ll go look for him,” Ashley said just wanting to get away from the insanity. She looked everywhere with no luck. Just when she was about to give up she saw him coming in from the back door buttoning his shirt.
“Where have you be-“ Ashley stopped talking when she saw Jimmy following in only seconds later. “Oh, I see.”
“Shut up Ashley. You did the same thing!” Matt said raising his eyebrow. Ashley didn’t argue, and they went back to the bar in silence.
“There you are. It’s about damn time! Get the next drink order ready. I need to go find my other help. I swear, if I didn’t love you guys so much I would kick you all off the fucking payroll and run this place myself.” Paris said as she threw her hands in the air and disappeared around the corner. She leaned against the wall pulling out a cigarette and lighting it. She took a long drag and held it in for a minute before letting it out. The music went quiet for a minute as Ashley made a drink special announcement. During the silence Paris could hear some clattering in the mop cupboard. She flicked her cigarette and put her hand on the door knob. She opened the door slightly and peeked in to see Jimmy, with Kara and Kaia. Paris quickly shut the door and rushed back to the bar with her cigarette still in between her fingers.
The sun rose the next morning, clearing the fog from the streets and the dew off the grass. Jimmy was stumbling through the door of his apartment building and up the stairs. He made it to his door and pushed the key in. The door opened and he crashed in, knocking over a lamp and shattering the glass lamp shade.
“Really? That’s how you’re going to show up after what you did last night?” Steve was drinking his morning coffee looking out the big floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city. Jimmy slumped onto the counter holding his face in his hands looking for the right words to say.
“Jimmy, what I did was a mistake, and you didn’t give me any time to explain. Billy came onto me. I was too drunk to think clearly enough to stop him right away, but the whole time I knew it was wrong. What you did to me was out of spite, and anger. I can’t believe you would do that to me. And with her!? Why her?” Steve turned back around hiding his tears. These words only made him feel worse, because he knew Steve only knew about the one, not the other five he had been with that night. He walked over to the fridge, and poured himself some water.
“Steve, I know what I did last night was wrong. And I know I should have talked to you first, but when I saw that it was him it just brought back all those old feelings from years ago. I couldn’t handle it, and that’s why I did what I did. It doesn’t excuse what I did but you need to know why I did it. And I’m sorry. I’m so, so sorry. Please tell me what I can do to make this up to you.” Jimmy placed his drink down and walked over to Steve. “Please, I’ll do anything.” Jimmy fell to his knees and hugged Steve’s legs. Steve looked down, tears streaming down his face. He knew Jimmy was sorry, but he couldn’t let him off that easy. Steve needed Jimmy to know that what he did hurt him.
“I just need to be left alone right now,” Steve said. Steve wiggled loose from Jimmy’s grasp, went back to their room and slammed the door. Jimmy stayed on his knees crying, knowing damn well he hurt the one person he loves most.
“Ezri! Will you listen to me? I don’t know that woman, and I don’t want her. I only want you!” Sam said trying to stop Ezri from packing her things.
“Oh yeah? Then why did I find you two together in the coat room? Explain that, asshole!” Ezri was frantically throwing clothes, shoes, and her other belongings into luggage.
“Ezri! It didn’t mean anything! I honestly don’t even know what you’re talking about! Ezri, stop! Please!” Sam grabbed her arms making her stop momentarily. “I love you. You know I wouldn’t do anything to hurt you. Please?” Ezri wiped the tears off her face trying to muster up something to say.
“Miss? Are you ready?” Tom, Saruman’s driver, poked his head into the room.
“Yes. I am.” Ezri grabbed her bags and stormed out the door. Sam chased after her trying to reason with her but ended up getting a door slammed in his face. He grabbed the door frame and slowly fell to the ground. Cas and Dean sat silently at the kitchen table, awkwardly staring at each other.
“Do you want anything, Sam?” Cas asked. Cas looked over at Dean who had about the same expression as Ezri did when she first caught JJ and Sam all over each other.
“I can’t believe you would do that man! She was a nice girl and you just disrespected her in the most awful way. I can’t even look at you right now,” Dean stood up so fast his chair fell back, and he stormed out of the apartment. Cas sat there for a few seconds before getting up to put the chair back. He turned around to his bedroom but before closing the door turned around and said, “You know I don’t agree with what you did, but I do know you were under the influence of something strong and dangerous. But that isn’t an excuse to do something stupid.” And that was that, Cas didn’t say another word. Sam sat there in a haze of emotion knowing that in that moment, he lost everything he had.

The Final Portal
Everyone got out of their cars or whatever they were doing before this and stood at the brink of the final portal. It was huge and swirling with streaks of pink, blue, and green lightning, just like the first portal at the very beginning of this story. They were all about to walk through it.
“Guys, this is it,” said Dean. Cas took his hand and Sam put a hand on his shoulder.
“This is the portal back to real life,” said Paris. I guess the RFs were here. I mean why wouldn’t they be?
“Ready guys?” Ezri asked. Everyone took hands in a line but then a villain came out around from behind the portal. It was……………………..Voldemort! JJ saw this and her stomach dropped. There was only one reason this guy could be here.
“Hey what’s Voldy Moldy doing here?” Harry asked.
“Idk” Kevin shrugged.
“Everyone, we need to run!” JJ shouted in a desperate attempt to save a life.
“Why would we run?” asked Steve, taking Kirk’s hand. “This is the final portal. We’re about to escape the curse!”
“HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAA!” Voldy said. “You fools!”
Voldy raised his wand and began saying “Aveda Kedavrrrraaaaaa!!!1”
The green death curse slowly left the end of his wand in slow motion. It was headed straight for…..someone in the line! Who could it be? Who was going to die?
“NOOOOO!” JJ screamed. The death curse struck Steve right in the chest. Time sped up again. Steve fell to his knees, his eyes wide.
“STEEEEVEEEE!11!!!!!” Kirk screamed. “No, Steve!”
“Jimmy,” Steve gasped. He fell to the ground, but Kirk caught him and held him in his lap as Kirk knelt on the ground. “Jimmy…”
“I’m here Steve,” Kirk said, a tear falling from his eye and splashing onto Steve’s face. “Steve, I’m here.”
“And this time, Steve dies for real!” Voldy said with a sinister laugh. Then Voldy swirled his robes around him in a superfluous manner and disappeared.
“Jimmy, I…I,” Steve tried to speak.
“Shh, Steve, you don’t have to speak, I already know,” Kirk said, placing a gentle finger to Steve’s lips. Everyone crowded around to see the death scene.
“No, Jimmy, I…I have to tell you something,” Steve rasped.
“What is it baby? Tell me Cherry Pie,” Kirk said with a shaking voice. Tears streamed down his face.
“Jimmy…I…I…I love yhhhhhhh…..” but Steve never got the word “you” out because that word died with his very last breath. With that last breath, Steve closed his eyes and his head fell. Kirk’s tears were shooting out of his eyes like that death curse shot out of Voldy’s wand. Kirk could feel his heart break into a million billion tiny pieces.
“We need to go!” Dean said.
“Dean’s right! The portal will close if we don’t go!” Cas shouted. The lightning from the portal became louder and more obnoxious.
“No! I can’t leave him!” Kirk sobbed.
“Jimmy! Get yourself together! We need to get going!” Kara shouted.
“No…No I can’t…I can’t leave him…” Kirk sobbed. Dean and Sam grabbed Kirk and pulled him to his feet. But Kirk wouldn’t let go of Steve’s body. As Sam and Dean dragged Kirk through the portal, Kirk dragged Steve through the portal. Little did Kirk know, it wouldn’t matter, because on the other side of the portal, no one would remember a thing.

The Race (Race AU)
The engine of the red Aztec rumbled, vibrating the road and Dean’s butt through the leather seats of the Impala. The engine of Impala was rumbling too, vibrating Paris’ butt as well. Or it could be their own engines that were vibrating their own butts, but the world may never know for sure. Dean looked over at Paris in her car. Her shiny aviators glinted in the sun, smoke rising in front of her face from the cigarette which dangled from her lips. Her mouth twitched up in a smirk, causing a little bit of ash to fall from the end of the cig. She seemed to feel Dean looking at her, so she turned her head and looked at him from over the top of her sunglasses and winked.
Out on the road, Matt strutted in between the cars and stopped in front of them in the center of the road. He was looking hella fab in his pastel, high-waisted capris, white button down shirt, tucked in, and a bright blue necktie. His hair was swooped over in a fancy bouffant. The two cars revved their engines. Matt pulled the necktie off of his neck with an extravagant flick of the wrist, then raised it high in the air. In the very same second, Matt dropped his hands, throwing his head back, and the two cars sped past him, leaving him in a cloud of road dust. He didn’t move until the smoke cleared.
Dean gripped the steering wheel, his knuckles turning white. Get a grip, he told himself, its only the beginning of the race. The red Aztec sped alongside him, Paris looking as if this was just a Sunday drive for her. The engines under the polished hoods were pushed to their limits. Their sound echoed throughout the underpass, making the rumble sound more like thunder.
Little did they know, while they were racing, they were kicking up a sizable cloud of dust. Within the cloud of dust, there was a small storm brewing. A storm that, unbeknownst to the racers and spectators, was creating a portal. A portal to another dimension.
As the two cars made the turnaround and began their trek back, Dean saw something strange flickering in the cloud of dust. There were lights, blue and pink, flashing little bolts of lightning. And he was coming in fast. Too fast. He couldn’t slow down. He was going to run straight into the strange portal, and it looked like Paris was going to follow him in.
Before he could even figure out a coherent plan, the entire Impala was swallowed whole by the portal. The spectators watched in horror as both cars disappeared into thin air.

