what shifting method did u use? my adhd sets me back so much when im trying methods tbh so im just trying literally every method
also can u recommend any method that doesnt require subliminals and/or meditations?
no worries!! i have answered this before, but since then my method has changed.
originally, i would do a method that would take me a lot of steps and tire me out, confuse me, and even cause me to be demotivated. and it was also hard to focus, because like you, i have adhd.
right now, i use a method that is similar to a lucid dreaming method. i don’t know it is called the sats so i’ll js say it’s wake up back to sleep.
simply, before i go to bed i set 2 intentions (which i have been firm in for months, but as long as u believe ur words u can do to xx)
“i am a master shifter and i will shift tonight”
“i will wake up in the middle of the night, sit up and count to 10, then shift realities.”
the last time i did this method i was really close (im pretty sure i entered the void but i dont remember 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️)
when waking up in the middle of the night, i find it easiest to sit up to count so i don’t fall back asleep 😭😭 i also affirm like “im in the void state” or “im in the star” it js depends on where i want to b! like last time i did it i affirmed for the void and got there so..!
but that’s like basically it. i don’t rlly use subs or meditate (as i have a rlly religious mother 💀) soooo

Your desired reality already exists.

It's easy to hear "you already have everything" and respond reflexively with "no I don't, it's not here"
You are so much more than what is visible to you right now. Your soul inhabits multiple timelines, realities, and dimensions at once. You are spread across the multiverse. You have infinite lives and experiences that are as natural to you there as your life is to you now.
If you're shifting realities it's important to realize that everything you script is a natural part of that reality. You are not changing it or creating it you are choosing it as a destination.
Think of your script as a GPS. You type in where you want to go and it helps to take you there. What you've written is an address for the universe to identify your desired reality by.
You aren't forcing things to be a certain way because you scripted them. It exists that way right here right now and you just have to get there.
You want to change your appearance but worry that it's weird? You've literally always had that face in your DR.
You're worried your comfort character wouldn't love you without a script? They fell in love with you all on their own in that reality!! You aren't forcing them to love you! You're choosing to live in a reality where they do.
You want to be proficient in something but worry that by scripting it you're cheating in some way? The version of you in that reality still put in work! You're just moving to a reality where you worked your ass off for what you want!
Your DR is a place and a destination. It's just as real as a reality you would find at random. You wouldn't say that someones house is more natural because the directions they used to get there were simpler. It existed before you ever learned how to shift. You want to go there for a reason.
You're not bound to what you have now. It's not cheating to revise or script that something is different. You are just expanding your experience to different versions of your life. None of it is or ever will be foreign to you.

i am so sick of 2020 tt shifting information. so let me just go through the ones that i can remember and correct them.
- no one can know you've shifted unless you allow them to (by assuming or scripting or you telling them or whichever way you want)
- shifting to animated dr/s doesn't feel wonky and you don't have to script that you're comfortable with it. i've been 2d, 3d, 4d and other dimensions. you feel comfortable. you feel normal. you're you.
- no one can kick you out of a reality. saiki and dumbledore really can't. no one can.
- 'clones' are you. you don't leave a mindless fuck hanging around in your cr. they won't do anything that you wouldn't do. it's you.
- you are never stuck in one reality, you are forever shifting. you don't turn it off whatsoever.
- no, you won't randomly hear their voices throughout the day or see them peeking around the corner. you should get that checked out.
- it really kills me that i have to say this, but you do NOT leave to another reality as in your whole entire being, it's only your awareness shifting.
- you can't bring things from other realities that are physical like a necklace. on the other hand, you can bring back emotional and mental things like trauma or useful knowledge.
- shifting police was the stupidest thing i've ever heard. if we're talking infinity, then yes, they do exist. but are you gonna run into them? no.
- no one will abuse or bully you randomly. not even draco. yes it's a reality and yes it's real but cmon now.
- they won't miss you when you shift back because to them you're still there, that's YOU. you didn't leave.
- shifting won't cause you mental illness unless you're careless with your safety measures. even if it does cause you any, you can manifest it away or shift to a reality where you never experienced it in the first place "but it doesn't work like that >:(" uh, yes it does?
- you don't need to script EVERYTHING. your subconscious already knows what you want "you don't really need to script anything tbh, because your subconscious already knows everything you could ever want, but the ones that i'm talking about here is scripting glass skin is not actually 'glass' and stuff like that"
- yes, you can 'script' things for your cr, it's called manifesting
- you do not need anything to shift. all those methods, techniques, meditations, and all of that are only there for fun, do they actually do the 'shifting'? no, just for fun.
- there is really no such thing as beginners luck. your chances of shifting are equal all the time, and this might shock you, but your chances of shifting are always a 100%. always.
- you do not have to detach from anything, obsess over it all you want, it does not make the process harder.
some of these things are possible IF we're talking about infinity, but if we're talking about your dr/s, it's really undoubtedly that you will run into any of these things.

