A/N: I think Riddle lacks content too!! That, or people baby him too much. This is such a cute idea though-!! but it seems I'm a little late to it... this ask was from 2021. Forgive me anon. Hopefully, you'll see this this... and I hope you like it. I'm really sorry for leaving you and like the 17 other people in my inbox hanging o(╥﹏╥)o
Though hedgehogs were raised for the Queen of Hearts' absurd customs and tea parties, he always was particularly fond of these spiky and cute creatures. They were cuddly despite having quills and they came in all sorts of colors. Riddle was partial to the pink ones.
Not to mention, they were small enough to fit in his palm. They were always an endearing sight, climbing into his hands or just rolling around the court.
But when you came to him with an ordinary brown hedgehog in your own palms, asking him if you could keep it and raise it within the gardens, he was taken aback. He had a million questions for you: Where did you find this hedgehog? Was there even a pet store around here? Was it a baby? It was so tiny...
"Yes, he is a baby," you replied wholeheartedly.
Ah, so you found him wandering around and decided to take him in. Riddle's gaze softened. Seeing you care for this hedgehog so tenderly makes him want to fold and help you hide this little guy from Crowley.
Well, technically, hedgehogs were allowed in the Heartslabyul dorm, but they were always brought in by the staff. No one had ever brought their own hedgehog. But it's still a hedgehog so it wouldn't hurt, right?
Yes. right. Of course. There were no rules in the school handbook about this sort of thing. Moreover, Riddle had heard that taking care of a pet together with one's significant other is a great bonding activity that also helps with building other skills like time management, communication and responsibilities.
Was it Ace or Cater that said that? Something about 18 years being a trial of life? 18 hedgehog years? He shook his head and gestured for you to bring the little hedgehog closer
The little guy seemed to smile back at him.
"Let's get him to Heartslabyul," Riddle whispered, taking your hand and leading you towards the mirror hall.
There was this rush in his veins. He had only felt this rush twice in his life. First, was when he played with Chenya and Trey for the first time. Second, was when he confessed all the things he didn't like about the Queen's rules.
"Should we take him to meet the other hedgehogs?"
"Would a bath first be better? Riddle asked.
"Hedgehogs need baths?"
"Yes, but not too often," he paused, "I don't think he's ever had one before since you found him on the streets."
"Oh yes, then a bath would be better! I want our son to look good before meeting his new friends!"
Riddle's eyes widened. He blinked once. Then twice. Did he catch that right? Son?
"Our son?"
"The hedgehog!"
"... is our son?" Riddle asked again.
Heat and a tint of crimson was creeping up his keeps. He had barely even thought about having a significant other. You weren't really part of his plan for NRC. It kind of just happened. But marriage? Having a family? Have you really thought that far? It didn't seem like a bad thing though...
"Well, not literally, but we're raising him together so he's like our son, right?"
"I suppose so," Riddle smiled.
You beamed, coddling the small hedgehog, boop-ing his little nose, "I'm glad Papa loves you as much as I do!"
This wasn't the first time Riddle heard you use baby talk. You were always an animal lover and talked like this to most animals you come across. Even the hedgehogs in his own dorm... but somehow this time it felt much more tender.

Time for weird theories again👏
There is have to be some switcharoo between Lilith and Eve. (the card is sus)
So either Eve is Charlie's biological mother, or Eve was ruling Hell for all this time. We gotta choose which is worse xD
Because 'Lilith' on pictures and 'Lilith' on the beach look a bit different.
For one the first Lilith has purple skin while the second has normal human skin. One can say 'well she is in Heaven, she shed her demonic features'. But no, the nose is still there. Charlie's nose. With the Lilith from pictures having normal nose.
So we go back to the choice. Either it was Eve who was ruling Hell, has a normal nose and purple skin. Or it was Lilith who ruled hell, and pink skined boop nosed Eve is Charlie's mother.
Honestly? I choose 'Eve is Charlie's mom'. It keeps Lilith as Hell's ruler who cares about her subjects and raised Charlie as her own.
But Eve could be there too. I suspect it WAS Eve in that flashback. The skin darkened so it's hard to guess what color is it. Hair being Eve's(the one we can't see under the hat on the beach). And face shadowed so we can't see the nose.
I think Eve's involvement wasn't known for masses. Not even for Charlie it seems?
And they look close to twins so in order to protect Hell they decided to trick Heaven or something similar. Which means Lilith is still MIA. For us, Lucifer might know what they are doing.
But this begs the question, why. If Eve is involved, why is SHE the one to birth Lucifer's child and not Lilith. I am sure his and Lilith's marriage was happy. So it's either Lilith couldn't bare the child(the mythos curse) or didn't want to with Eve being perfectly willing. As I imagine they had an open relationship like that(poly after all??)
But out of the two Lilith is closer to a hellborn that could have been able to birth a child with Eve being an actual sinner soul who can't reproduce. Unless something is changed in hellaverse and Eve is not a sinner after all. (Roo's involvement?)
(ah but this also means it WAS Lucy Charlie got her hooves from xD)