Soup Oprea Pt 5 (Soap Opera AU)
9 months down the road.
“Just breathe, you got this. You’re doing so good. Push, push. Oh, I can see his head. One more big push, he’s almost here.”
The Hospital room was filled with cries as Steve pushed out a beautiful baby boy.
“Let me hold him. I wanna hold him,” said Steve.
“One second. We’re just gonna clean him off first,” said the nurse. The nurse gently placed her hand on Steve’s shoulder and walked away. A couple seconds later another nurse came back with the baby. “Here he is. Do you have a name picked out yet?” Steve looked at his little angel, then to Jimmy.
“Let’s name him after you,” Steve said with tears running down his face.
“Are you sure? We can talk about this,” said Jimmy.
“No, I’m sure. I wanna name him after you. His name is James Tiberious Kirk Jr.,” Steve said looking into his lover’s eyes.
“Okay. I’ll go get the birth certificate,” said the nurse. The nurse left the room, leaving the happy couple alone with their baby. Later in the recovery room, everyone showed up. The room was poppin’. Paris, Ashley, and Matt were mixing virgin drinks. Kara and Kaia were mixing some sick beats. Gacé was making sure it wasn’t too poppin’. I mean, there was a baby there after all. Dean, Cas, Sam, and JJ were all dancing and everyone was taking turns holding the little bundle of joy. The doctors came in more than they should have; some came to party, others came to check on the dad and baby. But one kept coming back insisting on a DNA test.
“I just don’t understand why you want me to take a DNA test,” said Jimmy. Jimmy wouldn’t let them anywhere near him or his baby with a cotton swab.
“Sir, it’s not for you. It’s for your husband. I have a feeling that the baby isn’t his,” said the nurse.
“What do you mean it isn’t his? I watched him for 9 months grow, get sick, crave random foods, and watched that baby come out of him. So excuse me for being skeptical of your DNA test!” Jimmy had steam coming out of his ears.
“Jimmy, let’s just do it. What’s the worst that can happen?” asked Steve. Jimmy took a deep breath and finally agreed.
Three hours later, the doctor was back with the results. “So the results came back, and…” The doctor looked over his shoulder to see the couple’s entourage waiting for the news. “Are you sure you don’t want them to leave?”
“No, they’ll know sooner or later. Might as well find out from the doctor,” said Steve. The doctor looked super confused but told them anyway.
“Well, Steve, James isn’t your child,” said the doctor. Steve went from neutral to heart broken in .02 seconds.
“What do you mean? How is that possible?” Steve asked, his voice breaking.
“Well, Jimmy is the father, but someone else is the mother. See, while he was having sex with someone else, other DNA from another partner got attached to his member, and when he had intercourse with you and finished the deed, the egg was fertilized with his sperm and implanted into you, making you the surrogate,” the doctor explained. Steve looked to James then to Jimmy then to Ashley, who was making her way to the door.
“You! It’s yours! I can’t believe this is happening!” Steve started to get up from the bed ready to fight a bitch. Jimmy got in the middle of the two.
“No! Steve! It might not be hers,” said Jimmy.
“What do you mean by that?” Steve looked at him knowing he was lied to months ago.
“She’s not the only one from that night,” said Jimmy.
“What do you mean?” Steve said heart broken. Jimmy looked back at the group who was looking everywhere but the now unhappy couple. “All of them?”
“Not me,” Cas said.
“Or me,” Dean said.
“You know what I did that night,” Sam said, holding JJ’s hand. While they were all claiming their innocence, the rest of them were all starring each other down.
“Well that explains why we all felt weird for the past 9 months,” Ashley said, glaring at Paris, who was glaring at Gacé, who was glaring at Matt, who was glaring at Kara, who was glaring at Kaia.
“Wait a second? You all had sex that night?” Steve asked, perplexed. The doctor looked at his chart, back to the couple, then to the door and walked out.
“I can’t believe this! How could you do that?” Ashley asked.
“Shut up Ashley! You do this all the time, you have no right to be mad,” Paris snarled.
“I thought you two said you weren’t going to do things like that anymore!?” Matt shouted at Kara and Kaia.
“We did, but no one was supposed to find out about this! Right Paris?” Kaia said, lunging at Paris.
“Likewise!” Paris barked back. Gacé got in the way of Kaia.
“Hey, hey, hey. Don’t turn this back on her! You’re just as much in the wrong,” Gacé growled.
“Yeah, defend you and your girlfriend’s wrong-doings. That’s great,” Matt said and started for the door.
“Oh no you don’t,” Ashley and Kara stood in front of the door blocking his way. Then looked at each other with dirty looks.
“Bitch.”
“Slut.”
Out of the argument, an all-out brawl started between everyone. There was slapping, hair pulling, punching, and defenestration. It was insane. It was so insane, the rest of the group decided to join in. Soon, even other patients, doctors and nurses joined in. It was crazy. Out of nowhere, the hospital ceiling flew off and the sky became a dark sparkly blue. The wind picked up and began to swirl. No one seemed to notice this was happening around them, so they just kept fighting. They all started to lift off the ground, but just kept at it like cats and dogs. When they all crossed over the threshold, the sky went back to a light blue and they were all transported out of this universe, casting it back to its normal state.

Soup Oprea Pt 4 (Soap Opera AU)
Two weeks later
“Man, the last couple weeks have been crazy. It’s the best we’ve ever done really,” Paris said, counting the drawer money over and over again.
“I know. We might need to expand if it keeps up like this. The people next door are moving out at the end of the month. I’ll see about putting a down payment on the space,” Ashley said, flipping through paper work. “Do you guys feel weird? I’ve been feeling weird lately.” Paris and Matt looked at Ashley knowing what she was talking about.
“Yeah, I know what you mean. It’s like a pit in your stomach?” Paris said holding her hand over her lower abdomen.
“Yeah! Or like anxiety,” Matt said popping another Xanax. The other two looked at each other with a somewhat worried expression. Ding! All their phones went off at the same time.
Hey guys! I know it’s been a while and we only just caught up a couple weeks ago, but Jimmy and I are having a party and we would love it if you could join us. It’s June 5th and 4 o’clock. Hope you can make it XOXO
“Hmmm, sounds like fun. We could all use a night off from the bar. Let’s do it,” Ashley said walking out the door. “I’ll see you guys later. I gotta go see the magician.” She rolled her eyes and walked out the door. Ashley walked down the block and entered into a little deli. “Hey Kara. Can I get a cup of coffee and a chocolate muffin to go please?”
“No, but I can get you an actual breakfast and you can take your time to eat it like a normal person,” said Kara. Ashley looked at her watch and then at the clip board reminding her she had to go check out a magician.
“You know what? That sounds great. I really don’t want to go scout a magician, no matter how much people are raving about him. I’ll have the special please. Eggs over medium, wheat toast, bacon and pancakes instead of hashbrowns.”
“You got it,” Kara said with a wink. “I need two leaky sunrises, squealers, and silver dollars pronto! Oh, and wheat toast.”
Ashley just stared in complete confusion but then just went back to drinking her coffee.
“So why is there a hole in your wall?”
“Oh, Gacé threw a guy out of it a couple weeks ago,” Kara said, counting her tips for the morning.
“Nice. Listen. Have you and Kaia been feeling strange lately?” Ashley said taking a sip of coffee.
“Yeah. That’s actually why Kaia isn’t here today. She’s been getting sick lately. I told her I’d cover her tables and that she should stay home. Actually, I’ve been feeling weird since those dancers danced at the lounge.” Kara said leaning over the counter.
“Same. Hey, are you going to Steve’s party? Should be a hoot,” said Ashley.
“Oh yeah! Should be fun,” said Kara. Kara handed Ashley her food and the two talked the rest of the morning away.
June 5th 3:30pm
“I can’t believe you invited her! How could you be so inconsiderate. Ezri is going to be there!” said Dean.
“Hey, I really like this girl, and if I know Ezri, she’ll be happy for me. We’ve been friends since forever. This isn’t going to change anything,” said Sam. Dean looked at Sam as if an alien had taken over his body.
“Cas, will you please talk some sense into him!” Dean said.
“I don’t really think this is any of our business Dean. As much as I don’t agree with it, there’s nothing we can do,” Cas said, looking at Dean, and then back to Sam. Knock, knock, knock.
“Good, JJ’s here. Let’s go,” Sam rushed to the door to greet his new girl. Dean and Cas followed behind knowing that this wasn’t going to end well.
June 5th 4:00 pm
The party was pumping at the Kirk/Proudfoot residence. Well not pumping but it was going. Everyone sat around eating finger foods, and sipping tea. Everyone was having a good time, getting to know each other or catching up. Ezri sat as far away from Sam and JJ as humanly possible. She sat still, except her leg which was shaking uncontrollably. Dean and Cas tried their hardest to distract her from what was happening across the room.  Tink, tink, tink.
Everyone looked up to see Steve and Jimmy standing in front ready to make a toast.
“Thank you, to all of you for being here. This is a very special day for us. As some of you may know we had just gone through some tough stuff, but we decided to put all that behind us when we found out some very special news,” Jimmy said looking at Steve smiling from ear to ear. “Sweetie, why don’t you tell them? It’s your news.”
Steve grabbed Jimmy’s hand lovingly.
“Well what we gathered you all here for is to tell you…” Steve took a deep breath and giggled. “WE’RE PREGNANT!” Everyone sat in shock for a moment before gleefully cheering for the happy couple.
“No way! That’s great news!” Dean said hugging the happy couple.
“This is amazing!” Kaia said jumping up to be next in line.
