43. (She’s/he’s/they’re) worth the wait.

"Why do you put up with that ass, anyway?" Ash asks, scoffing.

Sing smiles, though, not taking the bait. "He is an ass, isn't he?" he says, but he's got that dumb lovestruck look on his face.

Ash wasn't expecting Yut-Lung and Sing to work out when they started dating, to be honest. Yut-Lung is a bit of a jerk, to this day, though he's gotten a lot better. He and Sing don't really seem—compatible. Sing is a bit of a goody two shoes, though he'd never agree to that description, and Yut-Lung is a venomous snake at its worst.

But somehow, they're still together.

It drives Ash up the wall a little bit, sometimes, though he's not sure why.

"Yeah, he sure as hell is," Ash mutters. "That's one way to put it, at least."

"You know he's trying," Sing says. "He's apologized about all the—everything."

All the everything sure is one way to put it. It's hard to put everything in the past—Ash knows as well as anyone else that you can't bury your sins just like that, as much as he's tried. But he is still trying, and he knows Yut-Lung is trying too, so why does the kid still piss him off so much? Why does it bother him to see someone else just—living their life? Happy, or trying to be? In love?

"I know," Ash says anyway. He sighs. "I just don't get it."

Sing nods slowly, seeming to ponder that. "Yeah. Yeah, I get what you mean."

"You—do?" Ash asks. He's not even sure he gets what he means.

"The thing is, I know that he's kind of a work in progress. I mean, we all are, but Yut-Lung more than most. And I know that it's going to be a while before we can ever really do any sort of anything like a normal couple, you know? But ... not despite that, and not because of it either—it's hard to explain, but what it comes down to is that ... he's worth the wait."

Ash blinks.

"He's—?"

Sing nods. "Mhm. So remember that when you're with Eiji, yeah? You're worth—"

"Shut up!" Ash snaps.

Sing laughs, lacing his hands together behind his head and turning away. "I'm just saying!"

Ash shakes his head, pouting as Sing walks away. That damn kid is growing up way too fast.

... But they're all works in progress, after all.

Do not spam me, I have to sleep, go to school, spend time with friends, etc. If I do not respond within twelve hours, then you are welcome to begin to send me reminders.

I will only rp NSFW if it is something the roleplay is leading up to, I will not do a lot of it and it cannot be the main point of the roleplay.

Do not take control of my characters, if you want something to happen then you can speak tome about it and we can figure it out together.

Respect my boundaries, if I tell you something makes me uncomfortable or I don't want to do it do not push me.

My dms are open! If you have ideas and want to do them with me feel free to reach out! I am open to trying other fandoms other than what I have listed, so feel free to suggest things. If I don't know the fandom/haven't finished whatever it is then I will let you know. If is your decision from there whether you wish to continue or find someone better suited.

Communicate with me! I will not know what is going on if you don't communicate. If there's a scene you want to do, if you have to be offline for a while, etc don't be afraid to talk to me! I will do the same.

I welcome any and all identity headcanons except if you make gay characters straight. I often headcanon characters as trans myself.

I am open to ship suggestions, I will tell you if it makes me uncomfortable but if you suggest an obviously problematic ship I will simply block you.

I prefer long responses, but I will try my best to match whatever length you use.

I will not play abusive characters if they are a main character. If they're a side character that is fine, but if they are a main character I won't do it.

I do not have triggers but if you're going to include something that could be triggering please warn me first, it makes me uncomfortable when those kinds of things are suddenly sprung on me.

If you do not follow these rules you will be given a max of three warnings before I will just block you and/or stop replying.

Unpopular opinion

Yut Lung shooting Sing’s guys might of been morally wrong but Sing and Blanca deserved to be at the very least fired for their plan to rescue Ash because it put Yut Lung their employer in active danger. Sing brought a bunch of boys with guns into that party and there was massive gun fire.

Blanca may of gotten Yut out safely but as his bodyguard. He never should of put him in that situation in the first place!
