🎀Things I’ve learned about Shifting 🎀
1. Background noise doesn’t matter. I come from a Hispanic family household and let me tell you hun it’s freaking loud as hell. It’s like a zoo lol but guess what? I still shifted. At some point you will start to feel your CR kinda “fade away”. I have been in this state where I am in between my CR and DR. I can hear background noise from my CR but I still feel like I’m in a different room or I hear sounds from my DR as well. Has anyone experienced this?? Let me know, I’m curious 🤨
2. Have patience. Allow yourself to relax and naturally connect to your DR. Don’t stress about having random thoughts or having an itch or things like that. Have patience with yourself like seriously you got this babe. Sometimes for me it’s feels like it’s takes 1 or 2 hours until I feel fully connected to my DR. (It’s different for everyone btw) you may take less time than I do. Those things don’t matter if you decide that those things don’t matter.
3. Methods really aren’t needed. If you think about it all methods consist of the same thing usually. It usually consists of affirmations, visualization, subliminal audios, meditation, counting, blah blah blah. If you want to use a method, then do that but don’t force yourself to do a method that doesn’t resonate with you. If you don’t like counting, then don’t count. If you don’t like visualizing, then don’t visualize. Change things up a bit and listen to music that reminds you of your DR or do something that you think is fun.
4. Just because some people like to lie about their shifting experiences doesn’t mean that shifting is fake. Just like in every community there is going to be people that are dishonest or don’t have the best intentions but that doesn’t mean that shifting is a big inside joke. Don’t allow these people to discourage you from shifting to your DR or make you doubt in its existence. Don’t depend on other people's content to feel motivated or believe in shifting. Just KNOW it’s real and motivate yourself to shift. (even though motivation isn’t needed to shift)
5. Shifting is Real. I think we all should know this by now, but I don’t think people really fully understand just how REAL shifting is. I mean you are going to be able to use all of your senses. You will be able to taste food, see your reflection in the mirror, talk to people that may be considered as fictional in this reality, etc. The process of shifting is safe but if you are shifting somewhere that has violence or gore make sure you script your own well-being. High pain tolerance, no trauma, etc.
6. Time isn't important. Just because it's been 4 years or 5 doesn't mean you can't do it. Time doesn't apply to shifting because time is just man-made thing. We created the concept of time not the Universe. Don't blame the Universe for your "Failure". (Spoiler alert: it's not failure) You just need to realize that no matter what, it will happen. It is completely inevitable. Some people have shifted after 5 years so don't give up! It will be worth it.
7. You can't fail at shifting. When you do your method, you will shift to your DR or shift to your CR. You shift all the time. We are constantly shifting consciously or unconsciously. Manifestation and shifting are very much closely related. (But that's another discussion for another time) Just like how we are manifesting on autopilot we are also shifting on autopilot. So, when you do a sleep method, and you wake up in this reality instead of your DR you still shifted. (Just not to your DR) (Get it?)

ngl i'm SOOO SICK of reality shifting methods, techniques, different guided meditations blah blah blah "guarantee you'll shift if you meditate every day for-" NO SHUT UP I DON'T NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO SHIFT
its so tiring and just doesn't work for me and i'm struggling because i've practically conditioned myself to believe i have to do "xyz" to increase my chances of shifting!!
am i at my breaking point? maybe...
so now i'm just gonna do whatever the hell i want 😝

I’m always looking for answers and clarity somewhere, I feel very disconnected from everything around me and within myself.. it’s very frustrating! One thing I’ve come to realize is that I feel stuck in this reality and that’s definitely hindering me from shifting, I always feel as if something needs to be done or my life needs to be completely stable before I can shift. Logically I know that’s not true. But I can’t shake the feeling as if something is missing. It’s been almost 5 years and I can’t figure it out.