“This calls for some sparkling cider,” Gacé said opening up the bottles on the counter. The party continued to go until the wee hours of the morning. There was too much joy to go to sleep. Well, all but Ezri, who excused herself early. She walked down the stairs to the street where Tom was waiting for her to take her home. They pulled up to the mansion and Tom got out of the car to open Ezri’s door.
“Miss,” He gestured for her to get out. She wiped her eyes one last time before taking the outstretched hand.
“I think I’m going to see my father before heading up to bed,” Ezri said.
“That won’t be possible. Your father is in a meeting,” Tom said, trying to lead her to her room.
“I’ll just pop my head in to say good night then,” Ezri then thought about what time it was. “Who is he in a meeting with?”
Tom avoided her eyes and said, “He’s just in a meeting.”
Ezri was not convinced. She ran around Tom straight to her father’s study, tearing through the door. Her eyes laid upon the last person she wanted to see.
“You?” Ezri felt all of the emotions she had felt the last couple days all rise back up. “What the hell is she doing here!? After what she did to me! How could you?!” Ezri lunged forward, planning to attack her, but was stopped by Tom.
“Ezri, you don’t understand. Her family is very powerful and to have them as allies is what I’ve been striving for,” said Saruman. JJ and Saruman looked at each other laughing.
“How did you get through that with a straight face?” JJ said, reaching for a tissue to wipe her eyes.
“What is this? What are you two talking about? Some one explain this to me now!” Ezri said. Ezri looked back and forth between the two of them waiting for answer. JJ gestured to Saruman to explain what was happening.
“Well, for starters, you’re not my daughter. We aren’t related in any way. I’m the monster who put you and your friends into all these alternate universes. This isn’t even real, this is all something I made up to punish your friends for stopping me. I’ve been working with JJ for some time now to get your boyfriend to fall for her. And now that you know, I’m going to have to get rid of you,” Saruman explained. He lifted the head of a little stone lion on his desk to reveal a button.
“What are you going to do? Kill me?” Ezri said, bracing herself for death.
“Oh no, much worse. I’m going to send you to the next universe, all alone until everyone else can figure out they aren’t supposed to be here,” Saruman said. He put his finger on the button, looked Ezri dead in the eyes and pressed the button. “Have fun.”
The door behind Ezri burst open with a cold wind. The door turned into a purple and black squiggly mess pulling Ezri into it. She tried everything to stop herself from going in but to no avail.
“I will find you in this next life, and I will kill you!”  Ezri shouted. And with those words, Ezri was gone. JJ and Saruman laughed and held up a glass for a toast.

The Cold Wonder (Fall Out 4 AU)
"So cold, why am I so cold?" Steve asked himself out loud.
He had awoken from the cryo-camber, unaware of his surroundings. He couldn’t remember what had happened before he woke up from his cryo-genic slumber. The hatch that held him captive released him with a hissing sound as and a sudden rush of warm, stale air hit his lungs. Steve exited his pod, feeling as if he hadn’t moved in a decade. Looking around at his surroundings, he had his suspicions of being underground in some kind of vault. You could say it was a hunch or some past knowledge resurfacing.
"Where the hell am I? What is this place? WHY CAN’T I REMEMBER ANYTING?"
The empty hall echoed with his cries of agony. He pulled himself together and slowly moved forward, or what he could only imagine was forward. As he walked through the hall of the assumed vault, he came across some skeletons.
"How long have I been frozen for?" He could only assume it had been years based on the decomposition of the multiple corpses he had come across.
He finally made it to a huge circular door. A control panel was to the left of the massive door. He looked around to try and figure out how to open it. He pushed a few buttons and suddenly an alarm started to go off. The door came alive and it hissed and squealed, for it hasn’t been open for centuries, unknown to Steve.  He had been in his cryo slumber for much longer than he had predicted.
He made his way through the door to see an elevator. He walked onto the platform and hit a button and started to ascend towards more massive doors.
"Man, they did not want anyone to enter this place," he exclaimed. “Boy, I need to stop talking to myself.”
The doors above him cracked open and his face was saturated with sunlight and fresh air hit his face. He took a deep breath and the air filled his lungs, almost giving him a high. He got dizzy and nearly fell over.
The elevator finally reached the top and he stood there, taking in all of his new surroundings. Suddenly, he realized that this is not the world he had left behind, for it was some sort of overgrown wasteland, and nothing felt familiar. Steve started to walk off the platform, but as soon as his foot left the platform he fell, hurtling towards the bottom screeching, sparks flying, and then a huge crash sounded as he smashed into the bottom of the shaft!
"Holy fuck!" yelled Steve.
“OVER THERE!" something said with a horrible and deep voice.
Steve didn’t know what to do but he knew he had better think fast- it didn’t sound like it would be a pleasant time if was found. He quickly hid from sight in what seemed like the remains of a control room.
“ME HEARD SOUND CAME FROM OVER HERE!” the creature yelled.
The beast stood eight feet high and had green, rotting flesh. It almost looked human, but it was twice the size of Steve.  It was wielding a club made of an iron pipe and wearing very poorly made armor from street signs. This beast was in a pack of five more equally as big and horrifying beasts.
“What you think happened, Grosh?” one of the followers said to the leader.
“I smell... I smell man flesh!” Grosh said. “Don’t matter what happen all matter is human nearby.”
“Must find human need snack,” one of the beasts exclaimed.
“Me hungry too. Think human went that way,” Grosh said.
The group of green humanoid monsters walked off to find Steve, but luckily for him, these monsters weren’t very smart and didn’t bother to look too closely for him.
“That was close,” Steve said out loud.
He looked around to find some kind of weapon to defend himself with in this new world that he had found himself in. He found a hunting knife but he knew that wasn’t going to protect him if those monstrosities came back.
He slowly exited the small room and into the dangerous world he realized he was in. He spotted a small town to the east of him down the hill he was on and started making his was towards it in the opposite direction of the mountains. The journey only took him a few minutes. It seemed really familiar to him and he didn’t know why. The town was empty though- the houses, or what was left of them, were abandoned long ago. He started to look around to find something useful, but his search only came up with a few berries, which may or may not be edible and a few nine millimeter rounds but no gun. He put the rounds in his pocket and tossed the berries, not wanting to risk death again today.
Steve made himself a makeshift hut and started a small fire for warmth, for night was approaching and he didn’t know what was going to await him in the dark. When he tried to sleep, every small noise woke him in fear of that being the last thing he would hear. He lied there in fear, motionless and hoping nothing would kill him in the night. He could only imagine the horror that awaited him in the dark; it seemed as if the night wouldn’t end.
Steve woke to the sounds of birds singing and a beautiful sunrise- he had made it to morning after the worst night of his life. His stomach growled and his head was pounding from lack of food and water.
“I need to find something to drink soon or I might die from something dumb like dehydration,” Steve said aloud, again.
Thankfully, there was a small creek nearby that he passed on his way to the town. He found himself a small container to boil some water in. His stomach growled again, but he knew he couldn’t do anything about it. He started to fortify his little hut, and by night fall it was something that might actually protect him, and he felt a little safer. He slept easier the next night with the small amount of protection.
CRASH!!!
Steve woke up, grabbing his knife and a small makeshift shield he had made the day before. He lit a torch and slowly exited his small hut. He looked around to see what the noise was.
“Wh- wh- who’s there?” Steve stuttered out with fear behind his voice.
“It’s only me,” a familiar voice rang out.
“Kirk… Kirk! Is that you?” Steve said, so relived it wasn’t death knocking at his doors again.
“It is,” Kirk said with a smirk.
They reunited with a hug and a peck on the lips.
“I’ve waited so long for you,” Kirk said.
“How long was I gone for?” Steve asked.
“310 years,” said Kirk.
“What? How? What happened?”
Steve had so many questions and Kirk only had a few answers for him.
“Enough with the questions Steve. You look starved! When’s the last time you ate?” Kirk asked.
“It’s been two days,” said Steve.
Kirk started a small fire and pulled out a small animal that looked similar to a squirrel and began to roast it over the fire.
“Won’t that attract someone?” Steve said fearing death, again.
“Don’t worry, there’s not much around here that’ll kill us,” said Kirk.
“But I saw some green monsters the other day,” said Steve.
“Super mutants? Around here? That’s almost unheard of. They mostly stay in the city. But don’t worry about them, I'll take care of them if they get near us.” Kirk pulled out a massive revolver and gave it a little kiss. “This is my problem solver right here baby.”
Steve blushed.
Then, Kirk reached into his bag and pulled out another pistol and handed it to Steve. It happened to be a nine millimeter semi-automatic pistol.
“For me, really?" Steve asked.
“Yeah, you’re gonna need to protect yourself in this world; tomorrow I’m going to teach you to shoot,” said Kirk. “Now let’s get some sleep.”
The next day they woke up to Grosh and his followers stalking around looking for the human from the other day.
"They round here somewhere," one of them exclaimed.
"I smell them they close by- they smell good," another said.
They got closer and closer to Kirk and Steve; Kirk already had his revolver at the ready.
"Well, I was gonna teach you to shoot today, but this’ll work instead," Kirk said with a smirk.
Steve pulled out his 9 mm, visibly shaking. He had no idea on how to use the pistol, but with a bit of luck, maybe, just maybe, he would get through this with his life.
"On the count of three, we will jump out of this hut and shoot anything that moves," Kirk told Steve with a small amount of confidence. “One... two… three!”
They jumped out and opened fire on the monstrosities, which began to fire back. Bullets flew through the air, whizzing by Steve's head. Kirk popped up and shot one of the mutants right between his eyes; the back of his head blew out, splattering his brains on the mutant behind him. This only angered them even more. They started to push forward towards Steve and Kirk. Kirk pulled out a grenade and hurled it towards the beasts. Three of them got lucky and jumped behind cover, only leaving one to be blown up. His legs were missing and Steve could hear his screams of pain that rang out for miles.