Just A Dude!Ghost Monster AU
Side note before this post gets rolling, I love that my post with the highest notes starts with "I don't know who else" and I think that's very reflective of what Tumblr is like XD
Anyways
We're doing it! We are writing a Monster AU featuring Ghost as the only human despite what everyone else thinks! As far as I am concerned, mostly gonna post it here on Tumblr, since I don't really have much right now for it, mostly just little blurbs but if needed for readability, I'll put it on AO3 (under my profile FeelzMaster)
I'm gonna go ahead and give y'all the rundown of what species are featured, kinda what this world's like, the stuffs, ya know? TW: talks of death (just how they can die, relax)
Soap
To be 100% honest, I really wanted to do the whole werewolf!Soap thing cause it's just so perfect for him, but I thought back to a post I made about him being lightning and thought HUH WHAT IF?
So, partially inspired by @tactax-art and their depiction of Soap dealing with fire 'n shit, I have made Soap a unique type of "nymph". Technically, nymph isn't the right word, but neither is elemental, and the true name of these things is so old it's real translation has kinda lost meaning so they stick to describing themselves as "nymphs" or "elementals".
He is a Lightning Nymph, which is rare but that's apparently what happens when you cross an "atmospheric" air nymph (his mum) and a less traditional water nymph (his dad). He's often seeing consuming/messing with things that have electrical charge in order to keep up his own energy (Gaz once had to watch him literally lick an exposed outlet and maintain a straight face). Every time it storms, he's outside somewhere as high as he can get so he can soak up the natural static energy that comes with storms. He can and will shock people for the fun of it.
As for abilities, he's obviously highly conductive, can manipulate electrical energy but it's pretty exhausting so it's more of a life or death thing, he can glow in the dark if he wants to, and he's hyper aware of changes (due to ~energy~). His diet is batteries... Jk, but seriously he does not eat like a human would, he straight up eats things that will help with energy. Like I said earlier, he's licked an exposed outlet like it was an espresso shot. Downside is he can't see for shit in the dark so he's reliant on sensing energies, nightvision, or having one of his buddies that can see in the dark guide him. Can be killed if his brain stem is destroyed, but is also very weakened by the typical stuff (gunshots, stab wounds, severe bodily trauama, etc). but can be severely weakened by being trapped in insulated rooms/wrapped in insulators. If exposed to these things and not able to find a sustainable source of electrical energy, he will die. (rubber, steel, copper are some good insulators)
Gaz
I don't know why but I'm gonna make him a Siren. For some reason Siren!Gaz just melts my heart and I wanna hold him. I don't care if he can lure me to my death with his voice, I wanna hear him sing :'(
He's typically pretty human appearing, it's a natural instinct for Sirens, but when he's tired or distracted (like working out/doing paperwork), you can start to see some very fish-like qualities. Mostly very gorgeous iridescent scales around his ears, eyes, neck, shoulders, knees, top of his feet, and back of his hands.
Can breathe underwater, has the best vision in the dark, eats like a typical person but with more sea food cravings or cravings for fatty foods (like human), when in full Siren form he doesn't have a "mermaid's" tail, it's much more shark-like so he can accelerate really fast. Generally just more shark-like, except his scales are fish-like. His nose, like sharks, is super sensitive to certain changes, so booping his nose always throws him off if it's surprise, but he will also bump his nose into people/things without realizing it to get a better sense of it. Can be killed by things humans can, susceptible to parasites.
Price
Honestly, his has been the hardest but I'm gonna do changeling. I honestly don't know a lot about them, and quite frankly I've already got one homebrewed monster here, so why not another?
He's definitely the one everyone mistakes for being human cause he's so good at keeping up appearances. But there are always times where Price manipulates his appearance/body just enough that it's a little startling for those that believed him to be human to suddenly realize he's very much not.
He's got better eyesight in the dark than a human, but nowhere near close to what Gaz has. He's good at picking up on scents though, as his nose is a bit more attune to sniffing out humans than anything. He's not a bloodsucker, but changelings typically feed on weakened/ill/very old/very young humans, so he's able to tell when something is wrong with someone. Stifles the more violent urges of his species by eating a primarily meat heavy diet with a lot of raw veggies for the crunch. Most susceptible to things with iron or salt (obvi) but can still be fatally wounded by stab wounds/gunshots. Most other stuff won't kill him but it'll certainly hurt and he'll complain the entire time.
Alejandro and Rudy
These two are werewolves and Los Vaqueros is their pack :'). Most Vaqueros are also werewolves, but they do have a variety of other creatures commonly found in North America.
And finally, the whole point of this: we got our boy Ghost as a literal human being. Nothing more, just a dude. A dude with so much fucked up shit happening to him constantly it's just assumed he must be inhuman. NOPE! He's just a dude, a very very unlucky, and probably cursed, dude.
So yeah, that's what I have so far! Working title is "Cheers to the Unknown"