I just noticed something, everytime when someone wants to shift back to their CR, they simply assume and intend to shift back by affirming "I'm shifting back to my CR", they KNOW they can shift back and they don't need to worry about being "stuck", and they always come back.
Now.. imply this to your DR. Assume that you're going to shift to your DR, assume that you're not stuck in this reality, because you can easily shift to your DR, just like shifting back to this reality.

shifting exercise
someone probably already came up with something like this + sorry but sometimes i hear something and totally forget about it so i think i came up with it, so if you know someone already made this let me know and i’ll credit them!

the goal is to make your mind used to shifting and let it sink that you can do it.
what you’re gonna do is make simple actions, but you’re gonna put your shifting intention beforehand.
example: you take a glass of water and say “i’m gonna shift into a reality where I drink this glass of water” and then you’re gonna drink it.
this will make your mind acknowledge that shifting is easy and it’s just an intention like everything else. simply an action that you decide to do.
this is so easy so i highly suggest you try this, it takes nothing and i think it will help so much (of course you’re free to not do this lmao, this was just my advice).

HIII, so I asked my best friend who is a void master, shifted on her first try, lucid dreamt, and many more about some questions regarding on how to enter and stuff, so here, I hope it helps everyone 💗
1. (What was your experience when you first time entered? And when did you enter?)
"I entered at the age of 11, at that time my mental health was falling drastically, I had many problems going on, and my life was clearly not good, one night, I was crying in bed when I soothed myself and pretended to be asleep, I did this by closing my eyes and acting as though I was sleeping, I didn't move for a while, until I didn't hear anything and couldn't feel anything, after that, I tried this method every night just to feel peace in it"
2. (Did you manifest anything?)
"I do enter it a lot, yet I don't want to manifest anything, the sole purpose of me wanting to enter the void every night, was to feel the amazing calming peace"
3. (Do you enter it now? And how?)
"I almost enter it instantly every night now, after practicing for so long, all I need to do is to lay still, tell myself I'll enter the void any minute, and in seconds I find myself there"
4. (What's your method of entering?)
"it's easy, just tire yourself or at least let your eyes away from strain so that you can sleep better, then lay in bed for a while, just close your eyes, pretend to be asleep to trick your brain, and you'll enter easily, although for many people it's different, but this seems the most easy"
5. (Any other tips that are important while entering the void?)
"Do not think about how much time has gone, act as if an hour is a second to you, pretending to be asleep is basically making your body sleep but you're awake, let go of any thoughts, be calm, be normal about it, in fact, act as if it's a daily routine you always do at night, like as though you are drinking milk before bed"
6. (What do you think helped you to master the void)
"just don't gaf, that's all, be normal, don't overthink of when are you going to enter, you'll reach it easily, it's within you, all you need to think about the void is as if it's a fun game or something, don't put it on a pedestal"
7. (But what if they feel discouraged and sad about lack of entering the void)
"take a break, enjoy your own life to the fullest, the void can't leave you, you can always go back to it whenever you want, you can try anytime you want, and it's better to have a mindset as though you already have the results"
8. (How did you lucid dreamt everytime you wanted?)
"it's easy, throughout the day I just do some random reality checks, then before sleep I just talk to myself kinda, all I say is something like 'i'll do reality checks when I get in a dream' and just fall asleep, when I get in a dream I immediately start reality checking because I already told my brain to do that before sleeping"
9. (What made you reprogram your mind to let you remember to do reality checks in a dream so easily?)
"again, the sole reason is to not give a fuck, just don't care, you have it already, it's yours, all you need to do is to say it as though it's a statement you are making to your friend, that's it, before sleep all you can do is say the thing you want, hell you can even say it only once if you like"
10. (What xyz method should we use for void/lucid dream/shifting?)
"it goes up to you, but it all comes to one single thing, belief, and that's it, you can do the method as a fun way to brighten the mood, but other than that, all you need is pure belief and to not give a fuck"
11. (About shifting, how did you shift on your first try?)
"Honestly I found it out from you as you know, at first I didn't really think much of it, but since you also talked about lucid dreaming so I thought I tried, I did some reality checks on that day, but I didn't give it much a thought, I did the usual method I said earlier, then I got aware in a dream, made a portal and entered my hero academia"
12. (How do you know if it wasn't a dream when you shifted?)
"everything I touched was real, I pinched myself and it hurted, I did many reality checks and everything was confirmed to be real, I didn't even have a script, I just shifted then stayed for an hour got bored and was like 'alright that's enough yeet me back to my home', then I woke up in my bed"
13. (Any last advice to anyone?)
"all you need is the IDGAF mindset, why would you give a fuck when it's already yours? Let's say you have hair, would you worry about having hair??? No, that's exactly like this, the thing is, you don't even need to pretend you are going to enter the void, because it's already in you"
So that's it! She basically made it in a story way while we were driving to school in our bus, I made it in a question and answer way, I also added in some of my advices and the way I took her view, I really really got a huge help from it, now you better go and get in the void or manifest or shift or lucid dream or whatever you want to do, you can do it 💗