"OH GOD THE PAIN. SO MUCH PAIN AHHHH!” the mutant screamed out.
One of the other mutants pointed his gun at his head.
"DO IT, FUCKIN DO IT, PULL THE FUCKING TRIGGER!”
BANG.
"THAT’S IT!" Grosh yelled. "GIVE ME BIG BURTHA."
They pulled out a giant bazooka and Grosh loaded it and fired it before Steve and Kirk could even think about finding protection.
A white light was all Steve could see. Was he dead? Or had he found the portal, unaware and unknowing of where he was?

Queen of the West (Drag Queen AU)
Stefanie ordered Dean and Sam to go and draw all the blinds, while she clicked on the single desk lamp. She sat down in the chair behind the desk and had everyone line up behind her. Kevin was at the door, ready to open it for the guests.
Narrator: “Meanwhile, the Rhythm Fusion gang was getting ready to enter the office. Paris was just outside the door, fixing their hair and making sure their lipstick was perfectly on fleek. They adjusted their suit jacket and then lifted a hand to knock…”
               “Answer the door,” said Stefanie.
As Paris entered the room, Stefanie spun around in the chair to face them.
“How do you do, darlings?” Stefanie drawled.
Paris smirked and said, “Wonderful. I see you have everyone here with you today. So do I. Now. Shall we?”
“But of course,” said Stefanie, gesturing to the chair. Paris sat down. “Now, down to business. My products are going missing. There are no signs of break-ins. You couldn’t possibly be responsible for this, now could you?”
“Ha! Silly girl, how dare you insinuate we have anything to do with that,” Paris said vaguely threateningly.
“I have reason to believe that you aren’t as trustworthy as you ought to be,” Stefanie said sassily.
“Well, maybe you ought to believe the same thing of your own employees,” said Paris, glancing up at some of the TFW members.
Narrator: “Meanwhile, standing behind Stefanie, Dean began to sweat.”
Stefanie narrowed her eyes. “What are you implying?” she spat.
Paris chuckled and said, “Dean, why don’t you tell Stefanie Savage that you’ve been smuggling her product to my warehouse for weeks now.”
Paris and their gang burst out laughing. Stefanie jumped out of her chair and, with the small pistol she carefully hid up her skirt, shot Paris right between the eyes. The whole room gasped as Paris collapsed to the floor in a heap. Then, faster than anyone could blink, everyone in the room pulled out guns, pointing them at each other.
Narrator: “The room fell into chaos. The shootout lasted only moments, however, because the TFW’s killed off all of the RF’s quite quickly. And as the last RF fell, Stefanie stood up and shot Dean dead. Knowing the others, notably Sam, would turn on her, Stefanie ran from the office and outside, leaving behind her gang and the woeful cries of her boyfriend, Jimmy.”
Stefanie stumbled along the path, up into the mountains. The desert sun beat down on her and the dry, desert bushes tore at her skirt and stockings.
“Dammit, these tights are full of runs now,” Stefanie mourned.
Narrator: “Meanwhile, Jimmy K left the group and went in search of his girlfriend somewhere out in the desert. Little did they both know, the remaining TFW’s were also in search of Stefanie, but for an entirely different reason.”
Stefanie was up in the hills, the silent highway down below, cutting across the desert. Stefanie froze when she heard a twig snap. She turned around, gun drawn, to see rustling in the bush. She shot three rounds into the bush before the person hidden within tumbled out, falling to the ground. Stefanie warily snuck over to the body, whose puddle of blood was slowly expanding. She rolled him over. To her great horror, she found that the body she had shot was none other than…Jimmy!
“No!” Stefanie clutched at the shirt of her boyfriend in agony. “NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!”
As she wept over the man she loved, she heard another twig snap, breaking her out of her mournful state. She turned her tearful eyes to the source, reaching for her gun again. As she crept towards the rock, from which the sound came from, she heard a voice.
Narrator: “While Stefanie mourned the loss of her boyfriend, the TFW’s were getting close to her location, with every intention of killing her. Killing the boss that they have followed all these years, who had seemingly snapped, finally going mad.”
Stefanie rounded the corner and pointed her gun right in the face of the narrator.
“Wait! Please don’t shoot!” said the narrator, putting their hands up in defense. “I’m just the narrator! I'm not in the story!”
“Liar! You’re a spy, aren’t you?” shouted Stefanie.
“No! I swear, I really am the narrator!” the narrator cried desperately.
A whole bunch ‘o voices rose up from around the corner. It was the TFW’s. Stefanie grabbed the narrator, placing her arm around their neck and the gun against their head. Then she shuffled the both of them out of hiding to face the TFW’s
“Lower your guns or I’ll shoot them,” said Stefanie. She pressed the gun harder into the narrator’s temple, making them wince.
“Please, don’t shoot them,” said Harry. “We can talk this out.”
“Ha! Bullshit!” said Stefanie. “You know damn well as soon as I lower my gun, Sam will shoot me. I killed his brother dammit! I killed my boyfriend! There is no ‘talking this out’!”
Another twig snapped, just then, this time from behind the TFW’s. They all turned around and shot wildly, hitting in the chest several times….…me?
I can’t believe I got shot…this…this can’t be happening…as I fell to the ground, taking my final breath,    the sound of a horn came from below. Everyone looked as a huge convoy of trucks drove by on the highway. Stefanie used this as a distraction and shoved the narrator into the group, making Harry and Cas catch them, the group stumbling about and falling. Stefanie took off running down the hill towards the highway.
But before the TFW’s could follow, a haze of thick, truck exhaust clouded over everyone, taking them into the next univhhhhhh……………………

JJ’s Perfect Date
The unmistakable rumble of the Impala’s engine sounded from outside. JJ hopped off the couch and grabbed her sunglasses on her way out the door. She was totally ready for today!
She put the sunglasses on when she got outside, the sun glaring in her eyes. She wore her favorite green and purple sundress that day and her hair was as fab as evaaa! She skipped down her drive to the shining Impala waiting in the street. Sure enough, there was Sam and Dean sitting inside waiting for her. Sam got out of the passenger side door and let JJ slide in. Then Sam got in after her. JJ sat in the middle on the bench seat.
               “You ready, JJ?” asked Dean.
“You know I am!” she said.
               “Awesome.”
Dean shifted the car into gear and drove off.
*I Get Around, by the Beach Boys started playing. The Impala sped down the streets of their seaside town in southern Cali. It was a hot summer day and the sidewalks were filled with people out and about. Everyone stopped and stared as the Impala roared by. They all knew who drove that car: the Winchester Brothers. Those boys always take their car and they’ve never been beat. And they’ve never missed yet with the girls they meet.
All the windows were down in the car, letting the summer wind in to blow JJ’s hair around. She looked over at Sam to see if his hair was a mess from the wind too, but it wasn’t. Sam’s hair is always perfect. Always.
“So, where to first boys?” asked JJ.
Dean stopped the car at a red light. “We were thinking about goin over to the fair that’s in town. What’d’ya think?”
               “Sounds fun,” she said.
Just then, a glimmering red Aztek pulled up to the light next to the Impala. Dean looked over and locked eyes with the baddest gang in town: The Rhythm Fusions. There, sitting in the driver’s seat of the Aztek, was Paris, Dean’s arch nemesis in races. In the passenger seat was their leader, Ashley. Dean couldn’t see in the back seat, but he was sure it was full. Paris glared at him and revved her engine. Dean glared back and revved his (more impressive) engine.
“Well, well, well,” said Paris. “Look what we have here. It’s the Winchester boys and their new date for the day.”
“You’re gonna eat those words!” said Sam, leaning out of his window. “With a side of crow!”
Paris smirked and hung an elbow out of her window. “I feel like you wanna race me or something,” she said, revving her engine again.
“Well, you’d be right,” said Dean.
They both watched as the other lights turned yellow and then red, waiting for the moment for their own to turn green.
As soon as it turned, the two cars sped off, kicking up dust from the road. They sped down the empty highway, neck and neck. JJ held onto Sam’s arm during the crazy ride. They whipped around corners and caught air off of hills. Paris was fast, but Dean somehow managed to get in front of her and block her from getting ahead.
They passed the road marker and slowed down, Dean smiling huge from his victory. There was a little ice cream shop off the beach up ahead and they pulled into the gravel lot. Dean, Sam, and JJ all got out of the Impala and high fived each other. What a rush! JJ was still buzzing with the excitement of the race as the Rhythm Fusions got out of the Aztek. Paris and Ashley got out first, then the back doors opened, letting out way more people than what seemed to fit in the car: Matt, Kara, Kaia, Gacé, Colleen, Nathan, Zach, Madison, Josh, and Colin Creevy.
               Paris walked over to Dean.
“Good race,” she said and held out her hand. They shook. “And sorry about what I said about you, JJ. We cool?”
               “We’re cool,” said JJ.
“Cool. Hey, by the way, there’s gonna be a party down at the beach later tonight. You all should come. Everybody’s gonna be there,” she said. The other RF’s nodded in agreement.
“Maybe we’ll show up,” said Dean.
“What do you think, JJ?” asked Sam.
“Sounds like a lot of fun,” she said.
“See ya there,” said Paris with a wink. Then all the RF’s got back into the Aztek and drove off. As they retreated around the bend, Dean said, “What do you say we get some ice cream in celebration for that sweet win?”
“I could definitely go for some ice cream,” said JJ.
               “Me too,” said Sam.
They all got huge ice cream cones, then walked across the street to the beach. They sat in the sand and ate their ice cream while watching the surfers way out on the waves.
After that, they got back to the car and drove off to The Pier. The Pier is the fair that’s out on the docks, over the water. They parked in the back, a habit of Dean’s so that no one messed with his car, and then they went to the fair.
