Shaliene Woodley does a great job in The Secret Life of the American Teenager of being a teen girl who is under a ton of stress because of a ton of life issues. Like parents are having marriage issues, she pregnant, the whole school is crazy. Like sooo many issues and it makes me care greatly for the amount of girls who went through, are going through and will go through teen pregnancies. And in light of the turn over of Roe v Wade there are going to be even more teen girls and women all over.
About Shailene Woodley: I personally know the person who arrested her in North Dakota. She cried the whole way to the police station saying “don’t you know who I am? I’m famous!” I agree with what she was protesting against, but it just always cracks me up how tough she was until she got arrested.
"...You know what, no matter how much money someone has, no matter what they own, no matter what their family looks like, we're all broken. We're all suffering. We're all in desperate need of healing. We're trying to do the best we can. And we're messy... Real messy."
