Impure Regression…

Today I had my first impure regression fit in a long time. I was hungry and my head hurt and I wanted to take a nap but I wanted to go out with my friend and neither of us had any moneys. I started to cry as she went to get gas and then when I got home I cried some more. I wanted some Phō (noodle soup) and some stuffed animals I saw at Walmart but realizing I couldn’t buy what I wanted made me extra sad.

I feel better now cause I talked to my daddy and he gave me money for food. But I feel gross and tired, like it wasn’t that serious. But I couldn’t help it. I share this as a cautionary tale that age regression isn’t all about the toys and cute things. I realize that I crash like this because I wasn’t allowed to throw a fit as I child. I wasn’t allowed to be upset or to feel any negative emotion. And now that I’m and adult, it’s manifesting into these fits and I’m not sure how to stop them from happening. People talk about impure regression all the time but this was the first time I actually felt like I couldn’t control it. I’m tired, scared, and I don’t like it at all…

Tbh…