They rode all the rides, all of them, and played all the games. Sam and Dean both won JJ several stuffed animals. And at the end of the night, when all the lights on the rides went on, they went on the Ferris wheel. JJ sat in the middle. When the wheel stopped and they were right on top, JJ could see the entire fair and the docks all the way out. The lights of the rides reflected off the water, creating colorful, sparkling waves. It was beautiful. But not as beautiful as the two boys sitting next to her. She held their hands as they began the descent back down.
It had just gotten dark and the night was still young. Sam and Dean took JJ to a country bar after the fair for dinner. While there, they had the best burgers they ever tasted, except for Sam who had a salad. All of a sudden, as they were finishing up and talking, music started up from the other side of the club. They looked and saw that a band was playing and people were getting up to join in the line dances on the floor.
“Yeah! Let’s go!” said JJ, getting up. Sam and Dean followed her to the dance floor and they all joined in on The Boot Scootn’ Boogie. One song after another rolled by and JJ was having too good of a time to stop. Country Girl, Honky Tonk Badonkadonk, Footloose, Baby Likes to Rock It, Dizzy, Good Time, Watermelon Crawl, Fake ID…the trio was just having a ball.
The band eventually stopped and the three of them left, hooting and hollering and slightly tipsy. They revved up the Impala and drove to the beach.
They could hear the music blasting before they even saw the party. When they parked the car off the beach and made their way to the party, they could clearly see that Paris wasn’t joking when she said “everybody’s gonna be there”. There were the Rhythm Fusions, all the Crazy 8’s, even the Heat Seekers were there. Gandalf and Dumbledore were there, along with Sam and Dean’s friends too. Charlie and Ezri were partying with the Rhythm Fusions while Ash looked like he was on his fiftieth beer. Jo was being flirted at by some guys and Benny was discussing the different types of surf boards with Colin Creevy. Harry was showing Kevin some card tricks, and Steve and Jimmy K. were unabashedly making out right in front of everyone. Jimmy’s gang was there too. Spock was winning in a drinking match against Chekov and Sulu. Uhura was dancing with the RF’s, and Scotty was puzzling over Colin Creevy’s car, which was parked right on the beach, while Bones was chatting it up with a group of girls. There were also a bunch of other people JJ didn’t know, all drinking and dancing to the blasting music.
*The song Dancing in the Moonlight came on just then.
“I love this song!” said JJ. She pulled the boys into the mix and they fell right into the beat. They danced around each other, losing themselves in the music.
One of the waves reached way up the beach, splashing over everyone’s feet. The tide was coming in and everyone cheered for it. A lot of the party goers jumped right into the foamy tide, splashing and playing in the water. Dean splashed JJ and Sam with water. JJ stripped her sundress off to reveal a super cute bathing suit and they both chased Dean out into the water. He swam away from them, but they caught him and splashed him back. They were in deep water, treading. They laughed and joked for a while, listening to the party raging on and others joining them in the water. They got back to the shore and JJ found her dress, slipping it back on.
               “Hey! You made it!”
They turned and found Paris standing there, holding out three beers to them. They took the beers.
“Yeah, this party is hoppin,” said Dean.
“Yeah, we got a lot more people than we expected,” she said. “I think the word got around.”
She left them to join her friends and the trio started walking down the shore.
Their bare feet left footprints in the sand which were quickly washed away by the water. They walked and laughed with each other until the sound of the party faded away. JJ pointed to a rocky ledge over the water. They all went up and sat down on it, looking out at the ocean. They sipped at their beers. The moon and stars were bright in the sky and they reflected off of the water. They sat there in a comfortable silence, listening to the waves. *The song, I’ve had the Time of My Life started playing. Dean set down his beer and stood up. He stripped down till he was wearing nothing and dove right off the ledge into the water. JJ and Sam watched him surface and shake water off his face. They both got up and did the same, diving in after him. The water was warm on this end of the shore. They stood in the water letting the gentle waves lap at them as they tangled around each other, enjoying their privacy.
Just then, the stars on the water seemed to multiply and lift off of the water. They all danced around the trio, then they started swirling around them, making them dizzy. They kept multiplying until there was nothing but white light all around and they disappeared and went into the next world.

Prophecy of Heroes (Disney AU)
The day that the Prophecy was spoken, everything changed. The three kingdoms of the land fell into turmoil. The Winchester Kingdom defended their land as best they could, but many villages had fallen victim to the tyranny. The Pirate Kingdom tried to stay neutral, but even they were affected.
Queen Kara the Malevolent, ruler of the third kingdom and Evil Sorceress, took the land first surrounding her kingdom, then tried to take other land. Many small villages fell victim to Kara’s evil plan. One such was the Deer Grove village, part of the Winchester Kingdom, where siblings Castiel and Ezri were forced to flee when Kara’s army attacked. She burned and pillaged the town leaving Castiel and Ezri homeless and orphaned. They ran, the only survivors from the attack, and they knew they would be followed. So they fled to the forest, their measly belongings in a small backpack upon Castiel’s back.
The woods were misty and dark, the sounds of owls whoing in the branches. The winding path was riddled with obstacles such as fallen logs and roots. They had been travelling like that for three days, since the day they had come home from picking berries to find the village burning and their family dead.
A twig snapped up ahead on the path and they both stopped, fearing that it was one of Queen Kara’s scouts that were looking for them.
“This way,” said Castiel, pulling Ezri off the path to hide behind a tree. They waited silently, even their breathing hushed. Voices drifted across the fog. It sounded like two men on horseback were coming their way. They were laughing and talking. As they got closer, Ezri and Castiel held their breath, hoping they wouldn’t be spotted. The two men trotted past their tree.
Ezri’s eyes went wide. She recognized them. They weren’t scouts…
She let out a small gasp at her realization. The two men stopped talking. At her side, Castiel nudged Ezri with his elbow giving her a look. One of the men got off his black horse and looked around in the direction the two siblings were hiding. He walked over, his hand on his blade. Ezri and Castiel tried to hide further behind the tree and they figured they were out of sight, but the man came around the other side and spotted them. They stood and the man backed off.
           “Who are you?” he asked.
“My name is Castiel and this is my sister, Ezri,” said Castiel, his gaze on the ground. He flicked up a glance at the two men, the other one having joined. They look so familiar… Castiel thought.
“My name is Dean and my brother here is Sam,” said the shorter of the two. They were both taller than Castiel and Ezri, but the one was gigantic. The taller one, Sam, had luscious brown hair that went to his shoulders. The other had a face that should be illegal, it was so handsome, and short blonde hair that was spiked up in the front.
“Sam and Dean…” Castiel’s eyes widened as he realized who they were. “Your majesties!”
He and Ezri lowered their heads, Castiel bowing and Ezri curtsying.
“Please, no need for that,” said Sam. Ezri looked up at him and caught his eye. He was very beautiful, but it felt as though, in that moment, that they knew each other already, and Ezri felt something stir in her gut.
Castiel stood and looked at them both. They were both very handsome men, he knew this from the way the girls in the village are thrown into a tizzy every time they’re mentioned, but the older brother, Dean, was much more beautiful in person than Castiel could have imagined. He had a hard time looking away.
“What are you two doing out in these woods?” asked Dean.
“We’ve been travelling these woods, trying to evade Queen Kara’s scouts,” said Ezri.
“Queen Kara….” Sam shook his head. “Her evil reign on this land has gone too far…”
Meanwhile, atop the volcanic mountain on the edge of the forests, sat a black tower. Its tall spires pierced the sky. And in the topmost room of the tower, Kara sat in her throne room, upon her throne made of onyx and opal. Her legs were crossed under her dress, which had a skirt that was made up of an excessive amount of silver fabric. It draped over her legs and onto the floor like a waterfall. In her hand, she held her obsidian staff with its ammolite orb sitting at its peak. Her throne room was spacious, obsidian walls and floor, ingrained with other precious stones. The great black doors opened and let a small orb of light to float into the room. Behind it, a boy with black hair and round glasses followed. The glowing orb stopped in front of Queen Kara and grew to normal, human size in a flurry of sparkles. The sparkles dissipated and a man stood there dressed in greens and purples. Huge white wings sprouted from his back. A shaft of sunlight peeked through one of the tall windows and shone on his wings, making them refract rainbows along the veins. Rainbow sparkles fell from the wings and disappeared at his feet. The dark haired boy stopped behind him.
“Milady,” said the man, bowing low. The boy behind him bowed as well.
“Rise,” said Kara. “What is it?”
“We have captured the Prophet, like you asked,” he said.
“Good. Matt, I want you to go interrogate him. Get him to answer these questions,” she said, handing the man a scroll. “And Harry, you stay behind. I have a mission for you.”
“Yes, milady,” said Harry, the dark haired boy. He bowed, his heart rate picking up at the notion of being in a room alone with the Mistress.
“Now, go! Do as I said!” Kara waved Matt out.
“Milady, no disrespect intended, but I’m not sure that I’m best equipped to interrogate someone,” said Matt, looking nervous.
“Did I say you could speak?!” she yelled. Matt flinched and shook his head. “That’s what I thought. Now go!”
A cyclone of rainbow glitter swirled and Matt was once again the size of an acorn. He fled the room, his glowing aura floating out the door. Harry stayed behind.
“Now, Harry,” she said. “Kneel before me.”
Harry did as he was told and knelt at her feet.
“There’s someone I need to get in touch with. The princess of the Pirate Kingdom. Princess Paris. We go way back, and she owes me a favor. I want you to go to the Pirate Kingdom and talk to her. I would very much like her services in aiding me with finding this so called ‘Chosen One’ and killing them. I assume she is capable of doing that. If she has any problems, tell her to come to me directly with them. Got it?”
