It's absolutely criminal that we were never given any insight into the dynamics of the Water Tribe sib's family before Kya died beyond simply "katara was a mama's girl and sokka was a daddy's boy". And Kya! We only have one scene of Kya! We don't know basically anything about her personality besides that she was incredibly dedicated to her children. If anyone has any headcanons/ fic recs about the water family I'd 100% love to hear them

Makes me really nervous how everyone is basically acting as if imaudna is already canon. Folks, they're not doing anything that Caleb and Nott didn't do, and Nottleb didn't become canon. Please prepare yourself for the possibility that Imogen and Laudna genuinely don't have romantic feelings for each other, and don't rip two women apart for doing the exact same thing that two men did.

I’m reading Good Omens again and thinking about how Crowley and Aziraphale aren’t really men and aren’t really humans etc. Then I started thinking about the sentiment that even if being queer was a choice, people would still choose to be queer and how Aziraphale choses to appear as a gay man. He choses to be the kind of person who gets called “the southern pansy”. That’s a choice that he made.

I think it's the 'alberta' tag that really makes it for me here. The 'nebraska' as well. The latter I assume is from the title of one of Ethel Cain's songs, which would explain... to some degree... how it got there. Why 'alberta' though? Why this picture, out of all of them? Is it actually from Alberta? (It could be; I've seen similar looking things) If it's from Alberta, why is it also tagged 'saskatchewan'? 'kansas'? 'appalachia'? 'southern gothic'? Do not each of these preclude all others? If it's Saskatchewan or Albertan, why is it tagged 'americana'?? Is it for views??? If you want it seen, it's already got the tags! Regional and rural gothic are fine! They'll probably get you a lot more views than tagging something with a Canadian province ever will! I just. I don't understand. why. why have you done this. please stop. i'm begging skfjjsjfjj

in conclusion: tumblr has tagging etiquette and i am begging the young aesthetic bloggers to take a moment to learn it. it will save you so much being reported for spam and having your posts and or possibly your entire blog taken down because of it. urianger- history professor, specializing in folklore and religion as a way to let himself analyze a bunch of end times texts, and he will talk about it to anyone who holds still long enough. dont ask me his area of expertise because my impulse is always to be lazy and give him my own regional fixations-- yknow what, im gonna. byzantine empire and eastern europe. he is in his 30s and still kind of pathetic of a guy. doesnt use old-timey speech but still has a highly eccentric dialect. lives in a small apartment alone and often found in libraries or cafes, will drop anything hes doing to aid someone who appears to need Literally Anything.

laurel- young adult hanging around. she lives with her mother and younger brother and likes taking care of them. she works as a boudoir photographer, and she is also an onlyfans thirst trap. zero shame about either, shes incredibly proud of her work esp the photography and loves taking pictures that make people feel sexy and confident. she loves going out and socializing and can be found striking up conversations at bars or running various errands.

rusi'a- he works at a garden center and has an approximately encyclopaedic knowledge of every plant that crosses his path. he also works as a temp/fill-in worker basically everywhere. if youve ever seen emiya gohan, the way cu keeps showing up everywhere in every job with no explanation? that's rusia. hes telling you about the best mulch for your cacti. the next day hes selling you cut roses. the next day hes at your job filling in for a sick coworker. the next day you see him helping unload your moving van. guy who keeps getting Spotted. his skills are jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none.
