Okay, so I might be a little late with the theories and shit for the newest Tales From The SMP, but I have a little inkling of an idea. Go ahead and add to this or ignore it, I haven’t put much thought into it at all, it’s just the first thought that crossed my mind immediately after watching.

So we know that the In-Between has two entities or deities that are kinda “in charge”

the first thought that crossed my mind is that the two entities don’t have their own person/personality to be.

what if these two entities are manifesting in Karls mind as his two lovers, the two most important people in his life.

But if someone else where to show up in the In-Between, they would manifest as the two most important people in their life.

Okay so, it’s like 11 at night rn, but I just had a thought, bare with me, mkay?

so we know The Syndicate, right? Anarchy, sic semper tyrranis, all that jazz? We saw them go to Snowchester, where Ranboo had to hide his platonic marriage and adopted son from Technoblade, for fear of his reaction.

this was before Tubbo and Ranboo paid Foolish to build the mansion.

what if, for some reason, the syndicate decides to visit snowchester again? Techno is not stupid, he won’t miss the mansion that is literally as big as the prison.

so, what happens when techno decides that he should question Foolish, who I feel will be building for at least another week.

what happens when Foolish, who is completely out of the loop, nonchalantly mentions that one of the two people who comissioned the mansion is not only part of the syndicate, but lied to techno and is platonically married to someone who is/was the embodiment of government.

I’m going to feel so bad saying this, but I keep looking at the karlnapity tag recently, and I see a lot of people being hopeful and optimistic and thinking oh maybe they’ll fix this and be happy but lets be real.

We know that the chances of a good fluffy ending are slim to none. This server is built on angst and horror and sorrow. There’s no rebounding from this shit.