           “Yes milady,” said Harry.
“Go immediately!” she yelled. Harry got up and scurried out of the room. As soon as Harry was out of the room, he let out a huge breath of relief, his shoulders sagging. Then he looked around the hall before running off.
The first place he stopped at was his room. He lived near the Queens wizard. As the great wizard’s apprentice, Harry did almost everything with him. But this time, he looked around to make sure the old man was nowhere to be seen. He went into his room and locked his door behind him. He grabbed a backpack and stuffed it full of supplies. Then he packed enough food for two people. His next stop was tricky. He snuck down into the dungeons and moved silently through the halls. He found the hall he was looking for and waited in the shadows, listening for any voices. He heard none, so he ran to the cell.
“Kevin,” he whispered, grabbing the bars. The boy in the cell, sat against the opposite wall. When he saw Harry, he sat up and ran over.
“Harry!” he said. “What are you doing here?”
“I’m getting you out,” Harry said. Kevin was the profit, and since Harry and Matt had captured him, he and Harry had become close friends. Harry even thought that he may have had feelings for Kevin, however small. “We’re going to the Pirate Kingdom and then we’re not coming back.”
“Harry, what if we get caught?” asked Kevin.
“We won’t. I got Matt to help us get out,” he said. He took out his wand and pointed it at the lock on the door. “Alohamora!”
The door unlocked and swung open. Kevin rushed into Harry’s arms and Harry caught him in an embrace. Then they hurried down the hall and found the secret exit that Matt had told Harry of.
Steve’s eyes fluttered open and he sat up. He yawned and stretched his arms over his head. He threw off the covers and went to the window.
Steve sat, looking out the window at the meadow that surrounded his tower. The tower was hidden deep in the woods and Steve had never set foot out there. His stepmother had always told him that he was forbidden from going outside, so Steve had stayed, locked away. But today was his eighteenth birthday and he wanted it to be a special one. Living in the tower his whole life, Steve never had much to do besides reading, and he read plenty of romances. He loved his romance novels. Some of his favorites were Master of Desire, One Night with a Cowboy, Lovespell, Ripe for Seduction, and Defy Not the Heart. But those were just a few. Steve had always dreamed of finding true love, and now that he was eighteen, he hoped that he could soon find it.
Tweet tweet tweet! Three bluebirds flew over and landed on Steve’s windowsill. One was a baby and was still learning how to fly.
“Good morning bluebirds!” Steve said cheerily. He held out a hand and the baby bird hopped onto his finger. He sighed. “It’s finally my eighteenth birthday. Perhaps I’ll be able to go outside today?”
The bird chirped in response. He sighed again and the three birds flew away. He stood up from the window and went to his wardrobe. Opening it up, he looked at his clothes. They all looked the same…Just the same old Homestuck, Sun Bros, and Frozen Olaf t-shirts. And of course the oversized plaid shirt that he wore over everything. He got out of his pajamas and slipped on his plaid pajama pants, his Sun Bros shirt, and his plaid button up. It all clashed horribly, but he didn’t care. If he ever met his true love, they shouldn’t love him for what he wore.
Squeak squeak! Three mice ran from the hole in the wall and went to Steve. He knelt down and smiled. The three mice scurried around and then stopped and looked up at him.
“Good morning Abergavenny. Good morning Limoges. Good morning Tybalt.”
The mice squeaked in response. Steve smiled and stood. He picked up his newest romance novel, The Highlander’s Forbidden Bride, and opened it to the page he marked.
“If it were possible for her to cry, Carissa would have, but to protect herself she had not shed a tear since she was very young. She had rarely shown kindness, so when it was shown to her, it touched her heart though none believed she had one.”
A sound from outside the tower made Steve look up in surprise. It was voices! He set down the book and ran to the window.

Mean Boys Pt 2 (Mean Girls AU)
“Oh my god, would you look at Harry Potter’s gym clothes,” Kevin said, practically drooling.
“What a shock that all the Plaidsticks are in the same gym class” Sammy said with disgust.
“Who are the Plaidsticks?” I asked, extremely confused.
“The Plaidsticks are teen royalty. They run this school. That one with the glasses and the short black hair, that’s Harry Potter. He has this way with people to get all their secrets. And the one without a shirt, that’s Jimmy Kirk, the muscles of the operation. Just the muscles, though,” Sammy said with a smirk.
“I sat next to him in English last year, and he asked me how to spell ‘orange,’” Kevin said, never taking his eyes off Harry. Just then *Hells Bells by AC/DC began to play as the leader took his place on the soccer field. He was wearing a tight white T-shirt that extenuated his perfectly saggy front and plaid pajama pants slightly blowing in the wind. His friends joined him as they began to gossip and laugh.
“And that one, is Steven Proudfoot. What I wouldn’t do to break his face in two. That son-of-a-bitch.” Sammy just stared at him with a burning hatred for a few seconds until finally returning to the real world.
“Alright Cassie, can I call you Cassie?” Kevin asked, even though I could tell he had already decided to call me Cassie.
“I prefer Cas,” I said in protest.
“Yeah, I’m gonna call you Cassie.” Damn it. “So, what math are you taking this year?”
“I actually got moved to calculus,” I said with a proud smile on my face.
“Oh my god, you’re in twelfth grade math?” Kevin asked in utter disgust. “Why?” He asked, looking at me as if I just insulted his great ancestors.
“It’s the same in every language,” I said, candid.
“That’s beautiful,” Kevin said in a forgiving yet poetic tone.
“Here. This is your map to Holt Central,” Sammy said, handing me what he had been working on since homeroom. It had all the classrooms and hallways, but the biggest portion of the drawing was the lunch room. “Where you sit at lunch is key. You have your preps, Jv jocks, mean black hotties, Senior jocks, sexually active band geeks, girls who eat their feelings, girls who don’t eat anything, the best people you will ever meet: us, and the worst: The Plaidsticks.”
Two class periods later and it was lunch time. With Sammy’s map in mind, I scouted out him and Kevin, but I was stopped by the nerdy kid from my homeroom.
“Hey kid! Dropped your pocket!” he said. I looked down, confused. How the hell do you drop your pocket? As they erupted into laughter I realized it was a prank. Haha, very funny. Now how about a swift punch in the mouth?
               “Is he bothering you?”
I turned to see who said that and froze when I saw it was Steven Proudfoot, Leader of the Plaidsticks.
“Jeremy, why don’t you go be a little shit somewhere else,” Steven said in a condescending tone. The kid lowered his head and walked away, wounded. I turned and smiled at him and started to walk away until I was interrupted.
“Sit with us,” he said, pointing to the chair in front of him. I looked up to see Sammy waving me over.
“Come on, sit with us,” and out of nowhere, I sat. What the hell! I looked over to see Sammy and Kevin gawking at me. I just shrugged because I had no idea what was going on.
“Why don’t I know who you are?” Steve asked, sitting back and crossing his arms, glaring at me over his glasses.
“I’m new. I was homeschooled. We moved here from Africa,” I said nervously.
“Shut up. Homeschooled. That’s really interesting. You’re like, really good looking.”
“Thank you,” I said, really weirded out.
“So you agree,” He said with a smile.
               “What?” I gasped.
“You agree you’re really good looking?” he said, leaning forward on the table.
“If you’re from Africa, why are you white?” Jimmy said, staring at me with the most ridiculous confused look on his face.
“Oh my god Jimmy. You can’t just ask people why they’re white,” Harry said, giving me an apologetic smile.
“Will you give us a sec?” Steve said to me, leaning back and whispering something to his two sidekicks. I glanced over to Sammy and Kevin who hadn’t taken their eyes off me yet. I just smiled and shrugged. What else could I do?
“Okay, we don’t usually do this so I want you to know how big a deal this is,” Steve said, excited in a hush hush kind of way.
“We want you to have lunch with us for the rest of the week,” Harry said with a big smile on his face. It looked like his face was going to split in two.
“On Wednesdays, we wear pink. Oh, and you have to wear some form of plaid at all times,” Jimmy said with that dumb look. Well, that explained why they’re called the Plaidsticks.
After lunch was over, I went into the bathroom to collect my thoughts. I couldn’t just blow off the friends I had just made for the most popular guys in school.
“Cassie!” Sammy shouted from behind me. I jumped at his gruff tone. Apparently he and Kevin had followed me into the bathroom.
“Hey Sammy,” I said, trying to diffuse his anger.
“What the hell was that all about!?” He said, glaring at me with dark burning eyes.
“I didn’t know what to do! I’m sorry. They invited me to sit with them for the rest of the week. I can’t just say no!” I said in a flash, barely recognizing my own voice.
“No, you can’t,” Sammy said with a devious smile, and I knew he had a plan. “Okay, I’ve got an idea. You’re going to sit with them and get all their secrets and stuff like that. We need to crack this group. Find out what makes them tick. By the end of the year there will be no more hierarchy at this school,” Sammy said with revenge in his voice. Or worry. I couldn’t tell what it was.
“I can’t spy on them. It would be too weird,” I said, retreating back into the corner.
“Don’t think of it as spying. Think of it as a game! A game that we have to win. Or else we’ll be stuck in this place forever,” Sammy said, looking into the distance. He looked sad, as if he had lost something, or worse, someone.
“Okay,” I said reluctantly. “I’ll do it. Do you own anything pink?”
               “No,” Sammy said in disgust.
               “YES!” Shouted Kevin in excitement.
