Bigay lang ito sa amin ng friend ni kapatid. Heavenly goodness!!! yung deliciousness ng Hakaw at Japanese siomai (or sadyang mahilig lang ako sa dried seaweed). Kaso after that, until now... Nagsasuffer ako sa allergy. Idk kung anong ingredients ang nakakatrigger, pero ganito rin kasi naeexperience ko kapag nakakakain ako ng food na may magic sarap na seasonings.
Sobrang sarap pa naman ng magic sarap sa itlog at sinangaaaaaaag! Kung drug addict siguro ako for sure magic sarap granules ang sinisinghot ko dati wahahahahahahahaha
Pero ayon... Nakakaadik din yang hakaw. Parang kahit yan lang food ko panghabambuhay solve na solve na.

018 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Le Ros Boat Noodles ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Found this on an online shop and decided to try it. Since we are still at the hospital, I had to improvise on how to cook this with only a microwave. Luckily, walang nakasunod sa akin sa pila. Hahaha. First boiled the soup ingredients, then added some siomai and then the noodles. Luckily it was vermicelli noodles, so it's easier to cook. After about 5 minutes total in the microwave, I took it out and covered it so the residual heat can still cook the noodles. I then added an egg and drizzled some of the chili sauce that came in the package. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Very flavorful coconut milk based soup. Reminded of Laksa. What I liked about this is that you can add any topping you like. I had siomai, a chicken sausage, and an egg. Wonton woke up everyone from their afternoon nap way too early at 5:30pm. Thirty minutes early for dinner. He started yowling and ran all over messing up the sheets. And then he started pacing by the stairs wanting everyone to hurry up already. But Siomai didn’t want to get up at all.
And then suddenly Wonton jumped back onto the bed and flopped over. What a confusing boy! He can’t make up his mind. So… 30 mins more for naptime? 🙂

Steam-frying dumplings
Instructions:
Heat-up oil in a pan, just enough to cover all surfaces.
Place dumplings, flat side on the bottom.
After the bottom side turns light brown (1-2min), pour in cold water— enough to cover 1/3 of the dumplings. Immediately cover with the lid.
Uncover when the water evaporates completely, or after 8 minutes.
Cook another 30 to 60 seconds to crisp up if preferred.
