honestly, atp i watched a lot of supersized vs superskinny, and one thing almost all superskinnies have in common is the disinterest in food.
"It takes up too much time"
"Its a drag"
"Its not a part of my routine really"
And i think that is a valuable point of view on food, start thinking about all the other things you could do instead of eat. Doing a task? You would have to interupt the task to go eat. Having fun? You have to interupt the fun to go eat. Start looking at meal times as a chore, and not something thats on your daily plan.
This helped me at least, though I'm not too good at explaining

I only fasted for 19 hours. My mom made me eat dinner with her, which was around 400cal. I don't know what to do now, it is so hard to fast, I do not want to resort to throwing away food...but that is my only option left. I have to fast tomorrow. I have to. The number on the scale went down, I have to maintain it and lose more.
My net calories are less than 400 for sure because I walked a lot today.
Just wanted to share a few things that happened recently. I stopped wearing a jacket a few days ago. My friend told me that I am really slim. I felt a lot of stares, the moment I entered the class I saw a girl looking at my waist. During the break I was standing outside with a few people, I was staring somewhere else but from my peripheral view, I saw one of them staring at me from head to toe for a whole minute. While walking out of the class I can feel the guys who sit there looking at me each time I go out or come in.
But my body is really confusing, I am skinny-fat. I have a chubby face, a thin waist, and really thin arms, meanwhile, my legs look like tree trunks. I will be satisfied only when I get a thigh gap. I consider that as the physical indicator for weight loss.