I was so happy it was seventh period. Calculus. Nothing could distract me here. In here, everything made sense. The kid in front of me dropped his pencil. He bent down to get it but it was nowhere to be seen. He looked under my seat and spotted it under my foot. He turned towards me, and I was frozen at the sight of his face. He looked like a Greek god. His strong, chiseled jaw line. Bright eyes, a smile that said “hello” and “I wanna fuck” in all in one. His muscular forearm rested on my chair, his bicep just budging, among other things right now. My heart was pounding, hands sweating, I could feel my lip quiver.
“Hey, can you hand me my pencil. It’s under your foot, and I don’t want to make you uncomfortable with my head under there,” he said, winking and giving me a crooked smile.
I sat there staring at him, and his face started to fall, and then it came to me that I was staring at him like a complete idiot. WAKE UP DUMBASS! “Oh, yeah,” I said, bending down, and I could feel my face turn the color of Mrs. Norbary’s red stilettos. I picked it up and handed it to him. “Here you go,” I breathed.
“Thanks,” he said, grinning like a fool.
“Now if 1+1 is 2, how do I get fleek?” Mrs. Norbary asked, waiting impatiently for an answer. I couldn’t answer it if I wanted too. Well, maybe if I just looked at my book confused, she wouldn’t call on me.
“Seriously, not one of you idiots can answer this? Wow. Just, wow.” I could hear Mrs. Norbary was irritated but all I could think about was how hot the hunk in front of me was. I wondered what he would look like naked and covered in oil. That would definitely make his muscles look juicy. What I wouldn’t give to just lick some hot fudge off his chest. Who cares about math when he was just so… “Cas. What do you think?”
“So cute.” Wait! Did I just say that out loud?! Yep. I did. Everyone was staring, even him. Oh, I’m such an idiot!! Mrs. Norbary was looking at me like she could salt and burn me. Salt and burn? Why did that sound like something I should know how to do? Let’s just get through this first.
“We’re on page 275 just to give you a little help. Numbers,” the kid in front of me whispered.
Oh my krust! He’s so nice too! No way. He was so perfect. Dumbass! Keep your focus on the numbers. “I mean, you take the one and move it over to where the two is and put a parenthesis around the two numbers together.”
“Wouldn’t that make a twelve?” Mrs. Norbary asked, glancing over her glasses.
“Not if you put the ~ in between the 1 and 2. That symbol makes the two numbers keep their own values. You then take derf and multiply it by 1 first and then 2. After that you take 1 times derf and then the 2 times derf and add the two answers together. And finally you divide that by 79 making fleek.”
I sat there staring at a sea of confused eyes that looked as if they were going to burst into laughter. Mrs. Norbary gave that typical teacher look, the “you-could-be wrong-but-then-again-you-could-be-right” look. Time slowed down. Tick, tick, tick. Oh my god. Was I wrong? Nothing would be more embarrassing than being wrong. I could feel sweat start to form on my hands and brow. And then it happened, Mrs. Norbary opened her mouth to talk. This was it.
“Very good Cas. Looks like someone knows what the hell is going on.” She turned and wrote the equation on the board. Some of the students opened their mouths to try and argue the answer, others just stared at me as if I was some home-schooled jungle freak. I spent the rest of the class trying not to make eye contact with the hunk of man flesh in front of me.
The bell finally rang and school was over. I gathered my stuff and headed for the door, but I was blocked by some kid with a tacky bowling shirt on. “Hey. My name is Putin, leader of the Mathleats. I think you would make a great addition to the group.”
               “Ummm…”
“Yeah, that’s a great idea. You’d make a great addition to this group of geeks,” The Greek god said from behind. I turned around to meet his eyes. “I mean you’re very wonderful, I mean cute… your mind is wonderfully cute.” His face turned bright red and his eyes darted around the room. I could feel myself flush and my heart raced out of its chest.
“Get out of here Dean. Stop embarrassing yourself!” joked Putin. “What do you think?” he said, turning his attention back to me as Dean left the classroom.
“I’ll have to think about it. I’ll let you know as soon as possible though,” I said with a smile and walked out.
Outside, I found myself at the soccer field watching the team warming up and chatting before practice. Sitting on the curb, my only thought was “I can’t believe how cute he is.” Dean dribbled the ball up the field and kicked it right into the net. His calf rippled and sweat ran down his back. I must have sat there for ten minutes before I noticed myself drooling.
Honk honk! I turned around to see a cherry red convertible with the top down. In it were the Plaidsticks looking fabulous, like male models in a Calvin Kline catalogue. Why did they want me in their group?
“Get in loser, we’re going shopping,” Steve yelled out the window. With one last look back at Dean I climbed into the back seat of the car and we drove away.
Shopping was less than fun. They spent most of their time in FYE and Lumberjack’s. They watched a lot of ani-something and read some weird backwards Japanese books that had way too much cartoon sex in them. I think “Attack on Triton” was Steven’s favorite. He kept bragging about his collection of Home-luck t-shirts and fedoras to go with them. They helped me pick out all the “good” plaid I needed to be in the group. By the time we went into the third Gamestop in town, I was done. I didn’t understand any of this.
“Oh my god, I found it!” wailed Steven from the back wall. “Dark Souls 2!”
Finally, we headed back to Steve’s place. The road twisted and turned on a beautiful country road. There were farms with cows and goats, and there was a lot of those hay rolls. Then we turned down a road that lead into the woods. It was a small road that lead to a perpendicular road with a shabby little house right at the end of it. Oh god, where does he live? Do I have to start worrying now? Oh no, I hear banjos. He turned right and the houses looked like the first house. Little poorly painted houses with bad siding and holes in the sides. Some houses looked like junk yards. But then, out of nowhere…
“Wow,” I said breathily. Amazing. The house was beautiful, with ivory brick and gold trim. The front door was tall and made of glass with matching windows along the front. The porch had three steps and two large ivory pillars holding up the house. I’ve never seen anything like this before, except in pictures. I couldn’t keep my mouth shut, my eyes were bulging out of my head.
“I know, right?” Steve said with a snotty tone and a smile. Jimmy followed Steve in, staring at his butt the whole way.
“Make sure you check out his mom’s hair. It’s fabulous. I hear some hair genius from Chestertucky does it,” Harry said, giving me a wink.
Walking in, the house seemed warm and comfortable. It wasn’t clean, but it wasn’t disgusting either. It felt lived in, like a family lived there. It felt… nice.
“Hey, hey, hey. What’s up bitches?” A short woman wearing a flowing blue cocktail dress with fabulous hair walked out of the kitchen holding a white cat with striking blue eyes.
“Hey mom,” Steve said with a huff.
“Don’t you dare take that tone with me mister. I gave you life, and I am not afraid to take it away! Do you want me to get the salt?” she said giving him the stare down.
“Hey Mrs. Kara, this is Cassie. He’s from Africa,” Harry said, giving Kara a friendly smile.
“Look at you. That’s some hot stuff right there.” What? Me. I’m only 17. That’s weird. “You know what? I’m gonna make you guys a hump day treat.”
We all headed up stairs and down the hall to floor to ceiling double doors the same color as the outside brick. Steven opened the doors to reveal the biggest nerd cave in the world. I didn’t know what half this stuff was. There were strange gadgets with what looked to be controllers. Posters covered the walls, and I could only recognize the Bone-stuck posters and products sitting on shelves. They all threw their stuff on the bed and planted themselves in front of the closet mirror.
“My thighs are so big,” Steven said in disgust.
“My nail beds suck,” Jimmy said glaring at his fingers
“This scar is a total buzz kill. How am I supposed to wear my hair to the side?” Harry said pulling his hair back. It appeared he was trying to erase it with his finger with no results. The list went on and on. How could people see this much hate in themselves? I thought they were all gorgeous humans. But, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Then they all turned to me and looked as if they were going to attack me. Was I supposed to join in on this hate fest?
“Oh. Ummm, sometimes my feet smell kinda bad.” Would that be enough to get them off my back?
               “Ew,” Jimmy said, disgusted.
“Hey guys! Happy hour is from 4-6!” Thank god, saved by the bell. Kara waltzed in carrying a tray with fancy cups and a green liquid in them. Harry, Jimmy, and Steve all took one and began to drink immediately.
I took mine, a little concerned, and took a sniff of it. “Umm, is there any alcohol in this?”
“Oh god no. What kind of a mother do you think I am?” She pulled out a bedazzled flask from her high pocket and took a long swig from it. “But there is in this,” she said smiling, almost falling backwards before walking out. The rest of the time with them was just confusing and pointless. I couldn’t wait to get back home and call Sammy. There was nothing here to break this group.
“So Cas, is there anyone you think is cute?” Jimmy asked swinging his feet in the air and propping his head in his hands.
“Yeah. There’s this guy in my calculus class. I guess he’s kinda good looking,” I said blushing.
“A senior! What’s his name?” Harry asked in a giddy fashion. Why is this so important? Jeez, why couldn’t I have stayed in Africa?
“His name in Dean. I didn’t catch his last name,” They all stared at me and then at Steve, looking horrified. What the hell? Was there something wrong with him?
“Dean Winchester? Let me just tell you that he’s good looking, and sweet, but as soon as he has you where he wants you, he rips your heart out and throws it off a cliff. But do whatever you want,” said Steve.
Maybe I shouldn’t do what I want. I feel like that’s a road I don’t want to go down. But that doesn’t mean I can’t look at him, or think about him, or dream about him?

Mean Boys (Mean Girls AU)
“Do you have your lunch? Do you remember your phone number? I wrote it down just in case,” said my mom, Colleen.
“He’s going to be fine Colleen, he’s a big boy. Now I put some milk money in your lunch, you can ask one of the big kids where to get it,” my dad, Matt, said with a smile and a reassuring nod. “Okay Cas, you ready?”