2024 Megaman Valentine’s Day Fanart Contest Rules Thread *CLOSED*
Hiya. Anybody still using social media or drawing and not using AI? OK, cool. Drawing neat Meganman pics contest #17 for Lovey Dovey Day sponsored by me and stuff is go time.
After last year was a little different, and went the gift exchange route, it's back to your regularly-scheduled competition this season. The deadline this year will be on Tues., Mar. 12th, 2024. Nearly a month AFTER Valentine's Day? Wh…why? Because I'm tired, and you all are too, that's why. Or, well, read on to find out. XD
As is the usual norm, there are two categories this year, one for Talent and one for Humor. You are allowed to submit one entry for each category, if you would like. If you place in one category, you will be automatically disqualified from the other, for reasons of fairness, and to give other people a chance to win a prize.
CATEGORY 1 (Talent): Black and White Day
This year, good ol' Steamboat Willie, the first Mickey Mouse cartoon, went into public domain and people got somewhat excited about that. On top of games like Cuphead or Bendy and the Ink Machine, the retro look of 'Rubber Hose' animation has had a bit of a revival over recent years. You might even know a fellow Mega Man artist or two who has experimented with that style, or maybe even own a Mega Man shirt that has the pic above on it, as I do.
So, for this year's talent category, your goal will be to create a beautiful monochrome piece in a retro Rubber Hose art style celebrating the pseudo-Valentine's holiday known as White Day.
What is White Day? How would you draw something for it? If you've played X DiVE, you certainly know about the White Day outfits for characters such as Alia, Cinnamon or Axl. But here is a basic explanation via Wikipedia:
"White Day is relatively new, created by the confectionery industry in Japan. White Day was first celebrated in 1978. It is celebrated one month after Valentine's Day, on March 14th. It started as an "answer day" to Valentine's Day on the grounds that men should pay back the women who gave them chocolate and other gifts on Valentine's Day. Men are expected to return gifts that are at least two or three times more valuable than the gifts received in Valentine's Day. The color white was chosen because it's the color of purity, evoking "pure, sweet teen love", and because it's also the color of sugar. Gift exchanges happen between romantic partners, friends, and coworkers. Traditionally, popular White Day gifts include food like white chocolate, marshmallows, candy, cookies, and other "white" accessories like jewelry, bags, lotions, and lingerie."
Content Requirements:
* Mega Man characters of your choice celebrating White Day
* Mimicking retro "rubber hose" art style (Eg: Steamboat Willie era Mickey Mouse, Betty Boop, Popeye, Cuphead, etc.)
* Black and white/monochrome palette. Seeing as this is a Mega Man contest, a retro Game Boy screen-like greenish tint is acceptable. As it is for love, I will also accept a garish Virtual Boy reddish tint, if you are that daring. Otherwise, try to keep your art retro-looking, using black, white and grey. No full-color illustrations for this category.
* As this is the talent category, judging will be primarily based on the effort, creativity & overall concept of your piece. How well you pull off the rubber hose style for your characters and how well your picture fits the White Day theme.
CATEGORY 2 (Humor): Showing Some Skins
If you are like me, you have a favorite skin/outfit in X DiVE and you never end up changing it out. It may not be Christmas or Halloween anymore, but you might be that person who always uses Christmas Ferham or Halloween Vile, regardless of the time of year.
So, forget the Cupid costumes or giant teddy bear outfits this Valentine's. Create your own holiday skin/outfit you wish would have been implemented in DiVE, but it's being worn at the wrong time of year.
For the humor category this year, I would like you to create a funny Valentine's day pic where some character is wearing the wrong holiday outfit/skin that kinda changes the whole mood of a romantic evening together. Then again, it may or may not kill the romance, and might enhance it.
Whether it be St. Patrick's Day Toad Man driving Snake Man and Ophiuchus out of a candle-lit restaurant, Tron Bonne picking up her date on her Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade Float Gustaff, Tax Day Armor X crunching numbers with Alia in bed while asking her if she plans to file single or jointly this year, or someone risking themselves for President's Day sexy Mr. Lincoln skin Proto Man, the romantic holiday mismatches are endless!
Content Requirements:
* A Megaman character of your choice wearing any holiday-themed skin/outfit that does not really belong for Valentine's Day, in a Valentine's Day setting.
* As this is the humor category, judging will be based primarily on how funny your piece is. Creativity, concept and execution may get you some bonus points. But the focus of this category is how well you make us laugh, not how technically skilled you are at art!
PRIZES:
The winners for both the Talent and Humor categories will receive the following:
1st Place: $175 USD
2nd Place: $100 USD
3rd Place: $75 USD