Firstly, I love how your friend described entering the void state for this first time. We can convince our bodies of anything and that's a fact! Many of us put a lot of pressure while entering the void state, all you need is to be relaxed. You can convince your brain of that too. The method your friend is absolutely perfect for entering the void state ♡.
Everyone needs the " IDGAF " mindset rn and stop putting pressure on themselves.

It's okay for your DR to still be of human experience. It's okay to WANT to feel human in your DR.
You don't have to script that you always smell nice, never have acne, and your clothes always fit right. You are allowed to live in an average house and drive an average car that needs regular maintenance. It's okay if you get the wrong coffee order sometimes, or if you're a few minutes late for work. It's okay to have hair that gets greasy after a few days and to have to shave your armpits on a regular basis.
Some of these little things, these minor inconveniences, are simply a part of being human.
And what a beautiful thing to be ❤️

reality shifting is the act of moving your mind (soul, spirit, whatever you call it) into a different realm or plane of existence.
similar — astral projection. but it is astral projection to a different city, state or country. places we have in this world. reality shifting is not just projecting from canada to france. reality shifting can take place during astral projection.
similar — lucid dreaming. being conscious of your dreams when the body is asleep. you are still in your body, but your mind is also awake. you (usually) cannot travel to a new world with new laws and stay there even after your body wakes up. this only takes place during the REM cycle of sleep. reality can take place during lucid dreaming.
and, nowhere in the definition of reality shifting does it say you have to shift before someone else, you have to be at point c before this person gets to point b, etc. it just has to do with you.
shifting isn’t a competition. it’s a fun game that you get to choose. level up on your own time. do your own thing to get to where you want to be.
shifting isn’t a sprint relay that you see in the olympic games. shifting is a fun run. it doesn’t matter what place you’re in, or how much time you take, all that matters is you do it.
nobody is going to be mad at you or make you train harder because some kid in england beat you by .89 seconds.
you get to do this at your own pace on your own time. it’s your fun run. you complete it when you can. you can take years, months, weeks, days or hours. it all depends on your prior knowledge and training.
and if you don’t have that prior knowledge or training, WHO GIVES A FUCK? not everyone starts knowing everything you know. those could be lessons they grew up learning. someone could’ve forced that into their brain from a young age.
and if you’re just learning what witchcraft really is at 49, good for you. you’re still learning and growing. but that doesn’t mean you’re bad for not knowing last year or yesterday.
it doesn’t matter when training starts, or how much prior knowledge one has, it just matters that you’re willing to do it.