“Yeah, I think so,” I said standing up. I was ready to take on the world until my mom pulled me in for a hug. She was crying uncontrollably as my dad tried to take the “first day of school” picture. Which is normal when you’re five. I’m 16. See, I was homeschooled for my whole life, and Africa was my class room. My parents were there studying the mating habits of lions, until my mom got tenure at Michigan State and it was goodbye Africa and hello public school.
“Bye sweetie, have a good day!” shouted mom still crying.
“Be careful, we love you!” said dad, waving over enthusiastically. It was so weird leaving my parents to go to school. They were always my teachers, my friends, my disciple…
*Whoosh* “Oh my god!” Holy cow! That was a bus! I almost got hit by a BUS! I turned around to see my parents staring at me with frightened expressions. “I’m okay.” I yelled back with a smile, reassuring them that I would be more careful.
I crossed the street to the high school, only to be devoured by the Holt Central student body. Everybody was so rude, pushing and shoving to get through. Why would anyone want to go to public school? This was all so confusing. Why were all my classes in different classrooms, this is ridiculous!
I walked into what was called my “homeroom.” Everybody was just staring at me. What? Did I have something in my teeth? I looked around and found the teacher. He was standing at the board wearing long black robes. His hair was blonde and a little messy, almost like he just rolled out of bed.
“Hi,” I said sheepishly smiling at him. “I don’t know if anyone told you about me but I’m new here.”
He looked at me in the most confused way like he had no idea what was happening. “Well,” he said, sticking out a hand. “I’m Colin Creevey.” I could hear stifled laughter from behind me. “I’m gonna go take my seat now.”
Well that was embarrassing.
I looked at the clock to see that there was only 5 minutes until class started. I turned around to find a seat. I walked to an open seat in the front next to the “teacher-student”.
“Not there,” said a mop headed boy. “Colin Creevey’s girlfriend is going to sit there.”
Just then a, short Asian girl with long black hair walked in, wearing a navy blue shirt with white trim tucked into a high waisted black skirt. She was looking everywhere but at the boy in the front row, who was waving his arms like a maniac.
“Kaia! Over here! I saved you a seat right next to me!” Kaia was doing everything in her power not to make eye contact with him. By the looks of it she wanted nothing to do with him, but reluctantly sat down next to him. I moved to the next open seat behind a larger person.
“You don’t want to sit there… He farts a lot.”
The mop headed boy said as the large kid turned around as to say “What can I say? You gotta do what you gotta do.”
Just as I was about to take the seat behind that one, someone one swiped it right from under me. Damn! Is there even another open seat? I got on my tip toes to see the back and just as I turned around, the song *Highway to Hell by AC/DC started to play. A tall, curvy woman walked in, her long blond curls blowing behind her. Her eyes pierced behind black rimmed glasses. She wore a loose, floral blouse tucked into a pencil skirt perfectly contouring to her perfect figure. Her legs went on for miles, and her four inch black heals were making her legs look even better. All the students stared at her in awe. She put her bag on the desk and began to write on the board. Just before she finished, the principal walked in and before announcing himself, got a good, long look at her.
“Excuse me Mrs. Norbary,” he said, clearing his throat. “Do you have a minute?”
She stopped mid stroke and tensed up. She looked pissed.
“Yeah, but make it quick.” She wanted nothing to do with this creep, as she was a very stern, get down to business lady.
“We have a new student joining us all the way from Africa,” he said excitedly. Mrs. Norbary looked around the room and looked at the only black girl in the class.
“Welcome!” she said, almost too enthusiastically.
“I’m from Michigan,” the black girl said, rolling her eyes.
“Her name is Cas. Where are you Cas?” asked the principal.
Offended, I mustered up the deepest, manliest voice I could. “I’m right here,” I said, stepping forward, not realizing I still wasn’t in a seat.
“Oh, my apologies Cas. Well, I hope you enjoy yourself here at Holt Central.” He then exited through the door after getting one last long look at Mrs. Norbary. I could feel people staring at me, but most of all, Mrs. Norbary.
“Well,” she said. “Are you going to take a seat or are you just going to stand there?”
“Oh right. Yeah, I’ll take a seat.” I was forced to sit behind the large, farting kid. Great, this hour better go by fast.
“Okay bitches. My name is Mrs. Norbary. But you can, and should, call me Paris. Any questions?” The whole class was staring at her in awe, and after 3 seconds of extremely awkward silence, she spoke again. “No questions? Good. Let’s get this show on the road.”
The day went by in a blur and before I knew it, it was lunch time. I followed the crowd like a school of fish to the lunch room. I’ve never had a school lunch before so I didn’t exactly know what to do. Everyone was hurried and rude, pushing past each other to get their lunch. That way they could sit and shovel the “food” down their throats before the lunch period was over. I found a line and followed suit.
“Peas?” A crotchety looking lady held up a spoon with what looked like three day old boogers marinating in water.
“Sure,” I whispered, uncertain of my choice. The lunch lady hacked like a chain smoker and dished the peas to me. “Great, three day old boogers with smokers cough, my favorite,” I said as sarcastically as possible. The lunch lady rolled her eyes and dished to the girl behind me.
When I got through the line, I scanned over the lunch room to find a place to sit. I walked over to a table with an empty seat, only to be rejected by a nasty look from a girl who put her bag in the empty seat next to her. Another quick glance and I found nothing. With my head down, I made my way to the bathroom and sat in a stall. Seemed peaceful enough. Who am I kidding, this day had been hell. I was lost, I didn’t know where any of my classes were, I was getting in trouble for being late, and teachers were yelling at me for going to the bathroom without a pass. It’s so foreign to be in a world where adults didn’t trust me.
The rest of my day went by and I was finally able to go home. As I was walking up the drive way, I saw my parents sitting on the front porch. Crap! They’re gonna ask about my day. I do not want to talk about this now. I put my head down and briskly walked up the stairs to the front door.
“Cassie!” My mother shouted with glee. “You’re home!”
“How was your first day?” My dad sat, looking over his newspaper with excitement in his eyes. All I could do is stare at the two of them and shake my head. I turned the knob to the front door and barged into the house.
The next day, I rushed into homeroom and took the third seat in the row so I wasn’t directly behind the farting boy.
“Hi.” The boy sitting next to me was smiling and staring at me.
“Hi,” I said with a shy smile.
               “Is that your natural hair?”
“Yes,” I said, a little confused, and in no time I was pulled across the aisle with my head squished besides his.
“See this is the style I want.” He said.
“Sorry, this is Kevin. He’s almost too gay to function,” said the boy sitting next to Kevin.                Releasing me, Kevin gave me a small wave and a “I-know-I’m-fabulous” look.
“Hey Sammy. Nice wig, what’s it made of?” A kid with big thick rimmed glasses was grinning from ear to ear as his friends laughed behind him. But it all ended when Sammy, the boy next to Kevin, stood to reveal his tall stance and chiseled biceps. He gave them a look of hatred, his eyes burning deep into their souls and slowly raised his fist. The group of kids just stared at him, scared shitless.
“S-sorry. It was just a joke,” they said, then scurried away. Sammy sat down, closed his eyes, and took a deep breath to calm himself. Turning to me with a big pearly smile, he held out his hand.
               “I’m Sammy.”
I took his hand and gave him a firm handshake. “I’m Cas. Do you guys know where room G-14 is?”
Taking my schedule, Sammy examined it. “G-14? I think that’s in the back building.” Kevin just looked at him confused while Sammy was giving me a devious smile, and Kevin nodded in agreement.
“Oh yeah, that’s in the back building. We’ll show you,” Kevin said with a big smile.
After homeroom, we pushed through the students in the hallway.
“Everyone out of the way! New meat coming through!” shouted Kevin. Nobody could hear us so we just continued to push through the crowd. I was lead outside across the soccer field under a tree. There was no back building. Why would they take me out here if there was no back building? “Ummm… Where’s the back building?” I asked, worried.
“It burned down in 1974,” Sammy said, looking up from his drawing.
“Won’t we get into some kind of trouble for this?” I asked, my heart racing.
“Why would we get you into trouble? We’re your friend,” said Sammy, giving me a dumfounded look.
Friends. I sat down on the damp grass not wanting to pass up friends. I guess I would never know what I missed on that first day of health class.
                 Health class…
“All right kids!” A slender woman addressed the class, dressed in tight black pants with a floral top that was hugging her curves and let just the right amount of cleavage show. Her knee high black boots gave her that “Don’t-Fuck-With-Me” vibe. Her bright, red lips pursed in a hard line, and her piercing eyes glared at the class. The song *Brick house by the Commodores played in the minds of all the guys in the class while *I kissed a girl by Katy Perry played in all the girls.
“Now, this is a condom,” she said, holding up a small foil package. “This helps protect against STD’s and pregnancy. Now, if you have a really bad case of, let’s say, genital herpes, where it has spread past the penis, it can be passed to your partner, or they can pass it to you.” A hand shot up in the back. “Yes, you have a question Mr. Smith?”
“Yeah. I heard that condoms don’t really work. Like they break really easy, especially with my BIG DI…”
“That’s enough!” Mrs. Sorenstien interrupted. “Now that is a myth. Condoms are 99.9% effective. 0.4%-2.3% break. That’s one in every 100, if that.”
Ripping the packet open, she took out the rubber holding it between her index finger and thumb. “Condoms are strong enough to hold a gallon of water.” As she said this, she started to roll the condom over her fingers, around her hand, and to the middle of her forearm. “There is no way this is going to break. This is over my hand with my wedding ring while I’m flexing my fingers. So ladies, don’t ever let a guy tell you that a condom will break. And if you happen to be well endowed, like Mr. Smith, they make XXL just for that. Sure, it won’t feel the same, but at least you’re having sex. Now, let’s talk about pregnancy.”