When you submit, I would prefer you include the following information in this format, along with your entry:

Only submit your own work, as usual. Any character, major or minor, from any series is allowed. Pairing characters from different series is totally allowed. Same-gender pairings are completely fine. OCs are allowed, as long as your art contains at least one canon Megaman character.
As always, participants are allowed to submit from all over the world.
Paypal is still the preferred method for cash prize payouts. Please have a valid account to receive your winnings.

…I have a silly idea. A question for your Touchstarved OCs! How many times in the demo would they have met an untimely end? How do you predict them dying in the future?
So, not necessarily predicting how the MC will die in the routes, just wondering what doom looks like for your OC in particular.
I’ll start:
Luneth the Unnamed
She does pretty well in the demo, actually, the only time she might have died is by Leander after he grabs her cursed hand, but he’s “perfectly fine” so everything’s a-okay. Right?
The Senobium, probably. Trusts institutions over individuals. Would submit herself to experimentation for the greater good.
Vere. If their enmity grows, it could end in bloodshed and since she isn’t a fighter, her odds don’t look good.
There’s not a lot here, I expect her to be the MC who actually survives. Let’s go final girl!
Jin the Alchemist
Soulless. Boy spends his days studying and conducting alchemical experiments, he does not exercise enough to outrun a Soulless creature before Mhin gets there.
Leander. He trusts him so much.
Ais. If Ocudeus makes him lose control, Jin isn’t going to win a fight against him, and I don’t think he’ll be able to outrun him, either..
The Senobium. He too would submit himself to experimentation for the greater good. Compared to Luneth who’d be like, “This is my purpose. This is how I contribute to the world,” though, he’d probably view it more as a deserving punishment for being a monster. He has to be restrained somehow because he is made to hurt, and there is no redemption for that.
Mentor. I can see a path where he leaves Eridia and returns to her. He already has doubts about his decision to flee. Would let her take his life to keep others safe.
Seaspring. Would drink from it after losing all hope for another cure.
Alon the Hound Oh boy...
Vere. “Call me a dog again, and I’ll make you bleed.” “You got it, bitch! :D”
Vere. Booped the snoot of his monster form.
Vere. After trying to prank him with static electricity — look, it was Ais’s fault for giving them the idea of Vere’s tail frizzing up. Can you just picture Vere with a hand on that static electricity ball in the science centres? POOFY VERE XD
Vere. After drawing a portrait of Vere for his Senobium employee of the month picture (he is not employee of the month). They’re not really an artist. It looks like she’s insulting him. It amused Kuras before they died, though, so. Worth it.
Vere. Tried to serenade him. *strums lute badly* “I love you, bitch.”
Vere. Said directly to his face, “Sometimes I wonder how I taste haha.”
Vere. After trying to pick his pockets.
Vere. Surrendered.
Ocudeus. Tried fighting it.
Ocudeus. Tried flirting with it.
Ocudeus. Tried eating it.
Ocudeus. Tried flirting with it again.
Ocudeus. Tried to pick its pockets. And no, the eldritch kraken does not have any pockets, you dumbass—
Ais. “Trust me bro, I got this.” After asking him to help them with the famous magic trick that involves catching a deadly projectile in her mouth. I don’t know, I just feel like they'd enable each other with dumb shit.
Leander. Drank his poisoned punch on a dare. See the above.
Kuras. When judgement comes for their soul, I feel like she’d annoy the gods into smiting them.
Kuras. Ate his cooking. They’re the kind of person to eat rice raw and try to cook it by drinking boiling water. How much more dangerous could the doctor’s cooking be—
Senobium. They’d have a contentious relationship with the Senobium in every route, so the academy would take no issue with killing the thief. Probably via Vere.
Senobium. There is at least one universe in the demo where they made the split second decision to swipe that Senobium cleric’s keys and attempt to break Vere out. Spontaneous jail break wooooooo! They’d fail horribly, of course, but I know that there’s at least one alternate universe where she would do that.
Seaspring. Gave into their impulses and cannonballed into the Seaspring. Though who else lowkey wants to swim in the forbidden soup?
Mhin. Would sooner choose to die than kill their friend. So if Mhin loses control and running’s not an option…Damn, there’s so much they wanted to do with them. They wanted to make them laugh more. They wanted them to teach her about alchemy because it seems to make them happy. They still haven’t told them the secret to that one magic trick they could never pick apart and she knows how that’s been driving them crazy, even though they pretend they don’t care, even though they always care more than they let others know, it’s one of the reasons she—She never got to tell them. Ah, well. They’ll figure it out without her. She knows they will.