YOU get to decide when you shift, and your "dr" is NAWT the powerful being in charge of u. you cannot sit here and be all boo boo kitty bc u didn't say "i am" 650 times. idc. u say it once and shift for all i care. your power lies in yourself. stop relying on a stupid tiktok method or the universe or whoever tf u think is in charge of ur reality. bc it's all you. the universe literally handed u shifting and said, here, have this information that will change your life so drastically. here, i chose you to know about shifting when i could have chosen anyone else. and you're gonna throw that away spending 2,3,4, 5 years just digging through shifttok and shiftblr for a new shifting method that's magically gonna work for you?? nah. blockages don't exist, they are excuses to make u feel better about your not shifting. don't try and blame you waking up here on a "blockage" bc guess what... guess who controls those... you. you choose what tf to believe and when tf u shift. u choose to wake up, you choose to fall asleep, you choose to continue breathing, you choose to open tumblr and read this far into my rant. you control and you create your reality. what do you think manifestation is. stop making excuses for yourself. a method is not going to make u shift. you are. im tired of seeing "NEW SHIFTING METHOD GUARANTEED WORK FIRST TRY" every time i open tiktok. nobody else will get you to shift with some method they came up with sitting in their bed eating hot cheetos and ramen at 2 am. you shift on your own accord.

Hi besties, it's your girl Evie again, after what seems like ages of me being away for stuff like not failing my uni-exams (!!!)
For my first post after my big pause, I chose to share a little bit of knowledge with you guys, that helped me get through my manifestation-journey / shifting-journey
"If you really want something, it is guaranteed to be yours"
Really simple, but REALLY important.
this is valid for big stuff like SP-manifestations and shifting just like for small stuff e. g. manifesting good weather.
the universe loves you. It loves you so much, that as soon as it registered your desire, all efforts are being made in order to get it to you the fasted way possible.
Yes, that "fastest way possible" can mean time frames that go up to years sometimes.
I have read about success stories of people who "waited" (yes I know that waiting is the wrong terminology here, please don't come for me) for multiple years until the bridge of incidences has played out in the way that it had to, so that the desire could arrive in the way it needed to.
You need to stop treating manifestation as this quick fix for everything ever, because yes desires can manifest within minutes but sometimes they just simply don't.
You need to remember that you wanting something, just means future you has it, and is directing you towards the thing that is "your destiny" through your desires.
This also means one thing: The universe has shown you what shifting is. You desire to shift to a certain place. That means you have already shifted there and you are now experiencing the path that got you there. And when you look at that, wouldn't you agree that it isn't really important on how much pressure you put on it, because since you want it, you are PROMISED to get it anyway? And since you are reading this post, you were supposed to hear me say this, so maybe just believe me for a moment.
Seriously that's how I view my life at this point. Any of my desires are just indicators to me of what I have in the future.
And since I know that, it's way easier to not give power to unlikeable 3D-circumstances, because I already have the spoiler that I get the thing I desire. I wouldn't desire it, if I wasn't getting it anyway. Those unpleasant 3D-Situations are just means to an end, they are just the bridge of incidences that gets me from point desiring to point having it in the physical realm. (Very small reminder here: If an unpleasant situation arises you can react to it, and it won't meddle with your manifestations badly, because as I mentioned, they are promised to you. Many people think that ignoring the 3D means detaching from your very human emotions, which really isn't the point of experiencing the human experience. The point of the human experience are the many emotions attached to it. Ignoring the 3D means, at least to me, that even if it seems very unlikely for the desires to harden into fact and that even it the utter opposite of your desire has shown up, you need to remind yourself that your desire is still promised and guaranteed and that you are receiving it, although unpleasantries appear.)
What I am trying to say here:
If you haven't shifted, yet: don't pressure yourself, don't stress yourself and don't think you are doing something wrong just because you have been trying to shift for a certain amount of time, and still have not.
⇢ because since you want it, you have already done it. You just have to live through the experience of how you got there. And this experience has its length, whether you like it or not. This length is different for each and every person out there. There is no reason to get demotivated. Because why would you if it is already set in stone, that you will have shifted once you lived through the experience of finding out how to shift? You shouldn't go to bed thinking "I hope I shift tonight" and you shouldn't be waking up thinking "Damn it, I can't shift since I didn't last night".
I go to bed excited because I KNOW for certain that I will experience my shift and that every night could be the night and I wake up in my CR thinking "Oh well, looks like the time hasn't come yet, but I know it will."
If you want something, it is already on its fastest way possible to get to you. No "if" , "and" or "but".