you don't need anything: make shifting easier for yourself
hi, hello my beautiful readers, my name is evil evie and today I manifested that this will reach exactly who needs to hear this.
tell me if this has been you the past days/weeks/months or maybe even years:
You have been informed about shifting, created yourself a DR you would have wanted to shift to, then proceeded to try every single shifting method out there, thanked your water because you resorted to accepting shitty shifting advice, and then screamed at the universe out of frustration. If yes: HI, I CAN RELATE! I am pretty sure every shifter can. or well, most shifters.
Now what would I, as your favorite shifting blogger, advice you to do? Here is a list of evil evies tipps that changed evies view on shifting:
You don‘t need anything, and I mean anything, in order to shift realities. You don't need a method, you don't need the perfect mindset and you don‘t even have to drink 3 liters of water daily. You just need you, and the simple INTEND to shift. I swear. You don't need anything else then wanting to do it. Methods, subliminals etc. can be a helpful tool, but they are not required nor are they a guarantee.
Your mindset will do more for you than your actions. Shifting is not something that can be achieved 100 percent if done in a certain way. It can be achieved, if you let yourself achieve it tho. What I mean by that, is that our world always reflects our inner thoughts. If you constantly put up a barricade for yourself, in which you tell yourself "Oh shifting is so hard, and unachievable and only a lucky few get to experience it, and what are the odds I get to do it", of course you won't succeed, because you will reflect that energy in the 3D world you live in. Your mindset is what will actually help you come closer. You need to reflect a world in which not only it is the easiest thing ever to shift, but it is the most natural thing to you and you are amazing at it etc etc.
Everyone is capable of doing it. This is a serious realization you actually need to have. Often shifters don't even doubt the shifting in itself but they doubt that THEY can shift. Which is utterly stupid. There is no reason I would be able to do it, and you wouldn't. Look at all the celebrities around you and ask yourself if they might've scripted themselves into this. You will notice some of them have suspiciously easy or suspiciously hard lives, that sound like a dramatic script sometimes. Take it a step further: look at your own life. What are the possibilities that this life is just a DR that your former you scripted out of boredom? Why wouldn't you be able to just do it again?
Stressing out is blockage. Listen, I get it okay. Look at my last post, it is literally a rant on how I just want to finally shift. YOU WANT TO LEAVE THIS PLACE. But stressing out about it, is you emotionally putting up a wall that you will have to climb again. You are making it harder on you than it needs to be. Remember: you are only projecting your inner thoughts into the 3D. If you make it hard, it IS hard. You wanting to escape is understandable. But why make the escape plan harder than it has to be?
to put it in a short summary:
everybody can shift, if they just decide to do it, even you
you need to relax and make the process easier for yourself, because you are the creator of your reality and you decide on what your process looks like
you can shift too
if you think it's easy: it's easy.

My Advice to those who are struggling with Shifting.
If you feel stuck or like a failure this post is for you.
You have the power to decide that you are a master shifter or that you suck at it. Keeping track of how long it's been since you last shifted or when you started your journey is not something that you should be focusing on or give importance to. The reason I say this is because a lot you are allowing time to discourage you when it doesn't actually matter. Time is a concept that WE created not the universe. Does it really matter at the end of the day how long it's been?? NO. why? It is because you are going to shift to your DR no matter what. Seriously think about it. Why else would you have discovered shifting?
Simple. It's because it is meant to happen to you. Don't stress over time when we are more powerful than time. Shifting is something we have been doing since we first started existing on this planet. We shift ALL THE TIME on autopilot just like manifestation. (Manifesting is basically related to shifting or possibly the same thing) Time though is something we created and have been programmed to believe in. I understand it may be discouraging to know you haven't shifted for a couple years but don't let that get to you.
I also experienced this. When I first shifted, I didn't shift again until a couple years but guess what? I didn't allow that to get to me. I knew no matter what I was going to shift. I discovered shifting because it was a part of my destiny. I don't stress anymore because I don't allow something like time to have power over me and discourage me. It's important to have that certainty and be in that state of knowing that you can and will shift.
Choose to live in the end.
Choose to be a master shifter.
Choose that time doesn't matter.
Choose that you have already shifted plenty of times to your DR. (Even if you haven't)

if you're ever at the point where shifting feels like a chore for you remember that it's okay to take a break! don't pressure yourself into doing anything you don't feel like doing!
and this goes for doing methods, techniques, visualising, guided meditations, meditation, reality checks, or anything else! don't do something because you feel like you need to do it for you to shift, do it because YOU want to do it and it feels right to YOU ✨💗💞💕