Share a hypnocon memory of your own! But since you have a few more than mine, I thought I'd add a qualifier to make things fun.
So, if you can, pick one that's silly. Where everyone laughed and had a good time together :D
And if not, I'll settle for the usual "this is goals and also super hot" XD
I feel like the funniest/silly story in recent memory would be the delights of Charmed 2024. Daja and sweetling were watching the Packers vs Cowboys game with the agreement that every point would result in fractionation. One time in and out of trance for every point after each touchdown/FG. Apparently this is a thing Army/Navy do during their games? Thing is, neither of us expected Packers to do that well, let alone win with 48 points which ended up being over 150 bounces.
Also this was a day where a certain person who asked this very question was involved with us doing a quick fractionation battle using the Secret Subject clicker training, so Cammie went in and out of trance about 200+ times that day and was a babbling mess. When Cammie is a babble mess she tends to say the silliest things.
Daja keeps a list of Cammieisms. They are wonderful.

Ello! How is your day/night/whatever time it is going for you?
(Also, if I were to start watching Hermitcraft would it be best to start from the beginning or is there a season you’d advise? I’ve watched some of Grians videos before)
(It’s almost 4 am, I’m just going around poking people that also reblogged the post saying to do so XD This is the problem with being bored and having Insomnia)

I'm procrastinating but otherwise the day's going pretty well :p I hope the insomnia lets up soon though
I'm so happy you asked though, I'll try to keep this as short as possible
HC season 8 is my absolute favourite BY FAR (but it's so hard to pick favourites I love all the others too), it's a fairly short season so pretty jam-packed with interactions and funny things rather than just the grind you might find near the middle of a longer season
You weren't reallyyy asking for POVs to watch, but I recommend Grian, potentially Scar if you decide you like his pov! he's awesome, and Pearl (Pearlescentmoon) are absolutely the three I'd say are my favourite and can give you a good scope of all that happens (and I don't want to spoil it but sooo much happens, it's my favourite season ever for a reason)
Also/otherwise you can watch Season 10, which started really recently and is going now :) Bdubs, Etho, Zedaph and Grian are the 4 I'd recommend watching for this season! But Tango has some interesting things going on too
AND!!! Completely up to you this isn't forcing you to watch it if it isn't your thing, buuut the hermits are actually doing a really fun collaborative charity livestream led by Scar starting 11am EDT/4pm BST today (a huge event for all of them and the last one was such a success and such fun to watch I can't help but recommend this one <3)

Boop Boop! This is a reminder that i am glad you and feathers post your creations and talk about it, your aus, interpretations, writting, details, effort and passion for it
shows in your creations and brings me big amounts of joy
I will stare at the art for minutes at the time jto appreciate the details and how the poses look so natural and the desgins are so delicious
or re read some scenes because some scenes gives emotion to the reader (like watching s funny fall over and over again until u stop laughing as an example xD)
The way the characters feel so them and not forced or out of character makes me smile with joy :3
Love hearing the ideas you two have, is always so interesting and gives room to think about it a lot :D
